Why not? The changes that got through are Allright though? Even if nobody asks for a change, if they are Allright why not release them to live... Hatching holding speed got removed and the rest that was deemed OK got through. I don't really see an issue with that?
I don't mind the increased wind up time, at some maps she wasn't really fun to play as due to walls being everywhere, but the increased hatchet amount is kind of absurd, giving her one of her best add-on base-kit is like if Blight got one of his movement speed add-ons base-kit, instead of dodging 5 to 8 hatchets, which I deem as quite possible for the former and a bit harder for the latter, but dodging 10 hatchets might as well not be a thing, even bad Huntresses will hit one of those at some point.

Then they should have added more Lockers.
But that actually takes some time and effort tho, band-aid fixes is the way to go!!!
Let's not mention all other Locker Killers that don't benefit from Huntresses buff -

Made this little discussion about how it could be reworked
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/407490/blood-rush-should-get-a-rework
Let me know if the ideas are a bit too strong or not strong enough. :)
-
@AmpersandUnderscore said:
According to nightlight, blood rush has a whopping 0.16% usage rate, which is 16th from the bottom, and below a *completely empty loadout*.
Apparently, a perk that requires you to be healthy (so is hard countered by tunneling) is literally a waste of a perk slot. The only value is when you're doing adept, because it's mandatory. Who could've seen that coming?
It's really funny how restrictive this Perk is:
- Be on last hook stage
- Be healthy
- Requires an Exhaustion Perk
- Temporarily injures you on use
It's kinda sad.
-
:,)
-
Found one example, so the survey was ~6 months ago.
Also btw that Perk idea is kinda fire with enough tweaks it would be a cool general Perk (it's time to add a few more BHVR please)

https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/NAO3CP1TFKP1/img-1787.jpeg
I would agree that the singularity definitely needs a buff. He has a few mechanics with his bio pods that also need to be smoothed out. That would help reduce a lot of frustration when playing him.
Behavior wishes to have killers, kill rates at around 60% then singularity is going to need more than just a small buff.
I’m prestige 19 with singularity, and I do understand that it’s difficult to use him, it definitely requires skill, so no doubt that plays into his kill rate, but 48% is definitely too low
The killer that also needs some buffs would be Nemesis. He sits at 50,51%. They need to fix his addons, remove speed boost from infection or shorten it. Enhance ai again with zombies. (Add a 3rd zombie IMHO) etc.
I think Singularity just needs a few QoL changes and a few add-on reworks to be fine, he isn't weak, he's just hard to get into haha.
Nemi deserves a full add-on rework imo, tiering up could also use a small rework, currently at tier 1 you are extremely weak, than at tier 2 you suddenly are the best pallet breaker in the game and at tier 3 you get a small buff, it kinda doesn't flow well.
The Zombies could also use a small buff like you said, a small movement speed buff wouldn't hurt, I would love a 3rd Zombie as an add-on.

"Good way to make a mostly beloved Killer an absolute drag to play against"
Okay let me stop you right here.
First, most beloved? Nah and in fact I dislike to play againts her allready because her power is just boring.
Second, absolute drag to play againts because she has now +2 extra hatches? Seriously? Sounds pretty overreacting tbh.
Damn I never expected defend Huntress buffs and I am not fan of her on both sides either.
Okay let me stop the stopping.
Just because you don't like her doesn't suddenly make everybody hate her aswell, from what I have seen, she is loved by the community, the only thing that I mostly see people hating about her is: How much is she played (every Killer will get boring after a while when there is no variety) and her hitboxes.
+2 hatchets is huge, making her best add-ons base-kit is like if Blight got one of his old speed add-ons base-kit, dodging 8 hatchets was already quite hard, as you may know, but dodging 10 is basically impossible, even bad Huntresses will hit one of those at some point.

It's more about license holders, without their approval BHVR cannot really do anything.

Give hope to those still fighting.
When put into the dying state by a Killer's basic attack, all other survivors receive a 10% repair speed bonus for 8/9/10 seconds.
This perk goes on cooldown for 80 seconds.
Sounds a bit too strong no? This perk would only hurt Killers that use m1 to down, so mostly already weak Killers.
-
Oof ouch my legs hurt (Perk name)
You run 5% slower while the Perk is deactivated.
After performing a rushed action, the perk activates, you get a 7% speed boost for 10 seconds, after that time the Perk deactivates.
So basically run 5% slower at all times but have a mini lithe (run at 107%) whenever you vault something.
-
Alright map, maybe a tiny bit too big, wish there was a second variant of this map, since the current one is kinda samey all the time.
-
@ReverseVelocity said:
The range should be 32m. 16m is far too restrictive.
I agree, but I think the idea of the Perk is that you're too close to comfort and you get away, it being 32 metres kinda defeats the idea of the Perk no?
-
@BlightedDolphin said:
Never used the perk before so I don't how it works exactly, but does it still go on cool-down even if you don't get to use the suppressed vault? If so I think that should be the first thing changed.
It works like this: While in a chase, after you vault, the Perk activates (so the first vault is not silent) for 6 seconds, when you vault again the Perk resets back to 6 seconds and now your vaults are silent, if the duration runs out you go on the 45 second cooldown. (Also it doesn't work with Lockers which is a shame)

https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/406185/singularity-qol-changes
I enjoy playing Singularity because he is a pretty fun to play killer. He is also not weak but very difficult to play.
Teleport: I rather feel like the Add-On Soma Family Photo should become basekit because it makes the teleport more worth it and feels more necessary than smoother/better.
Biopods: Agree. It is really annoying when this happens.
Add-On: As a brown Add-On sure
I think decreasing the wakeup time after a teleport would achieve the same thing as the addon tbh, since the faster you can move at full speed, the quicker you can catch up to a Survivor. (not fan of base-kit haste haha)

In our latest update, we've made adjustment's to The Onryo's Power, VHS Tapes, and various Add-ons.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/7N2M2RPMY0RT/dead-by-daylight-the-onryo-jpg.jpg
We'd love to hear your feedback below.
After all the changes, I think Onryo is almost in the right place, the only thing that needs some touch ups is her stealth, it's currently non existent.
What I suggesst to make her stealth better is the following:
- Her Lullaby range is half her Terror Radius range (12 metres in this case, so she can at least have some kind of upper hand in stealth a bit, rework Clump of Hair)
- Keep her Undetectable Status Effect for the duration of the speed boost after TV teleport.
I think her stealth would be much better with these changes!
-
Cracked Primer Bulb is still really bad, I know that the purpose of these meme add-ons is to give you BPs in exchange for making your power worse, but common, only 15% overdrive generation increase for not being able to insta-down?
Please increase the Overdrive generation from 15% to like 50%, so if you're forced to double tap every Survivor no matter what, at least you're cracked. :)
-
Chucky is an amazing Killer, I think however that there are a few things in need of changing.
Scamper
This may be a controversial opinion, but I think Chucky should only be able to Scamper during Slice & Dice, this counts pallets and windows. Scamper is really strong and uninteractive when not used in the Slice & Dice attack. This would make him a lot weaker tho, so buffing the Scamper speed for both windows and pallets to 1.0-0.9 seconds from 1.4 seconds iirc would be nice.
Also to compensate this a bit.
Cooldown
The cooldown is a bit weird, sometimes it depletes, sometimes not, there are some things that need adressing to be honest.
- Make Chucky start with Hidey-Ho Mode fully charged by default.
- Reduce the time it takes to recharge it to 14 seconds.
- Manually cancelling Hidey-Ho Mode no longer depletes the power gauge.
You are already warned when Chucky is in play when you see the illusionary footsteps, so the first change would just make his gameplay a bit smoother.
The second change is to encourage more Slice & Dice plays, and since Scamper without Slice & Dice is no longer a thing I think it's fair.
The third change is just for QoL, not really fun to have the option to hinder yourself haha.
However, to make the counterplay on the Survivor side a bit more impactful.
- Hidey-Ho Mode depletes fully when missing or hitting a basic attack.
- Stuns deplete Hidey-Ho Mode.
- Blinds deplete Hidey-Ho Mode.
- Hidey-Ho Mode only starts recharging when Slice & Dice has ended. (not during Slice & Dice)
There are a bit more means for Survivors to deplete Chucky's power gauge now.

Good news, right after I posted this I loaded into a Nurse match with 3 hexes, even tho it took around half a Gen to bless one hex (due to Thrill of the Hunt) it was worth it 🙏
-
With some balancing they could make Old Freddy work in DbD pretty well I think.
Something like:
- Remove the slowdown in the DreamWorld from Old Freddy (was 50%)
- Remove the aura reading on sleeping Survivors when they are outside of your Terror Radius from Old Freddy
- Increase the range that you can pull Survivors into a dream on Old Freddy
- You no longer get slowed down when pulling a Survivor into DreamWorld on Old Freddy
- Skill Checks no longer wake you up in Dream World, instead of explosions blood appears (too random, one reason Old Freddy was very weak), however Dream Clocks are still a thing.
- Keep Generator teleporting, but only make the teleport blood effects appear for sleeping Survivors.
- Give Freddy some fun strong chase power (remove snares, we don't need another Clown, you can keep Pallets as add-ons because they're fun), to combat the fact that he needs to pull Survivors into a dream first before hitting them.
-
@OrangeBear said:
I agree.
Personally i would just change the cooldown from 60 to 44. Because the cooldown is effectively 76 seconds because of the 16 duration, the cooldown only starts afterwards. Or they could just make the cooldown start immediately, either way same effect.
I think your design idea is interesting but i feel like it could be abusable with mad grit and i think you could spam the 10 second linger in some rare scenarios. I just feel like it could get out of control.
I don't think it would be abusable tbh, if you have Mad Grit and you get any value from it then Survivors aren't doing Generators anyways (and if a Survivor doesn't leave a gen while you're carrying someone they can still work on said gen).
If you drop a Survivor you don't get any benefits from that really, you only give the Survivor 25% more wiggle progress, you could maybe carry a Survivor for a while, drop them right under a hook, wait 10 seconds, pick them up and hook them again for the next 10 second generator blockage, but you have lost so much time by that point that you have really just gave Survivors free progress on gens.
-
@D0NN1ED4RK0 said:
They should reduce the cooldown
I think they should remove it completely, if you reduce it too much then the cooldown becomes obsolete anyways, and if you keep it as it is currently then it weakens the perk too much.

Thrilling Tremors is the alternative perk to BBQ, trading off accurate information for slowdown.
The issue is that neither perk is used anymore, especially after BBQ being nerf and players adapting to playing without the information.
I think people just moved on to much better alternatives to BBQ (which is easily countered by lockers since you can easily guess when it procs) like Nowhere to Hide or Ultimate Weapon.
-
So after playing as and against Chucky for a while I can say this:
Positives
- Slice & Dice is a fun power to use and dodge
- Thinking differently when going against him is mostly fun (except a few things I'm going to mention)
- His stealth is nice, I also enjoy the idea of the footsteps
- Chaining Scampers during Slice & Dice is really fun
Negatives
- Chucky's add-ons are not good, almost no fun/interesting add-ons, a lot of them just slightly alter numbers
- Long power cooldown, with tweaks like depleting the power on stuns or m1s when out of Hidey-Ho mode could allow for shorter cooldown, if a Survivor pulls out a stun on Chucky successfully it could also prevent instant Scampers
- Scamper (when not in Slice & Dice) is an unbalanced nightmare and I hate it both as the Killer and as a Survivor
I think that's all I have to say about him, BHVR did a great job with this Killer, except some misses like add-ons or Scamper when not chained during Slice & Dice, otherwise great.
-
You could maybe even leave out the linger duration and it would still be much better than it currently is.

I think he has some great add ons. He has a couple that really transform him into a stealth killer like Rusty Nails, as well as others that go all in on Slice and Dice.
I'm liking how versatile he is. He can do a bit of everything, semi-stealth, minor mobility boost, chase power, anti-loop. An all-rounder but much more effective than Freddy, because you direct his playstyle via add ons.
He can do a lot of stuff, however, some of his add-ons do that quite poorly...
The ones that decrease Terror Radius are quite pointless on a Killer that can go Undetectable quite frequently, especially the Silk Pillow since that one also gives you a hefty downside. Pile of Nails isn't really that good, if you want to use it, you have to completely deplete your power, or use it last second, which isn't ideal when you can use Slice & Dice / Scamper last second for much better results than going stealthy for slightly longer.
I mean, since the PTB, most of the Slice & Dice add-ons don't really do that much, most of them just increase or decrease stuff (poorly), I myself cannot even notice a difference when playing with or without certain add-ons compared to their PTB version (like the Electric Carving Knife or the Good Guy Box).
I wish there were more fun add-ons, like imagine if there was an add-on that focused on chaining the Slice & Dice Scamper vaults, kinda like Blight's movespeed add-ons, it would give you 10% stackable movement and scamper speed increase per chained vault, that would be hilarious.
Also it's criminal that the most funny Killer in the game doesn't have a meme add-on, just imagine if he had a meme add-on that would alter his gameplay similary to how Plague's meme add-on does!
But all of that is just wishful thinking and we're stuck (most likely) with add-ons that slightly increase / decrease certain aspects of Chucky's power.
-
@Axx said:
I feel like you need to adjust the noise Chucky makes. I understand the need for the footprints, but that with the chuckle, it makes it so you can't even sneak up on people while using Hidey-Ho and Hex: Plaything. People just hear you and shift w, which is an easy and very strong thing to do vs a 110% speed killer.
I mean, that's why you have Slice & Dice to catch up.
-
I think Chucky is alright, his add-ons are lackluster tho, not sure why the Devs didn't rework some of them instead of making almost all kinda mid.
-
@Peanits said:
I can confirm that the Killer Tweaks are changes to the killers themselves, not just add-on adjustments.
Is there a difference between "Tweaks" and "Updates"?
Does tweaks mean something like a small number changes? Similar to the reduced time to reload as Trickster and Huntress?
And updates meaning something more of a Legion Update kind of deal?

Is there was a way to buff this perk without making it OP?
For example, if it were buffed to 90%, 95%, and 100%, it would probably see more use, but would that buff be too OP?
Make it 100% heal convertion, but give it a healing speed penalty, like 25% or something like that.

Seems a cool idea, but I'd tone it down a tad so you can't use gens to tap and remove exhaustion, cause that seems highly abusable.
Reducing decaying effects seems an nice idea and on brand for "Rookie Spirit" though.
I'd tweak it to "after you start repairing a regressing generator you recover from status effects 30% faster while you continue repairing". Would be nice for charging Sprint Burst and other exhaustion perks so you could be more aggressive with dangerous gen repairs, and also help vs. perks like Jolt and Pain Res.
The activation condition always seemed weird to me though. 3 regular skills check might as well just be on immediately... 3 greats makes more sense, but not sure I'd be against just removing the condition entirely.
Agree, but maybe up that 30% to something like 40% or 50% so it isn't just a budget Vigil haha.

the main reason why i don't run it is because of requirement to need to heal teammates. if it just healed me off hook without needing a heal then I would use it. it is too inconsistent vs high-tier killers that injure people quickly and enforce you to do generators while injured. you have no time to heal teammates to trigger the perk.
Agree, it would be really good if it was more like a budget Adrenaline haha

My theory is it works on a specific timer to prevent you from combining Deliverance and Renewal.
Yea, it does have an internal countdown of exactly 20 seconds, so even when Vigil reduces the duration of the Broken Status Effect, once it's gone you will still need to wait a few seconds before getting healed.
My guess is when the countdown reaches zero and you still have the Broken Status Effect, the heal just gets ignored, which is a bummer, it should be tied to the Broken Status Effect itself for more Perk synergy.

Oh I would love this. Make it path-finder based and most killers (ehm, nurse) gets immediately fixed. Maybe slightly higher range could be used then (18 or maybe 20m, but no more) - but that's not really required.
They could even go further with that by introducing LoS checks (for ranged Killers) and modifiers for longer camping distance for certain Killers (Blight, Nurse)

The list goes on…maybe not for long but you get the idea.
I also have Killers I love facing.

We all have different opinions on which Killers we like to face and those we don’t, and for different reasons. Old SM was flawed by design, the new SM is more counter able and solid as a chaser, less a defender. Not everyone will like her, but this logic applies to all Killers.
Yea, that's why I said she isn't my type of Killer.
