PC - Survivor stuck on hook but floating

Feng Min was being carried by the killer when Cheryl came in to sabotage the hook and I blocked him. Somehow Feng Min got hooked and she was floating outside of the hook. The killer said in post game chat that he didn't hook her, it could be that he was pressing Q for Remote hook when it happened. I've attached a video and a game log for this post.
