Dead Dawg Saloon Unusable Hook

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: There's a hook that can spawn in between Gallows and the Dead Dawg Saloon which is blocked by a water trough.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Spawn on DDS, approach hook with a survivor, be met with disappointment. I failed to have this hook spawn in 8 times, but it spawned 3 times in a row after equipping the Putrid Oak Offering.
