The worst thing out of this pictures the graphics...Jokes aside, a lot of totem spots have been improved over the course of the games lifespan, but that one still alludes us all...
Next to a gen is also terrible. The only survivor objective, lets put a totem right next to it OMEGALLLLL
Yeah most totem spawns arn't well hidden at all, They've been improved by an added object beside some to 'hide' them but still they're incredibly easy to find especially if the you remember spawn points.
Hex Totems are kind of pointless at higher ranks apart from Haunted grounds and NOED.
The wording of that update implies that it's just the start of ongoing spawn improvements. That gives me hope.

Lol, unless it's Cannibal, you wouldn't even have to worry about the Killer if it was a Hex Totem and you wanted it cleansed.
Just bunch up together and prevent the grab on whoever is cleansing.
Killers - Just cleanse totems
Also killers - Devs please hide totems better so survivors can't find them
