His outfit has like no blood on it which is really weird considering he's a ghoul that feasts off blood. Since he doesn't have a weapon he also doesn't have the signature bloody veins. Also, the fatigue feels slightly longer than pre-patch, and the fatigue after a lethal blink takes almost twice as long as pre-patch.
