I really wished myers was enjoyable to play. He’s so iconic and a modern game that lets you play as him and although the stalking is cool and it does feel like him it’s so irritating that hold w is so effective on him and it gets old holding down the joystick on my controller especially how bubba who also insta downs people has slight movement and anti loop without needing to stalk. Thrid edition for Chaos Shuffle and still the same. The playerbase has shown outright with all iterations of chaos shuffle that if you give them the tiniest avenue to minmax the fun out of an event queue they will jump at the opportunity. DON'T TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. I have played DbD since summer 2017 with Adrenaline sitting there for so long. Though I don't see it every round and it's been nerfed over the years, when Adrenaline comes into play it can literally kill the killer's game sometimes. I think the stats are pretty off and I’m not talking about loading times and stuff that steam and Xbox count to their hours. I started playing on Xbox dbd on December of 2023 and got my first achievement 12/31/23 so I started playing in the beginning of the year so from 12/31/24 I am at devotion 5. Considering the 2nd iterations of Lights Out and 2v8 saw numerous changes to the gameplay (significant ones in the case of 2v8, too), the fact that 3rd Chaos Shuffle is the exact same as the 1st one is underwhelming. It was adverstised as "D&D themed" but there's precisely 0 difference between its 1st and 3rd iterations. I honestly want to know how a killer with 3 powers and all of them are strong is fair. Vecna has 4 spells but are balanced around it not being as good as its main power it was taken from (skeletons like artist, fly like blight/billy/oni) and then we have Dracula that has technically 3 chase powers that are all really strong. Since it's a modifier and isn't meant to change the core mechanics: Everyone starts without perks: for each hook state or generator repaired, a trapdoor on the map would trigger. Bloodrush got reworked recently into an anti tunnel for exhaustion and it was a good rework but the perk still is barely used. A feature that would allow players to do multiple challenges of the old tomes at the same time would make thus old tomes more likely to finish. especially for those who like 100% of them done and even for new players.
