The perk THWACK! doesn't work anymore

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: THWACK! Doesn't give a scream and sometimes no Aura notification. The survivors didn't bring distortion, calm spirit or hardened.

PLATFORM: PlayStation 5 Pro

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Use the perk THWACK! in your killer loadout. Have at least 1 token for THWACK! to work. Destroy a pallet or breakable wall within a 24 meter radius of a survivor. The survivor doesn't scream nor show their Aura.

    Neither were they in a locker or outside of the perk's range. I mean look, I broke a dropped pallet and a survivor was nearby. There was 2 tokens remaining on THWACK!
