Here's 2 tips.
1. Don't use the range if a survivor is on a slant that is 2 inches above or below you. It'll never hit them.
2. If a survivor is in front of a hole, don't use a range attack. It won't go past the hole itself.
Hope that helps. Stairs is iffy. 5 steps above or below won't hit them even if you're above or below them and if they are near a ledge, on the stairs like in The Game map, it won't connect.

Just remove the ability to get safe unhook points if the person who has BT gets unhooked. Simple fix so if they want to be a shield, it punishes the unhooker either way. I'd be fine with that. No more stacks of WGLF just because you have BT.
-
Tunneling works some of the time. It just depends on how much you can lose. If you can get rid of someone quickly while protecting the gens at the same time, it's very efficient and so is camping. Just depends on the situation. I've had to tunnel someone out of the game after 3 gens but due to it, I was able to hook a second person near 3 gens and they had a choice. Rescue and run away or try to do the gens and get caught by me then repeat the process until another dies.
-
Iron Will is much better for most encounters, personally. You can fake a killer near stuff, hide easier and even escape Spirit. It's a great perk every time.
-
I wouldn't mind proximity voice chat with a mute option. It'll be faster than trying to tell someone to stop running from a healer with the killer a mile away or telling someone the killer is insidious camping the basement.
-
I just want more short killers with normal movement speed.

They're broken af. Love 'em for it though. Sincerely,
Resident Doctor Main
In all honesty though they should really fix them
@ResidentDoctorMain I just have to say this. Your comments make me laugh so much lol. It's just the way you reply lol. Never change lol.

Fun Fact: I believe the new killer might be The Thing. The reason I came up with this is due to the new Hag cosmetic. Its an almost identical picture from The Thing. The John Carpenter film.
-
Everyone is saying Hag is OP now and she's one of my favorites to go against. Hell, I'll take a good Nurse over a good Spirit ANY DAY. Played Myers earlier and was told he needs a nerf because he can down multiple people with 1 Tier 3. I don't look at many threads about nerfs anymore due to people just not knowing how to avoid a killer.
Hag may be boring to you but hella fun for me. It's just a matter of how you play against them. I've made so many PH's DC all because I know how their range attack works. You can easily abuse it to your advantage. Any map with some type of stairs or a different level is hell on PH. If you don't understand, mention me and I'll explain.
-
Just increase the BP amount per action for survivor by 1000 and there you go. Everyone is happy.

I have this too and it seems to me that it could be lag related; it seems the freeze happens because of the server taking over while it verifies if a hit connected or not.
It's an annoying issue but hopefully with the 60 tick changes coming it will fix it.
@ItsJoshFFS I was just about to say the same thing. The increase in server ticks and feedback should fix this issue.
-
Flashlights against Hag is fine. It keeps her in check so she can't spam them in a basement but Wraith is kinda eh and shouldn't really be punished like that.
-
First hook, yeah. You ain't doing anything but hanging around anyway but instead be able to click Camping or Not Camping every 5 seconds if you choose.
-
Hag is the next one to be attacked for being OP xD
-
Hag is fine as is. She's slow, has to use traps to catch survivors a majority of the time, you can flashlight the traps or just crouch. If you have such an issue with a camping hag then crouch unhook then run up the stairs so she hits you instead of the other survivor. She has to wait for the hit animation to even port again. I've never struggled against a Hag. There's a reason she's so rare. Spirit is broken as hell, Hag is weak but alright if you know where to place traps. She has multiple counters to her power.
-
Dude, your post literally made my Google chrome on my phone freeze up 4 times trying to read it O.o
-
There's a way to see who the killer is O.o
-
Just reverse it. You start with 5 stacks and they decrease per gen done. You get a big boost at the beginning to stop chases sooner and pressure gens but once you start slacking, you lose power.

- Because everyone can't be a god tier looper and some people need to play immersed (I'm one of the better loopers in my friend group and my friends immerse because they suck at it)
- It depends on what you mean by "interact". Does that mean enter the killers terror radius? Are you suggesting that only people who have been chased (which usually ends with being hooked) can work on gens meaning all 4 survivors have to rush the killer and get into a chase just to start the objective?
@RakimSockem No, I don't think that's what the person means. Something to do besides doing gens so killers have time to actually kick gens and apply real pressure. Other objectives so far are optional. I've seen games slow down when people thought the killer had NOED and once they started doing totems, the killer had more time to actually hook and chase. 12 hooks a long time. The hook timer use to be 45 seconds for each stage. 30 seconds shorter than it is now.
Camping was so bad that they increased the time to give survivors a chance to do gens but that was when god loops and pallets were aplenty. They reduced both but kept in the timer. 12 hooks will never be pheasable if everyone can just do gens miles apart. Just adding in something that forces survivors to do something for 15 seconds would help tremendously and if someone is camping with no one around, they can forego the requirement and just allow them to focus on gens.
That helps with camping but doesn't punish killers for actually leaving to look for someone else if they're not. Something small goes a long way. It would help ease killers away from just staring into a survivors eyes because they feel like they've already lost. Like having to do big skill checks like the Doctor in Madness 3 to free a gen to do it. 15 seconds out of your time and it's only got to be done once and can't be reset by the killer.
What do you think of that?

I wish I could better explain myself.
All I can say is I personally don’t have any issues at red ranks, as Clown, and allow certain gens to be ignored.
I can keep heavy pressure up and end chases fast. Even on massive maps.
If you really feel gens are going too fast, and/or maps feel too large to travel across, change your focus to improving your hunting/tracking skills and learning to end chases quicker.
@DudeDelicious Fair enough. I do appreciate you talking about it, though. Clown is a good chase ender and benefits from close gens but I enjoy playing as random killers. I sometimes feel like I'm seeing gen pops before I can even reach one side of the map due to RNG and the size of it. Not all maps need to be reduced. I really love The Game map as both survivor and killer but I hate Hawkins as both also. I get so lost in there. Clown is a great chase ender. I really enjoy him on Swamp and Yamaoka!

That's true. Red Forest and Ormond are never fun maps to be on when playing 110 killers.
@Skysair Both are just too big to traverse to prevent gens, specially if the gens are in all the corners of the map with only 2 in the main center. Can't pressure them if you walk to them and they pop before you can even touch them. It's why a few killers face camp. They feel like they've lost already. I know I camp if I'm down to 1 gen and no one is dead. I rather get 2 than none.
I try to not to camp, tunnel or be a dick as killer but sometimes, you have to get some people out of a match.
-
@Skysair said:
Why not bring a new mechanic in where survivors must interact with the killer before they can start repairing gens? This would prevent survivors from sitting on gens and popping them in succession, while encouraging survivors to seek out chases and do other objectives like chests and totems.
Immersed survivors are never fun when playing as the killer.
@Skysair I would be fine with that but it doesn't stop the maps being huge. Hopefully, they reduce map sizes on the big ones but that would also be nice to not hear 3 gens popping as soon as you circle back from looking for people at the beginning of the map.

That's how it works bud, sometimes you have to do risky decisions if you want to win, it goes both sides, sometimes you have to let a team mate die if we want to escape a prime example of this is camping
@Khakuate That's the problem. The reason most camp is they feel like they've lost due to map size. Every time I hear pressure the gens then say don't camp, how do you stop 3 gens from popping 3 miles away and apply pressure? By letting them do what they want until you can actually prevent gens from being touched because they're next to you?
-
@DudeDelicious That's the issue. Forcing people to give up gens because they're too far is not a strategy or strategic. Me starting up a game and just sitting near the closest gens until they come close to me is a terrible way to play. It's how you lose 3 gens and feel like you already lost.
Every match shouldn't be a free 3 gen start due to my killer not be able to get there in time. Smaller maps create more chases and interactions in general and also help both sides pip.
-
It chooses an random number for a perk that is associated and throws it in the bloodweb. Completely random due to RNG. Kind of like a lottery.q
-
It's RNG. My Doctor got all 3 levels of BBQ last. I was very sad. Hopefully, you have better RNG.

Hey dont worry! it's just a forum, I was happy cause that guy was pretty biased and rude to everyone else, that's why I was rude too, that's why im glad he got banned, I think we dont want people like him on this community.
Have a good day! ;D
@Khakuate I do appreciate your kind words! You also have a grand day!

@Khakuate I just want to apologize for what I said. It was out of anger, not out of reason. It wasn't about true but making fun of a person who showed a thought of something that had me mad. I don't want to be a negative person on here. I made an account to help people with info and facts, not engage into negative behavior. For that, I am sorry, honestly.

Yes. The 16 seconds to heal will go faster with add ons perks and medkits that reduce heal time. Try it with botany knowledge a emergency med kit and a addon that increases healing speed
@Mak0 I honestly didn't know about the perks. Thank you.
-
Glad I could help.
-
BBQ (Helps find someone after hooking)
Nurse's Calling (Nail people through walls when they aren't paying attention and if they do run and you're close enough and guess right, you can still get a hit with his range)
Pop (Gen regression is almost mandatory)
STBFL (It's just great! Faster and faster hits recovery then makes it easier to hit someone then immediately hit them with range from a vault with 6-8 stacks. Its disgusting lol)

Really? Is this intended?
@Todgeweiht It is. I learned it from a dev. The timer is reduced by that and things that increase healing speed if its an add-on. Use tbe green add-on that does considerably to reduce to 8 seconds.
-
@MandyTalk Please delete this. I posted my comment in a different part and forgot about this one. Thank you kindly.

Use the scissors add-on with it reduces the time to 10 seconds. You're welcome.

k, dude the circus is waiting for you!!! you're not supposed to be clowning here in the forum!!!
@Khakuate I hope the day you get banned is a day that I'm online. Being rude to other's because you dislike their comments or statements need to stop. All you're doing is making your own worthless to others.
-
I really enjoy Tru3's content but I also disagree with some of his viewpoints. I've watched Otz and disagreed with him a few times and seen him get stomped by SWFs. The only one that I've fully agreed on was with ScottJund. He's very factual and shows proof. If you don't like these creators but you try to insult me over it, you're argument becomes invalid to me and will be ignored.
-
I'd take the points any day xD These perks in my bloodwebs don't buy themselves, you know lol.
-
I came from PS4 to PC. The only difference was the turning aspect for killer since Console had a slower turning speed that made 360'ing a killer stupid easy. Otherwise, it's about the same. Hell, using a controller as a survivor is easier on PC because its smoother turning and you can choose how fast or slow you want to walk by tilting the stick.
-
Nurse. She'd wack you then teleport away, waiting to strike again.
-
I farmed the Huntress achievement, Skilled Huntress on both PS4 and PC. The hardest for me was Evil Within Achievement for Myers where you had to mori everyone while in Tier 3. Took me AGES.
-
Just make it so Pig crouches instantly and stands up instantly, 2 more seconds with her dash attack, make it silent and give it a little more speed. That's all she really needs. Pig would be terrifying.
-
It would make it easier to balance around voice chat finally. Make it proximity only, give a mute option and make it fade far away. I wouldn't be against it as long as the implementation wasn't terrible.

Nah, like I said, objectively, killers are weak. Did I say you're gonna be constantly losing as killer? No I did not, also saying you can get 2 kills is like saying you died just before you could escape, doesn't matter, a close win is still a loss. I said any person can do well as killer, but that doesn't mean they don't have to sweat their ass off to do so, If the best survivors in the world faced off the best killer in the world, the survivors would every time. If you see a wraith or a clown in red ranks, you're gonna laugh your ass off as you bully them endlessly and make their experience extremely unfun. Some killers are weaker than others, but the fact that three survivors can always do whatever the hell they want while you're chasing one of them will always make killers weak.
@LazyPayday I still remember the depip squad winning with 4 man escapes 97 times out of 100 to prove a point with only DS xD

@mrpieseller Deformed American and Demogorgon made me laugh lol.
-
I don't think you was introduced to the depip squad. No perks but DS and they all escaped 97 times out of 100 games at rank 1 to make a point.

@Peanits If this would be possible at some point, please let us know.

I honestly don't know what anime characters would fit. I like horror manga but I can never get my hands on it. The only thing I could think of is one of the homonculi from FMA. I think the problem really is with how over the top anime usually is. Having a killer that just punches a survivor into the wall and collapsing a building on them or have them power all the way up would be hilarious though.
@BubbaMain64 I would die for Lust to be a killer :( and the older Eldric Brother to be Survivor. I'd pay instantly!
-
Spirit is almost impossible to blind because she looks directly down but Hag is still blindable. Just aim for the upper torso.
-
I play KYFs when I'm learning a new killer but bots would be nice as practice.
