Buffed, his ability is just combination of perks like oblivious effect untill survivor doesnt reveal you looking at you for 3 seconds inj which they reveal you if they see you 70% of time of that 3 seconds (meaning you can react to it and hide but you will still get auto revealed behind rock or wall if they looked at you 70% of that reveal duration) or untill he swinds his weapon and making survivors exposed for minute plus he can crouch like survivor (lean so he is less seen and cant be exposed when stalking) so his strongest parts of power are just perks and yes his exposed duration is effected by perk like vigil.
Only positive thing about ghostface is that he is pretty fun character but very undepowered and probably most bullyable killer even more than hag or trapper.

Knightlight and many other good killer players said that public killer is ultra easy, aside from myself im over 12k, killer is public overall is easy, the only problem we currently have is cheaters dsync map rng and mmr.
With that kind of logic thats like boxing is easy because mike tyson and jake paul said it but truth lies somewhere else.
-
I kinda dont understand why, why some people try to get survivors killed when they play as killer, are they out of their mind?
-
"Remove billy instadown" like he has only two addons here spiked boots plus low kick chains and thats it and his only plus is just that you can play with other killer and he is one of hardest in 2v8 for skill requirement so if someone is good with him its earned not autogained.
Nemi needs buffs and 4 zombies arent that huge deal because his chase sucks.
60 seconds for sprint class (escapist) is solid change because this class counters everything so Idk who though 20 was ok with 30 seconds of exhastion, at minimun make exhastion effect last 40 seconds so all cant just sprint burst every while.
Oni reduce turn speed (+20%) and nerf demon dash speed to like 9-10% from 15% and I think he will do fine, people forget he is powerless untill he gets hits or lot of blood but he isnt that op just plaing m1 killer untill you get power and his slugging is nerfed hard in 2v8 so he must count well with using his power.
Problem with killer in 2v8 is that unless you get survivors that are potatoes or very good teammate that can carry and plays strong killer you must pick like only from half of the killers (spirit, wraith, nurse, billy, blight, wesker, oni) because others are very underpowered or can compete with fast phased mode like 2v8 especialy with catch up mechanic that should get reworked too (for each gen done there will be slowdown to all gens and for each kill there will be buff to gen speed instead of cage so normal playing killers arent punished hard and tunnelers must count with some counter to their strategy with this mechanic).

you ever think that some killers get lonely playing by themselves and want to play killer with a friend? that's what he's for
Well bugmaster is better for that because you can pet the dog (even when there are killers with more "friends" like nemi or knight) but what makes bug master even more social is his company of bugs that meet him through the trial like you can be sure you will meet alteast one or two at minimun per trial so this killer technicaly isnt alone.

I was doing achievements on him lately and I personally really enjoyed playing him again…
He is not really an easy killer with his unique playstyle, but he felt good to play for me. Unless guards decided to run into different map.He isnt that brain dead as he was before his rework where you just droped guard on loop and pincer survivor but now if you are too close to that survivor who is chased by guard (I think like circle around hin with 10-12 meters wide) the guard time gets 3x faster loosing chase time so from 12 seconds you will have 4 and this with combination of guards speed even with assasin you wont get much from guard only with jailor you can partly do this but I think he is chasing like 24 seconds so thats like 8 seconds chase and he can be easily lead away because he is only 2.5% faster than survivor like knight got huge nerf to his pincer tactic yet people didnt notice it or kinda forget it and call he brainless but he is more like tactical killer now using each guard in situation which is most suited for them like cranifex only for breaking and assasin for getting people off gens or when healing under hook because he can catch up and get hit.
Alone all guards can be lead easily around some loop without wasting resources for survivor to get banner when it spawns and get easy escape so they arent that great alone without knight against experienced loopers maybe assain when he is spawned on people that are on gen or doing something so their reaction time before they move costs them distance when assasin spawns and starts chasing but he isnt that op not even in endgame I would say he is even more weaker when gens are done and gates are powered except when he has his iri addon that blocks exit. Idoor maps kinda kill him too too much los for guards and double floor can easily cost you guard chase time becasue of that 3x faster chase time depletation mechanic.

or scratchmarks feels most people don't know how fast those disappear.
Maybe blood orbs can let him track injured people sometimes but its rare so cratch marks (people forget how brights with some collors they can be) and birds are huge tracking info too or if they just reset you know someone went this way, sometimes blood pools can be seen like on indoor maps but they arent that great as other options.
Nemis zombies reveal survivors whereabouts a lot too which people dont bare in mind that they can be good for tracking too.

In game reports do very little unless its clear cheater that gets reported by 40+ other players and even reports filed in forums (on where is it even now) take very long time before they are implemented but the time and evidence cant everyone have to spare or even use it like recording of your games and I know some profiles people reported with lot of evidence and they were still not banned even after like half of the year so it more looks like luck plus how someone wakes up and decides to ban or not Idk but its not working like guarantee and still cheaters are back in few minutes or hours with new account.

You're not shooting guns, except for Slinger, but all mechanics related to a first person game follows. Your cameras is in first person, you have a weapon, you aim and shoot. You can aim, you can strafe, you can adjust FOV, even hit indicators exist like with Huntress, Trickster or Springtrap. All the aspects of a first person game are there, except the crosshair, that's locked behind a addon slot and resource. Its not a crutch, its a tool prevalent and necessary in any game that has these first person mechanics and its silly to say that people who use these tools are just not skilled enough. If people would rather not use it, it should be their choice.
And aiming a flashlight, aside having the light trail you can use for aiming, is a close ranged tool meant only to be used when the killer is locked in animation. That's a far cry from having to aim and hit a survivor who has full range of movement at a far away distance, like Huntress.Flashlight still follows your indicator same as huntress but only difference is that the beam isnt one shot but can be held and shows your hitbox area, with huntress and rest of killers its middle of your screen and only on few its hidden behind resources (addons), like i said if they add it I wont be against it because it will be benefiting me on mutiple killers like all range ones and some dashing ones like wesker, demo or even dracula where third camera fov makes hitting second dash in open with flick very hard because unlike in firts person fov your vision is wider and that makes it harder to fucus on the middle of creen wheres that hitbox, it will help many players even if it will stay on survivor the flashlights will have point there so you wont be that off then before you actualy be using it for some time and see the hitting area of the beam. Lets say we agree on something like half the stuf and call it a day.

I can accept that the mode isn't very balanced but it isn't even fun anymore.
Everything that encouraged teammwork between killers has been removed. Team skills on killer powers = removed. Team skills on classes = removed. Then they add strong chase killers that don't need to work with the other killer = Blight, Nurse, Spirit, Wesker, Dracula, Chucky.
Survivor has never really been fun, that's no secret. The amount of unhooking and healing you have to do is very bothersome. It literally feels like a job. It's why the incentive is 3.5x lmao.Survivor is bigger brain turn off like just slap escapis with best exhastion effect in the entire DBD history and run safe loops and you can take so much time from killer that most of them get you when they team up or they just drop chase.
The saving isnt that annoying because it gives great points and escaping here in 2v8 is so easy if you get teammates that jump on gen when they can and sometimes even think a little about which gen they leave to situation when there is just needed 1-2 gens to get gates so killers dont have 5 gen situation (3 gen in 2v8 basicaly).
Killer is lot harder here in 2v8 because you need these top mobility killers in your team to be able to get some kills.

Having a crosshair is no different than buffering inputs or having the progress bar on skills to tell you when your skill is ready so that you can properly time it. Its just standard tools present in a generations of first person games, telling where and how your skill is going to be used as opposed to guessing it in hopes you get it right at the heat of the moment. It feels disingenous to call someone less skilled for using something that already exists in game but locked behind resources, and then saying that not using it is the 'skilled' way to do it.
Even the primitive FPS like Wolfenstein 3D or Doom used clever game design to tell you where your weapons are going to be firing towards, or just switched to having crosshairs for a reason. You can't compare it to a physical activity that requires no real sense of precision. Is DBD fps game? The characters we talk about that will be effected by this the most (like huntress) were vreated in time when this wasnt even as addon in the game and as fas ras i know the first crosshair addon is on trickster before him only few killers got something simular but i wouldnt call it crosshair more like trajectory indicator of your power like in seige for nades how will the projectile of your power go and totaly first was nurse but for her its more like where your character will end up but we can count it as some type of crosshair too because nurse is the weapon.
Having the primar play for ranged characters made without any crosshair for their range power (huntress) was intentional choice from devs and giving now this character some crosshair will lover skill because its making multiple things easier which is lowering standarts and thats loosening up skill. You backing by FPS games but is DBD FPS game? Even flashlights have no crosshair and only one thing was (if we dont count some late addons) on clown when you were effected by his purple gas (he had only purple back than and it already existed) where you got for those few seconds small dot in middle of your screen because some people went dizzy when they were blind by his power effect but thats gone, you say cant compare it well this now requires real sence and precision and that will be way less demanding with crosshair.

Having a crosshair doesn't make someone any less skilled. You probably can't even tell what players use crosshairs or not because it may not appear in any public videos due the nature of external crosshairs not appearing in recordings, but plenty of well known players (CoconutRTS for example whose entire content is about Huntress) will not hide the fact that they use one.
At the very least it would be a huge help for console players given aiming on a controller is already difficult and they have no access to external options. Its less skilled because its way easier to get hits like you think when somethink is made easier its not becoming less skilled?
If they add it or not Idc but thing is there is huge difference when you must position yout aim by just instacnt and muscle memeory of where your crosshair is (middle of the screen) compare to line just dot or nay crosshair with target I think its pretty huge difference like hitting noscope vs scope hit. As for how it will help, yeah it will help on many characters so Im not against it but I dont think it will make all hits more "skilled" as they are now without crosshair but everyone is entitled to theirs oppinion so i leave this on you to decide what you think (as for me having something easier is less skilled like running 10 meters uphill sompare to run 100 meters to on straigh surface is pretty solid difference in dificulty and required effort as it is hitting something with crosshair or without it especialy on longer distance).

A killer shouldn't be relying on bugs. Fix the exploitable bugs then reassess the killer properly.
The idea is good but thing is wesker is only fun and good because of unintended bugs like things like rebounds (the key thing that he lost in ptb, easy to do and very effective but still not op or busted), skinberts or hug techs and instahugs, bluetooth techs he is just good because of this and if you take it way you get just demo with one more dash so not good and enjoyable killer.
From what I seen the rebound isnt only thing missing but his ability to dash imideatly after first bound has been increased meaning there is bigger time window before you can use his second dash and thats pretty huge nerf too because many simple loops he can now play around with dashes using them fast and accurete wont be possible anymore.
-
He cant just rebound anymore in ptb which is huge take becasue this means he cant use his dash to reposition for fast second one around loops when he bumps and this tech is easy and reliable but not op because killer still needs to aim and hit.
I just see it as devs crusade of continuous nerfing of wesker, like if they remove this into live just give him third dash and buff his vault speed (like they did in 2v8 but weaker vault time not as strong as it is in 2v8) because its huge nerf to that killer like hug tech would hurt too but not as much as rebound or skinibert but hard to expect good choices on charaters from devs that barely play them like the saying " the full one doesnt belive the hungry" or " its hard fro rich to understand the poor".
-
Tbh one of the skill part in DBD is that on range killers you dont have crosshair and you must have muscle memory in your head and that skill to aim with them like huntress main with dot isnt huntress main for me unless he does only orbitals or quick shots (instantly throwing hatchets without holding them). Slinger has iron sights on his gun but his projectile doesnt behave like bullet so he needs to memory for distancing for hitting his shots.
If they make it as feature (adding crosshair) than ok but all the respect I have for things like huntress snipes comes from the fact that they must do it without crosshair (they can have it with use of program or some monitors have this option build in). In these days everything that comes with skill and muscle memory is just changed and put away it seems but if they add it I wont be horrified like it will help a lot on every range killer (except slinger who cant quick scope and it will only help you like very very little on him) but on some dash ones like wesker where you will be able to more easily see the center in which path your dash goes and things like skini berts and long grabs will be way easier.
I still dont think it will help atronomicaly new players because survivors have specific hitbox and projectiles from killers too like huntress hatchet looks like small axe but its in textures a bigger ball (thats why she hits oyu when you are behind corner and your back is sticking a little because survivors hitbox is slighly behind them so thats why experienced killers aim with hatchets on their butt and back that on their head or fron part like as trickster its better to aim for feet than survivors body whn he runs infront of you and tries to doge side to side), it will help them but not super crazy but if they will make my life easier because majority of community wants it (this feature with crosshair in game options) I not against it.

Anything using bandwidth in the background (downloads, updates, cloud syncs, or even network issues) can cause huge ping spikes. I’m not denying that DBD has a cheating problem, but calling someone a “cheater” based on high ping alone is baseless, in my opinion.
Back in old days were ping spike cheaters that lagged the server and you were seeing them like walk just straight in to corner or like they were rubber banding but after they unlugged it killers with this got already hit on you and survivors were away (worked like teleport I think) but this shouldnt be possible but Idk because cheaters can bend DBD how they want (they are here like neo in matrix saddly).
-
On 200+ ping the killer hit you already week ago but you got it delivered now.
The key thing is that some people like in south africa dont have close servers so they are forced to play with higher ping or things like dedicated servers exist where everyone has bad ping or some server anomaly where guy from europe is connected to north america server for uknown reson so he will have high ping naturaly and cant do anything about it but 700 thats a lot I know sometimes it can spike but thats for short time and than its smaller and highest constant ping I saw like 274 on wraith in 2v8 (again maybe server issue getting him into lobby with guy thats on different server across the half of the globe so he has fater game but jesus he hit me 5 seconds after I already droped pallet and waited behind it like 2 meters away from it but happens).
Other thing is some killers powers work badly with high ping like nemis whip has insane delay or on bubba if you would watch epidemy a little you would see differece in hits on 20-40 ping and on like 60+ so its not always giving every killer advantage and on survivors some are so laggy that they can stuck you like in grabing animation or picking animation.

firstly I never said they were oppressive, i think they’re worthless and rather have less of them than more. his power has those same issues in 1 v 4 unless you bring marvins blood. All his extra zombies do is get in my way while im chasing a survivor which is really bad in particular with maps like lerys and rpd with tiny door ways.
Make marvins blood basekit and a lot of his problems go away.
Nemy is one of my mains and his extra zombies have barely helped improve him in 2 v 8. In fact a lot of times they’re more of a hindering factor. Smart survivors will use them as a speed boost if they’re uninfected, whipping an already infected survivor also gives you less mutation gain, than the initial infection rate.
Sometimes i wonder why they didnt gave him marvins when he droped (because the lickers tongue with marvins is a must and best addons while they are only addons that buff his main power the whip) in 2v8 because that addon is must especaily in mode where tier 2 isnt that great as it is in 1v4 but tier 3 is more needed here and getting it is long way with lots of time waste (good thing on zombies is that now you can get tier 2 from them fast and sometimes they can waste time of survivors with their speed now and give you and your buddy info if there was someone spoted by them or which direction they saw him firts but as you said they can denny hits by bodyblocking or smart survivors using them as speed boost).

Not that i know. XP depends only on match time (10min should be the cap) and the bonus for the first match on each side. There were also xp-events in the past.
I think playing survivor is better for leveling up because your play time is usualy shorter and there is cap to how max of a exp you can gain in the match (just thing I heard on some video on YT). So in short playing survivor is mostly more suited for gaining exp fast and effective to gain iri shards faster.

i love nemy playing as and against but 4 zombies isn’t what he needed. It takes too long to tier up, i’ve played games where i didn’t miss a single whip but half the game was over before i reached tier 3.
Chaos shuffle woke me up to how much marvins blood hard carries.
His power sucks in 2v8 nemi is slow killer in building up his power and needing 3 hits to cause damage to unifected survivors. Killer in 2v8 needs good mobility because of huge maps that are almost twice as bigger as they normaly are so 4 zombies arent that problematic not to mention there is class that rubuilds pallets and another class that has flashlight which can stun them for enough time to do some gen progress or one survivor can lead them away and i have seen many times one guy leading 3 of them like it was some whisper guy from TWD so they arent that big deal as some see them and nemi without killer that has great mobility and chase power isnt that oppressive here.

- Survivor is a skin after all, maybe in 3 months of regular play you can have a level 100 survivor. What's even worse are the level 100 killers who are really bad, and above all Wesker and Springtrap who usually have a very high prestige and are among the worst killer players in the game. Sometimes with SWF we are literally amazed, to the point that they don't even know how to manage a basic loop and their power. In theory (I repeat in THEORY) if you have a level 100 killer, you should know the basics of your power.🤣
P100 means nothing because you can gain blood points from anyone else and just bump it into that character and people do it to their main ones (which they should play the most) but other smart choice is to p100 character on which you want good addons often like trapper killers you want with strong addons because they just suck and being p100 gives you each bloodweb some good stuf.
In theory they should be good or know basic but that far from reality and in my experience on survivors the best ones werent never p100 characters but as you said its just skin (the survivor) compare to killers and p100 is only good for getting more addons and offerings due to having infinite lvl 50 bloodweb which gives best addons rarities often (before styptic and syrange nerf every p100 survivor run item with these two or BNP because they could do it on p100 character).
As with skins its just looks but skill thats what matters.

- This is just my feeling, but from what I understand, the "new" Trickster improves where he was already good (a survivor in an area with low walls will be literally doomed, even more so than before) and worsens where he was already weak (if the survivor is in an area with high walls, Trickster will have even more difficulty, since a lot of precision with the knives is now required). As someone already said, we'll have to wait for PTB to make a real judgment.
Pretty much thats it, I see it this way too just better where he already was good and bigger begar where he needed help so I dont see it like huge buff but more as style upgrade tbh (just from some vids what I saw).

Yeah nothing changed on the play style as the killer or the counter play as a survivor.
They basically just made Main event harder to get and iron maiden for faster reloading.
But I geuss it's technically a buff since the made the number of shots hit to 6 from 8 to Injure
Faster injures but slower to catch up or when using knifes and more limited knifes and harder to get main even that cant be used near hooks which was its main reason to use it so I dont think he will be much better that current live version only difference is that he will have more style.

I know they dont but they are annoying as hell if they know what they are doing its just stall mate like killer that dont hook but doesnt slug all 4 and its escape but match takes ages like against pinhead that just picks box over and over and just slugs you know you will win or chance for win is very high but that the way for the win is tortue.

Bullying requires intent. Unless that group is getting together with the purpose of bullying, and not just playing forcefully to win, then it's not bullying. Maybe some people are so bad they think everyone who's aggressive is bullying them but I haven't felt helpless in this game since I was new. You can't bully someone who's more powerful than you.
Works both ways here like you just now showing it.

Some names are unchanged since epic give away (I would post some short from epidemy but I alredy got slaped for it from mode for shaming so sry) or he just seen that palyer before.
I doged one too when I had a girl (vee) in that when I saved her on saloon she used medics ability to heal the rest 50% of the bar for saving the time and than I just saw her run to broken pallet and rebuild it from scraps which can only scout do I was like what the …… but nothing new in DBD I just didnt saw this type of cheat in 2v8 but I think its like survivor having 20 perks in 1v4 on their character equiped.
2v8 in particular hides ton of cheaters because of that chaos and busted abilities its very hard to spot someone just speeding with 10% haste or having something else.

"Are the Trickster players in the room with us?"
In all seriousness I am wondering that myself, as trickster is possibly the wort of the ranged killers he needs his 4.6 speed to actually be able to keep up with the pace game, 4.4 is a death sentence in the time management game that is the killer role.
He is way too slow and killers like him should be super deadly because they lack the mobility (especialy the part of mobility where they can catch up to survivor and continue in chase) but i dont see him that way like his base movement speed is slower, his speed when he holds knifes is slower and his speed when he is throwing knifes is slower in exchange for lover number of knifes causing injure but that again you have less of them which means you cant miss much or you will be 110 speed without power and you will need to reload which is slower now due to speed.
Than one thing people kinda miss is the laceration meter (the purple segments around survivors showing how many knifes he hit on that survivor) which has been nerfed with lasting duration and this with slower speed and and less ammo means he is actualy even weaker on high wall/profile loops than before.
Than main even looks nice but from current live version you reach it less or have to make hard choice between keeping s-rank or using main event and now in ptb you cant use main even near hooks so punishing basement saves is gone or hardly nerfed which was one of strongest sides of trickster that made him dangerous.
So he seems to me if survivor doesnt run to some high struckture where he cant throw knifes over that he is downed and trickster will have to reload which will be slow as hell so tunneling will be meta against people that slam gens, nothing that engaging compare to current trickster and deffinitely nothing to pick him over slinger or huntress or especialy springtrap.
If the give him 115 speed or make him 115 when he looses all knifes and reduce his slowdown when using his knifes he might be solid killer but from which I read in patch notes and saw on YT yeah nothing crazy just mostly style upgrade which I cant hate devs for because they said they will give him more style in which they didnt lie but the fact he will still suck wont make me pick him over huntress or other range options tbh.

You're telling me every survivor that doesn't passively run away from the killer in terror and instead plays in an aggressive manner—while also being skilled—is a bully?
What are you even basing this majority statement on? Vibes?
When whole team or atleast half of the team does it that its bully squad at that point.
THe bully squad cares for dennying hooks and saving others primary before gens (maybe one guy is on them but mostly they go after saves with sabbo or flashlights or flashbangs, crackers.
The part where you dont think sabboing isnt part of bully squads is based on your vibes which is nice for you but realisticaly not correct because sabbo is used in dennying hooks and with some perks buffs which helf survivors to denny hooks even more with sabbo build this strategy can be combined with some bodyblock even more harder to counter and deal with than flashlights or flashbangs especialy if these survivor know how to loop and rest hold m1.
-
I believe he is terrible on controller and now on ptb he is on average weaker than his current version (deadlier in part where he shines already and way way worse in areas where he already struggles or isnt that good but now he is just slower in general), I cant inmagine someone play him on controller just nurse, pinhead, vecna, huntress must be 100% more better to play on controller than trickster.

When did BHVR nerf Unknown? I only recall it getting buffs.
This is also beside the point but how on earth did "Harmless" become the joke name for Unknown, surely something like "Unthreatening" or "Ineffective" would mesh better with the name…
Nerfed his best addons and his buffs were in part where he doesnt needed that help that much (made uvx last longer when you injure survivor with uvx so its not 10 seconds but 16 or what to stare him down to get rid of uvx effect), they buffed his teleport a little but buthchered his brown addon that made it better before than now equiped with current buffed version.
Harmless is because he is very inconsistent with his power he has very small time windo to land uvx shot on survivor effected by uvx effect to damage him and that makes him on same boat as artist that has same thing but difference is artist can hit across the map and through any object compare to harmless that has larger hitbox but slow and its physics with bouncing off are very inconsistent and unreliable, way to easy to doge and react to like imagine if huntress couldnt charge her hatchet to give them straight trajectory and high speed but could throw hatchets as they are when she instantly pulls them (they fall more and are slow). She would be terrible wouldnt she?
Same as larry when emps totaly destroyed him as counter item and he was called larry since than because he wasnt programed to harm the crew and it was truth.

Tbh I did watch the video of scotjund where he coments his feeling about him on his map and I agreed with most there he realy looks much slower and has less shots so missing hurts a lot and the weaker laceration duration is making this even worse (3 seconds doesnt look a lot but on 5% slower killer that is now even slower when he throws and if he throws more knifes he slowes even more that hurts).
It looks his new gameplay wont be spaming knifes but more knife tapping like some of his mains do this where you just shot knife by knife and make every hit than just spam them.
To me he looks bit weaker and more map dependent especialy if I count that main even is way less accessable and common to get while he cant use it where it was worth it like near hooks even in endgame which sucks (if they nerf killer powers near hooks I of that oppinion that in the endgame when gates are powered after last gen has been done the killer shouldnt have any downside or limitation on his power around the hook).

Saboing doesn't make you a bully. A true bully squad is intentionally sinking MMR to harass newer players. You dont know they're bullying unless you see the match. They aren't even an issue for experienced players.
Abd no one in their right mind would try to bully with zero perks, or green perks.
Sabboing is the tool for bully squads to denny hooks further when the flashlight or flash bang arent enough and sabbo teams are sometimes even more harder to deal with than flashlight teams, every team that mainly focuses on dennying killers hooks by saves of any type is bully squad.
They can be even hard to deal with on experienced level if they are swf and the team is made from good loopers (players in general) that they can even give experienced killer a hard time.
Sinking mmr isnt that fast and bully squads exist on all mmrs most in the middle where majority of these teams are p100 teams to intimidate killers.

I have 1k hours. I started sense Vegna came out (The D&D Vegna). The MMR can still bring you with Experienced or Inexperienced players regardless of ur skill level. I play morely for fun but I do like winning my matches. I dont care if i lose because its just a game. I support any streamer regardless of Hours, viewer count or even what side they play. The only thing I dont support is Mean/toxic behavior.
I can respect bully squads if they arent toxic in terms of chatt but that is rare to see because in swf people tend to more bs you than when they are alone.

Thankfully for Killer, they'll be handed some consolation trials to make up for the loss. Not so for Survivor.
No need to deffend bully squads they know what are they doing, play dirty and expect your opponent to be nice is totaly out of mind.
They went in with sabbo and flashlight planning to bully the killer and he predicted it and equiped lightborn and sluged to counter theirs gear, you how i call it

With a perkless survivor and one using green perks, I'm not sure what they hoped to accomplish lol. Good work, Skeleton :)
Mabe it can be new accounts dedicated for content by bullying newer or less experienced killers (no offence to skeleton Idk how much hours he has) or just new characters but thats strange for bully squad even no perks like I would get 3 for adept but no perks and hoping to destroy the killer with looping and flashlight like common.
I know some ttvs doing this or tik tok content creators for clips and mostly they arent alone but full swf in that game because the true power in bully squad is unlocked by being in swf with coms which saves you using info perks for getting in time for saves or dennying hooks.
Shame to people hating lightborn that perks is only good in one thing and thats just that killer cant be blinded but the counter is if survivors arent stupid enough that it actualy forces them on gens which is the thing that wins games, so partly meme perk with simular excetution like iron will (just doing one thing and is good at it) but way way less powerfull only unless these survivors wont notice it (Idk how when its so obvious) and try for blinds and saves and they had sabbo on top like mission failed so move on but hard to expect fair behaviour from people with bullying tendencies.
The cherry on top is how this post is getting downvoted by bully squad memembers.

Catching up have not been a problem, common tactics on both current and ptb version is to break LOS as much as possible. Im still getting downed faster by the ptb version. Not just for me, but my whole team (both full swf, and with randoms or mixed random and partly swf).
I hope that they dont go through with the ptb. version, because its not as weak as OP make it sound.
If he is so lethal as you say than he might be ok because slow killers should have strong powers to help them get fast downs especialy when they dont have any type of mobility.
I will see when I try him and try to go against him but from just patch notes and some videos I watched I see him as more extream version of the first 110 version where he was good/great in open area and on low profile loops and poor begar/weak on high wall loops.

Abandon once exit gates are powered
This cuts out a big part of the game. There are entire builds and perks focused around end game (blood warden, noed, terminus, batteries included, fire up, etc).
Not every survivor is in the exit gates to teabag. It's called being a good teammate and the correct tactical play to wait in the exit gate until you're sure everyone else is out. No crouching is required. (Not to mention that some killer kits and perks might even encourage leaving without being forced out)
And in the event that you do need to leave the exit gate to help, there's a likely chance that you'll be giving the killer an extra kill. And even if it is cocky survivors, you may still be able to force errors or capitalize on mistakes to get a kill. That's called PVP.
None of that exists for slugs.
But since you're so obsessed with making these equal, then why not give survivors the same things as killers have? A slug can now injure and down the killer, and turn that situation into a potential escape instead of a near kill? That's the actual equivalent of what the killer has, base kit. That sounds like a terrible idea to me, but it would meet the requirement of "make things equal".
Or barring that, use a base kit ability to shorten the timer, like killers can hit survivors out. That's the real equivalent of abandon in this case, is killers can hit survivors out and cut short the end game collapse (even start the EGC). Survivors do not have that option without abandon.
Might not even have that option with abandon, since there are other requirements other than "be slugged" here, like if your teammate is still up.
Ask devs for not giving survivors guns and machate or flare to fight back like is Friday the 13 game, giving this point to me is just as correct as your exsample not to mention if you hit them out it can take from 5-40+ seconds depending on game state like how many survivors are still in the match or how many gates are opened and how they are spread. For tacticsl purpose Im not new so I know it how it works and is done but thing is many just wait there to tbag or to just bait killer to come for them in situation where others are in exit or slready left.
All I mentioned its in fairness in abandon options not gameplay wise (your fight back exsample) and this should be aimed for devs or minimaly mods here like mandy and others, for using this as exsample in out of abandon options as for me I wouldnt be against it if the whole gameplay would be changed but thats something not possible now in current 10 years of choices so maybe its good idea for DBD 2 (if you are even little realistic in terms of judging things than you will see it the same).
The key of double standart here is that survivor can skip just 8 seconds long animation in situation where he lost and killer cant (speaking of when they are all in gates so you need to force them out) which is clear double standart.

As a survivor, I would rather go against the current version, than the one thats on the ptb.
have you tried? those blades down you really fast now.
And OP forgot the full text :

They down you fast but when he has no los than he must slowly catch up which will be terrible against loopers that use check points and prerun.
Only upside for slower speed that helps against prerunning is that he has smaller terror radius.

You do understand the difference between gameplay (chasing survivors out of the exit) and an animation, right?
8 seconds, thats terrible crime to steal from someone and especialy from survivor if he is fallowing the rule book and buyed new skin for feng/sable.
Kicking someone from exit takes more time and gives you just few points which is waste of time which can be for some used by getting faster into another game but in the end its just double standart for one side but i don expect devs to change it when they barely touch the killer and when some do it looks like that legendary hag game from south korea that lead to legendary flashlight nerf in 2017.

He is just trickster he was just more overdone meaning that when he was 110 speed he was super deadly when you werent covered and you were (as survivor) in open area or on loop tile that is low so he could shoot over it and hit you but when you went on high wall/profile loop like jungle gym or shack he was bad like real bad and this version is just more extream version of that 110 because when he throws he is slower and slows even more than before he did and than he is casualy 110 speed not 155 so he is slower and takes longer to catch up.
Pros if I wont count some s style:
less knifes to injure, smaller trerror radius, (s- style rank), the more you throw wheli holing m2 like machine gun the faster you throw speed becomes
Cons: slower movement speed (base one, when throwing), slower throwing speed (unless he is in s-rank style and that is timed),less knifes, rapid throwing (meaning the more knifes you throw in one go holding m2 throwing them like machine gun) he becones even slower
Laceration got big nerf
So in short he is king in open area and on low profile loops he can shoot over and hit survivor and poor peasant beggar when is loopen on high wall/profile loops because he is just slower now.
From previous time survivors hated old trickster, they hated trickster all the time but less now because he isnt that common but now they will remember why they hated him in the start.

So nearly every game i play the moment that last survivor goes down "BONG" Abandon feature activated. I sware its like they have it set automatic the millisecond they are able to use it.
Beacuse of this the finisher mori is pointless. All you are doing is doing a mori on a bot and thats just no fun at all.Now i get why you would abandon as a survivor. Either you get slugged and you dip which is completely acceptable or you are eager to get to the next game and don't wanna wait those 10 - 15 seconds for the mori to play out.
So I would love to see a change in how this system works but it would be specific so that it can't be abused by killers.
1. Remove the abandon feature if there is only 1 survivor left in the game when they go down. This means that the killer can get his final mori on a player not just a bot
2. 3 - 5 seconds after the survivor goes down the mori animation automaticly plays. This would give survivors who go down at the hatch a chance to escape or those who go down right at the exit of the game a chance to escape but in all other situations would enable the killer to get the final kill.
I want to stress that the abandon feature should only be removed if 3/4 survivors are dead and one remains.
By having the mori animation automaticly play after x amount of seconds means that killers can't toxicly bleed someone out.Would be interested to hear what others think and if they also have the same issue as me with survivors abandoning to go next the moment they are down.
Also survivor mains do you do this or do you hang around to watch the mori?Just give abandon to killer once gates are powered and bot will take over so survivors can tbag the hell from devs creation.
Now its just double standart that one side can skip the ending when they want and other must go till the end.
Like you say survivors can abandon even to skip 8 seconds of animation but killer must push them out so it doesnt take minute or two and he cant skip it but devs and majority doesnt see it as double sandart because that devs and majority are survivor based (sided or how would you call it), its like explaining right handed guy why it sucks to be left handed when everything is right handed.

Why did you trigger Main Event at such a tile, though?
He might been behind the survivor than damage him and he outrun him with speed buff from taking damage (probably isnt case here but can destroy main event) or he was near its experation time.
Main event is strong but nothing so great unless you use it when you are surrounded by multiple survivors that are in open space so you can hit them.

She just came into time where gen kicking perks were on top in strong regression like CoB or overcharge, eruption (the one that didnt just damaged the gen but made survivor unable to do any gen or some actions which lead to like -40 seconds of repair time), in that same time there were lot of gens close togeather which gave a lot of 3 gens (3 gens that are close togeather which makes them easy to deffend) and other key part to make this combination work was that gens didnt have any regression limit like now you can damage gen only 8 times and than you cant damage it (only exception is like ruin or maybe some other perks might not count like oppression effect on other gens), so many 3 gens with era of strong gen kickicg regression perks that stucked (having like prime versions of CoB,overcharge made gens regress faster than they do in 2v8) plus gens having no damage limit in nuber like today (8 times damage the gen and than you cant touch it as killer) in this time to this equasion came skull merchant, killer who had great area traps for deffending gens.
First version of merchant was strong, second was ok c-tier killer (bit annoying for many but nothing crazy just good deffender due to her traps) but she had all these things I mentioned before to her advantage which made "chess merchant" games that took 30 minutes to even untill server ended like one hour even top comp teams had hard time with her and beat her but in like 54 minutes long match (almost one hour it took them to beat c-tier killer).
If second version of merchant came as new killer in these days she would be c-tier at best maybe even lower but back than she just came into time era that buffed area controling killers like knight.
Its survivor ptsd, they just played in times where she was annoying because of bad game situation and is still hated for it today so nothing crazy and everyone that disconnects against her I call a fool thats wasting everyones time because now she is just free escape if you dont sleep on chest and totems and do actual gens and dont go down in 15 seconds against m1 115% speed killer that cant do much with her drones on loops just is budget clow from Temu.

Me as ghoul if you don't drop it: Cancels and m1 you.
It's a lose lose situation if you drop it he gets you if you don't he has fast cancel and attack recovery he can just get you still.
He gets slowed so if its not loop with another safe thing around close or short type of loop where you can make it back it will work as you say.
Thing to fix it is when he pulls his ability and doesnt use his leaps and cancels his ability than he has longer slow cooldown.

@Shinkiro said:
I wasn't playing him before, and I certainly won't now. I'd rather keep current trickster.
He looks to be better if you hit most of your knifes but thats it, he is deadlier in open area (even more it looks like than before his change to 115% speed) but again more weaker in high wall loops which was bane for his 110% speed version before and now from patch notes his movement speed is slower than before when he throws knifes and if he throws some number he slows down even more like on 8 and 16 throwed knifes he moves nearly 3 m/s which is 1 meter loosing of distance per second to survivor on slow killer so yeah he will be bane in open areas but even weaker in high wall loops due to his speed nerfs and even if it takes less knifes to injure his laceration meter was nerfed to so slower speed and faster loosing of progress on meter that counts hits on survivor in exchange for timed super mode (main event) and less knifes for injure arent worth it for me and I will deffinitely go for more range options like huntress, slinger especialy springtrap (he moves 115 when he has no range projectiles which should be added to all range killers except maybe slinger so trickster and huntress when they are out of knifes/hatchets should be 115 speed untill they reload their projectiles).

he was already fine on the live game. all he needed was tweaks/rework to centipede and arguably Yamori’s mask. idk why they went ahead and buffed him while classifying it as a “bug fix.”
Because he is buggy as hell only toped by few killers like knight, twins but nothing compare to bugmaster.

@Yords said:
It makes me sad, he deserves a rework along with the other weaker killers
He is in sad state, traps are his only thing and he sucks at it.

Its worth like on twins and krasue because people bodyblock a lot against them but than its just only good against altruistic bodyblockers which isnt common thing or hard to get so it will be mostly waste of perk.
Only redeeming quality is that it works with killer powers I believe if they remove that it will be dead perk and if they buffed it even from 8 seconds to 100-120 it wont be still used a lot.
