Had a solo match like this so lemme ask you guys. It was down to me and one other survivor. They had one hook and I had no hooks. We got two gens popped due to everyone going down with surge and pain res and we were just getting slaughtered cuz, better killer. Killer finds other person and hooks them. I booted up DBD before the anniversary update was available on PS5 and was awarded the new anniversary currency 100 Gilded Trinkets for logging in but no anniversary stuff was yet shown, so I closed the game, updated, rebooted and anniversary has started but 0 Gilded Trinkets. It would be really good for new players to have some form of cycle for killers/whole DLC to try. Like have one killer per week free to play, so new players can figure out how the killer works and maybe decide, if they want to buy the killer to continue play him. Bully squads have been an issue for a while, and it was tolerable for a while as there were ways to mitigate the effect they had on any given match; with gen builds for killers that stopped excessive gen rushing and hook camping though being boring an unethical way to play still allowed the killer some control over their enjoyment of a match that from the start was stacked against them once the0 comments 21 views last activity

I’ve noticed that using the power often tends to result in low chaser emblems even if it ends fairly quick. Even now I looked at two games, one where I mainly just basic attacked and the other with injuries and downs using UVX and the difference was night and day. Remote hooks just deny many survivor perks, you can't take protection hits, sabo, use DS, flashlight saves, pallet saves, they just can hard tunnel. They can break pallets at distance and then use their power, survivors can create pallets, yes, but is easy to avoid it as killer by just moving backwards or just apply the endurance effect. the event is great and I'm enjoying the anniversary a lot as this is the first time I get to play during an event, but it feels bad on both killer and survivor side to use an anniversary toolbox that costs the same as all the other event items (a brown) but is the only one that doesn't share the same stats as the yellow version of the item. Killer Unique Maps Every map should change esthetic depending on the killer faced. (Hooks, sky, environment itself). Maps defined by layouts instead of visuals or esthetic. PC, KDE Neon w/ Proton After being flashbanged and remote hooked at he same time, this Sable was stuck in the carry animation for the rest of the game. Endgame collapse did not kill her as she was stuck in the carry state. The game eventually ended, but I was not tabbed in to see how. Sable did not appear to disconnect based on the endgame lobby. The biggest point of frustration with this killer right now is that his direct hits are completely unrewarding and all they do is apply a measly 6% hindered for 3 seconds. The instant hooks, the free enduring, exposed, speed bursts, lopsidede BP earnings, remote pallet break......just all these things make it almost impossible to complete even just 3 gens, let alone all 5. It's bad when even SWFs are saying they are finding it extremely hard to complete all the gens in a match. In the game I was playing, there was a survivor (Meg) hiding in basement and in the corners of the map, and I was chasing a survivor (Nea) who then lead me to the hiding survivor in the basement who I promptly hit then downed and hooked in the basement because the Nes body blocked them, and I just wanted to take the free down, by the time I got out of the basement the Nea was gone. Used power struggle to stun killer with event pallet, got the stun but was not let off, then was just floating above and around the killer for rest of match, had to dc at end as endgame timer didn't kill me. Whenever weave attunement is used all survivors should be able to see the item empty or not, it's a difficult enough perk to deal with with its 12 meter radius but being unable to find and move the objects especially when Franklin is being used makes 0 sense. Feng Min was being carried by the killer when Cheryl came in to sabotage the hook and I blocked him. Somehow Feng Min got hooked and she was floating outside of the hook. The killer said in post game chat that he didn't hook her, it could be that he was pressing Q for Remote hook when it happened.
