Sometimes the entire sound effect for the "reveal" mechanic will play with no real rhyme or reason. It's like the entire sound clip itself plays, without the "boom" sound of actually revealing him. While playing as Twins I gained bloodlust tier 1, broke a pallet and shortly sent Victor out to end chase after injuring the Survivor. Upon switching back to Charlette after downing the Survivor I was stricken with the image of having a 0 tiered bloodlust for the remainder of the game.
