Dracula’s Wolf Form not getting killer instinct on Rushed Locker entrances/exits

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Dracula in Wolf form isnt recieving killer instinct when a survivor fast enters or fast exits a locker, which they should as any rushed action results in killer instinct for wolf form

PLATFORM: unsure, saw it while watching a twitch stream

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: dracula is in wolf form. Survivor fast enters a locker. No killer instinct. Survivor fast exits a locker. No killer instinct
