No seriously. Why even bother? Hooks spawn 5 meters away from each other. 30% of killers run Iron Grasp for some reason. Body blocking is pointless since Mad Grit exists. Honestly, just remove the wiggle mechanic already. It's worthless.34 comments 652 views last activity

Everyone is terrible at something in this game. I'm particularly terrible. I can't follow scratch marks, can't track the Killer's red light in front of them, and I bump into tree's.95 comments 1,352 views last activity

Do you guys think anything will happen? DbD posting they'll be at a con/event is usually a good sign that something big is coming. Maybe nothing will happen but we can hope! https://twitter.com/DeadByBHVR/status/1178687715644186624?s=1912 comments 201 views last activity

I miss having to earn cosmetics. Getting something during an event doesn't mean anything anymore since everyone else can just buy it. Note I'm not complaining about that as, it's a nice way for the devs to make money and is good for people who play casually and don't have the time to earn stuff. I just wish there was still something to be earned during the events that acted as a badge39 comments 671 views last activity

So devs, whats your plan about the next hotfix? Please don't tell me you want to wait till midchapter patch to fix some gamebreaking bugs we currently have.43 comments 901 views last activity

Its like taking a hammer and nail to the pig only, there is no nail and you keep hammering a non existent nail. Like you nerf pig so many times. Like no sloppy butcher when ambush? like what? and the pig skillchecks arent hard at all. I suggest to make them really hard. like maybe brand new part difficult.89 comments 1,621 views last activity

I was wondering what people's opinions are if the Demogorgon has all it's portals out, and places another one then the oldest one would disappear in place of the new one. Thoughts?22 comments 321 views last activity

If people like to play SWF with voice ok lets they do it but without rank and bloodpoints. If people wanna get rank and BP all players in match will play solo.Ur thought about it?55 comments 1,241 views last activity

What is this challenge? It's a challenge to the notion that ruin is required at any rank, and the notion that ruin is a wasted perk slot since it will get cleansed in 30 sec. Pretty simple. We can collectivelly do this, and get better results than doing it alone. Here's how we do this. Step 1 - Play normally like you always do. Using ruin. Just 10 games, (100 would be better, but let's be rea64 comments 3,331 views last activity

Just an idea I had, but what if instead of a single skill check occasionally, we had 3 skill checks come at the survivor in rapid speed randomly. The idea behind this change as it means the survivors have to focus more. Put the "skill" back in skillcheck. If anyone else has any other ideas for improving the skillcheck experience then please say. I think as a current mechanic skillchecks are real11 comments 741 views last activity

Playing survivor is impossible because nearly every killer wants to farm. And playing killer is impossible aswell because a lot of players switched to killer so they can farm. I hate double bp because of this Community. Just play normally ffs, you aren't going to get x100 more BP by farming. It's boring af, it's not a point simulator.62 comments 2,241 views last activity

What is the issue? We’re all on the same game loving and disliking it at times. I genuinely don’t understand the feud and I’d like to be informed. Please keep the conversation informative and educational for people who want to know like myself. No negative arguments, no toxicity, just reasoning. Thank you. 💜47 comments 941 views last activity

Lately, I feel like I have been playing with 3 perks and ds is just in the 4th slot to look pretty. Either the killers just k n o w I have ds and leave me on the ground (fair) Or for some reason survivors refuse to save and would rather work on gens or just sit there staring at me, leaving me one or two hooked (annoying) I would replace ds with kindred but I just know that when I do, I will e15 comments 321 views last activity

Hey guys, so I’m starting to play Killer a little more, I was wondering if someone can enlighten me on the meaning of each category as follows: Deviousness Hunting Brutality Sacrifice (this one is self-explanatory) Thanks in advance! 💜4 comments 111 views last activity

Ruin gets broken before 2 minutes have passed in red ranks or survivors know how to land all the perfect skillchecks without sweating at all. CI blocks 3 gens for 2 minutes (more than the time an experienced SWF lobby take to break Ruin) and leaves 4 gens next to each other (easy patrol) available for fixing Combine with reading perks like Discordance and BBQ and you'll practically own the team30 comments 531 views last activity

Love this perk but I feel the uninjured requirement really holds this perk back. It's very useful for maneuverig without making scratch marks and would be very useful when you're injured. If nothing else maybe it could still work while injured but to a lesser degree. Like a 12% speed bonus.16 comments 541 views last activity

Hello there, I am about to level the Legion, one of my last remaining Killers i have not even on 50. So, here i am and ask the Advanced Legion players what a) Perks / Builds you like most b) his best Addons are.. Thanks in advance & Kind regards18 comments 361 views last activity

Head on is fun as hell to use but would it be considered as a "good" perk? 3 seconds to run away is a very short time considering the killer will not fall for it again.32 comments 2,381 views last activity

As a main billy such things are rare, but are pretty unrealistic and uncompetitive in my opinion. These are not mindgames, this is literally taking an advantage from the game's hitboxes. Even from the killer's prospective the that Dwight appears to be out of range. Watch from 4:30 the next two scenes https://youtu.be/OlS93umjae014 comments 271 views last activity

I bought DBD 2 days ago and I'm getting the feeling like it would be worthwhile to find other people for regular grouping. I've been reading up on the game and watching tactics on youtube, but could really use someone walking/talking me though best practices. Let me know who's got some time. So I just watched the trailer, reviewed perks which are amazing and checked some gameplays, I basically made my come back to DBD almost 2 months ago due PSN PLUS, I just bought GF which is great however I really like the Legion idea and looks but I've also heard bad reviews. Is it worth to purchase? Is it really that bad? How good is at collecting BP? I usually feel closer to unseen or unhear68 comments 1,891 views last activity

I've been playing DBD for a long time, but not that long. I'd like to hear about how things were before the current emblem pipping system was established. Wasn't ranking done by survivors surviving and killers killing back then? Did this mean that high rank killers were really awesome sauce and high rank survivors were true gods among men?30 comments 521 views last activity

After reading endless posts complaining about game balance I've thought of a new idea that I think could work. What if each individual survivor's objective action base speed was adjusted each match based upon relation to the killer's rank. Here's my thought. Base speed could be +/- 3% per ranking tier disparity relative to killer rank. Here are some examples: 1. Red rank killer - Red rank surv18 comments 332 views last activity

So are they ever gonna fix where the survivor can't wiggle, recover , see HUD and escape through the gate in game? This bug has been going on for like three patches now with no fix even brought up or even being addressed. It's unfair when you escape the trial only to learn you've been BHVR'D and have to fall off the edge land back in the map and pray the hatch hasn't already been found even thoug15 comments 391 views last activity

Dead by Daylight patch 3.2.1 has just gone live. The two major changes following this update are: The Demogorgon's 'Shred' ability now breaks pallets by default. The matchmaking algorithm for Survive With Friends now uses the highest ranked player's rank to find a killer, instead of the average of all the ranks. Now this is my very first time in my 2,332 hours of playtime that I have taken t105 comments 4,842 views last activity

Both BBQ and Gateou(103%) gives 100% BP for all categories. This is my BP's before the match: This is my BP's after the match results: The final results: So I've got 8.000 in 3 categories and an 7.900 in another one, so my total is 31.900, to resume: I've got 31.90013 comments 2,061 views last activity

Quote from patch notes "The Demogorgon's Shred special ability now breaks pallets by default. Because of this change, we have re-worked the Red Moss add-on." I find this very upsetting not because of this change, but because Legion has the same ultra rare add-on that let's them break pallets except they're vaulting. Legion should also be able to break pallets by default with his special ability66 comments 2,991 views last activity

So I'm leveling up Demogorgon. I love the new system for perks when you reach level 40, but there is a serious issue. I do not want to unlock the teachable perk Mindbreaker. Ever. I view it as a complete and utter waste and do not want to have to spend 100's of thousands of bloodpoints getting it on all my killers. Which brings me to the problem. I had a bloodweb where unlocking Mindbreaker43 comments 1,221 views last activity

So, I've just read through the release info for the Switch version. At $40, I get that it's releasing with several of the DLC characters. However, apparently there are a few DLC that are MIA, like Leatherface and Freddy, what's up with that? Anyway, given the grindyness of the game, will there ever be an option to import my account infos and unlocks over to the Switch version of the game? I'd ha15 comments 541 views last activity

Why the hell does OoO grant full view when you're in the dreamworld. No mind games at all, because you can ALWAYS see the killer, no matter how far away you're. It was already bad for Ghostface, Pig and Wraith. But we can add Freddy to the list as well. BHVR fix this damn perk!!!! @Peanits19 comments 641 views last activity

F.A.Q. Can I use my progress from another platform? Sadly no, we do not support cross progression for any platform. Is the Switch cross platform? No, you will be matched with other Switch players Is Switch on Dedicated Servers? Yes, the Nintendo Switch users will use dedicated servers at release. The console itself cannot support hosting a game for 5 players at the time which is why0 comments 4,251 views last activity
