Why are we nerfing A Nurse's Calling and Monitor & Abuse??? What's the point of nerfing weak perks??? Do I missing something or what???

I played 10 games… 8/10 games survivors tbaged me at exit gates with 5-6 total hooks. Good job guys. You reducing kill rates to 25-30%. I'm sure everyone will play killer after this. Oh yeah and new killer is like B tier if that... And I no longer give a #########... I played this over 6k hrs and you finally push me off this game. Good job guys.

So what happens if survivors do 3 gens before killer hook like 4 survivors? Do they will be Exposed until end of the Trial or get like crazy repair speed penalty? Why they adding penalty to one side and the other side is untouched? This is not how this game work. This PTB doesn't make any sense and I can't wait to play vs Nurse, Blight and Ghoul every single game where survivor q will be 10+ minutes.
None of this will pass to the live servers...
