Dead Hard is mainly used for distance, but it can also be used to tank hits to get to another pallet/window/tile.
-
Leatherface is fine.
DS is fine too. The only buff I would give it is for it to activate on both hook states and remove the 60 second timer. (Doing objectives deactivates DS anyway)
-
I think he's fine as he is.
-
It's not powerful enough to be a hex, so I would make it into a regular perk.
-
For survivor, Alert. It can give useful information at the right time.
For killer, Oppression. Despite the unnecessary cool down, this perk is actually good.
-
This exact same thing happened to me when I was playing Artist and a Jonah accused me of working with this Nancy. Really ridiculous.
Don't worry about it, nothing will happen. I wouldn't even bother replying to people like that, you can't convince them otherwise. Just play the game how you want to play.
-
Bad match, I take it?
-
The snowmen shouldn't be a free hit in the first place. But aside from that, best thing to do is do gens when Bubba is camping.
Any killer can camp, Bubba is just one of the killers that are better at doing it.
-
Don't know if any of this has been said yet, but:
- Don't hide in lockers against Huntress because she's probably going to have Iron Maiden.
- If you're trying to loop her and hear her wind up her hatchet, keep looping and do not throw the pallet down.
- If you're getting chase or you want to vault a pallet or window, always look behind you to make sure she isn't going to throw a hatchet.
- Huntress is slow, so try to loop her around long walls.
-
Playing against Legion is like playing Mending Simulator. No fun or interactive counterplay, just vault over a pallet or window, stab, run away, repeat. Very boring.
-
I actually forgot Ash was in this game. I guess that says a lot.
-
Killers do the same thing, so...
-
To be fair, every killer can look like a joke in this game.
But Myers specifically, he has a very outdated power. Unless he has Tombstone Piece/Judith's Tombstone, he isn't that threatening at all.
-
I feel like I can only play certain killers to have fun anymore. I've been mainly playing Artist and Plague because they both can deal with loops and gens.
-
Don't forget Mother's Dwelling. That map is bad too.
But yeah, hopefully these map will get reworked. They desperately need balanced.
-
Firstly, Artist is in no way an easy killer to play. She requires loop knowledge and predicting where survivors are at/going to go.
Secondly, Artist is not uncounterable, she just requires different counterplay. She has no mobility and you can easily run through her crows at loops without taking any damage.
My best advice to go against her: Pay attention to where she places her crows and don't run towards them if they are facing you. Leave the loop if she decides to set up crows. If she send crows after you when on gens, immediately repel them to avoid taking damage.
-
It looks really cool. Hopefully it will be good.
-
I think it looks like his default shirt but just in sweater form. Then again, it's Leon, so I might get it anyway.
-
Artist.
-
Yeah, pallet hit boxes are a little weird. One time I was walking by a pallet and a David who was hiding behind it stunned me with it. I'll also get stunned with the corner of a pallet sometimes.
-
No, you're not the only one. I thought the same thing when I first saw him in the PTB.
-
I love using Feng and Nea's ugly sweaters and Zarina's Christmas onesie. They're some of my favorite cosmetics.

You can't be serious.
I made this comment before I realized how bad free hit issue with the snowmen were. Now I know that's not the case.
-
The only issue I have with the snowmen is that some players use them to tank hits. But other than that, I really love the snowmen.
-
Haunted Grounds, Blood Favor, Plaything, Ruin, Devour Hope. All of these are good hex perks that work.
The only useless hex perks in my opinion are Huntress Lullaby, The Third Seal, and Pentimento because they are very situational and/or have weak effects.
-
That would make him really frustrating to play as and nerf his regular gameplay. Bubba is fine.
-
I think it looks ok aesthetically, but gameplay wise it's bad. Breakable walls that create dead ends, multiple safe pallets, a lot of pallets in general. It could use some balancing changes.
-
The Third Seal is still kind of weak even with its buff. It's not worth using over other hex perks.
-
DBD is a horror game that isn't supposed to be taken seriously in the horror genre. It also gets stale and boring fast once you get used to everything.
-
Aside from using Spine Chill, listen for her breathing when she is crouched. That has saved me many times from being caught by surprise.
-
DS is fine. It's not a free get away, it's a perk designed to prevent tunneling. If you get hit by DS, you're tunnelling. It's that simple.
-
I've had 2 matches in a row where my "teammates" left me to die on first hook when the killer was nowhere near me. Then I had a team that farmed everyone off hook, which led to that match ending quickly. Then I had a team that kept messing around with the snowmen and hiding around with instead of doing gens. Then I had 3 matches in a row with Insidious camping Bubbas.
Needless to say, I had enough and gave up on playing survivor.
-
I don't see why not.
-
1. Billy
2. Twins
3. Deathslinger
-
I disagree. Hag can be S tier in the right hands. She takes a lot of skill and map knowledge, and it can take a long time to learn how to use her power effectively.
-
Someone told me that Sloppy Butcher and Thanatophobia are overpowered perks.
-
I don't. Freddy is one of the most boring killers to face.
-
- The map is way too big, which can hurt both killers and survivors.
- There are a lot of safe pallets, most of them you have to break unless you want to take a long way around which wastes time.
- There are a couple infinites there (Can't remember exactly where they are)
- Totems are nearly impossible to find, which can make Boon and hex totems a problem.
- The map is too maze like, which can lead to players getting lost. It can make it difficult for survivors to help their teammates and killers to find survivors.
- Gens are all spaced out and safe, which can make it difficult to apply map pressure.
- The tight corridors can make killers like Hag and Trapper a pain to play against.
- Some killers can't use their powers (Billy being a prime example), which just turns them into a M1 killer.
-
Everything that survivors do are already loud enough. Footsteps, repairing gens, slow vaulting, everything. No need to make them louder.
-
Killer:
- Corrupt Intervention: Early gen pressure and can help find survivors in some situations.
- Save The Best For Last: Reduced weapon cool down is always nice.
- Scourge Hook Pain Resonance: Rewards you for doing your objective. It's also really fun to use and can help a lot with gen pressure and tracking.
Survivor:
- Windows Of Opportunity: Very helpful information for looping, which is good for me because I'm not good at looping.
- Boon: Circle Of Healing: Basically a better version of Self Care.
- Repressed Alliance/Blast Mine: I put these two together because I either use one or the other, and I can't decide which is best. They're both very fun to use and can help prevent gen regression.
-
Yeah, it seems kind of dumb to me. Hopefully those cosmetics get brought into the store later on.
-
I wouldn't feel like stressing myself out with competitive mode, so I would play casual.
-
Thank you! 🙂

Honest question since I haven’t played that map all that much, what are the balance issues in RCPD? I know there’s a couple a safe pallets, but there’s also mindgameable ones so it never really struck me as all that unfair. Most of the problems I have on that map stem from me getting lost. 😄
- The map is too big (Pretty sure it's bigger than Mother's Dwelling), which can hurt both killers and survivors.
- Totems are nearly impossible to find, which makes Boons and Hex totems an issue.
- There are a couple infinites there (Can't remember exactly where they are)
- It's very maze like which can lead to players getting lost, which can hurt the whole team as survivor and give killers a difficult time in trying to find survivors.
-
Or just rework the map to be more balanced. No need to remove content because of a map.
-
Now I actually want an ice themed Demo skin. Too bad that it will never happen now. 🙁
-
Because some players are just greedy or just don't care.
-
Both Ghostface and Spirit are very rare to see, but so far I've seen one Spirit using that cosmetic.

cough Iron Will cough
I forgot about Iron Will. But even with it, you could still hear footsteps.

As if the Twins weren't bad enough, now there's this.
