Object of Obsession needs to be fixed: NOW!
Why the hell does OoO grant full view when you're in the dreamworld. No mind games at all, because you can ALWAYS see the killer, no matter how far away you're. It was already bad for Ghostface, Pig and Wraith. But we can add Freddy to the list as well.

Another side effect of the Oblivious status. BT less effective while OoO is more.

Well pre work Freddy wasn't effected by this until you put them asleep. If this is bothering you run his blocks that blind them or just run Myers tier one.
Devs wanted to nerf OoO by adding Undetectable status effect into the game, but they ended up buffing it with the other status effect, Oblivious, coming into play. Stealth killers like Wraith, Pig and Ghost Face will be able to deal with OoO users when they will finally get Undetectable in their kit, but OoO will be as strong or even stronger against other killers like Freddy, Trapper, Hag or Huntress.
This is intended. Object of Obsession stops showing the aura while you are within the killer's terror radius. Since they are oblivious, they are not in the terror radius, so OoO is meant to activate. Likewise, Borrowed Time also won't activate since you are not inside the terror radius as long as you're asleep.
Using the Sheep Block or Unicorn Block will hard counter this, if you want. Any time they trigger a snare or a dream pallet, they get Blindness and can't read your aura anymore. You could even run Third Seal if you really want.
The best advice is probably to ignore the OoO user if he/she seems to be a decent looper and go after somebody else.
How does Freddy interact with Infectious Fright? Does it even do anything if survivors are in dream world/Oblivious? So far Oblivious effect really made some of Freddy's interactions with perks weird
Infectious Fright only makes the survivors reveal their location when they are not asleep.
Is it intended on Ghostface? It makes the trial mostly pointless from a killer perspective. It's solidly anti-fun.
Technically speaking, it's working as intended. Though Ghost Face will be receiving Undetectable later on which will prevent that.

I believe you're confusing undetectable and oblivious. Undetectable prevents aura reading.
It will. Killers that do get undetectable will counter OoO.
Freddy doesn't get that, so OoO should work normally

Good trade off for BT not working I think. You can still do a little bit of mindgaming but tbh Freddy doesn't even need to since he can force hits or pallet drops with his snares if used correctly.
Thankfully, Freddy doesn't rely on stealth so you can ignore the OoO for the most part and take him out using normal tactics when the opportunity arrives.
Undetectable not being in place for the Ghost is kind of questionable, but not many people run it so the issue is kind of meh.
Although in the end, the design decisions here are kind of questionable.
But it was really worth to make base kit Freddy weaker just to make his useless Blindness add-ons a little bit stronger ( but still not worth running ) ?
