I think that it shouldn't, personally. Once you've gotten the endurance status effect, I think you shouldn't be able to get it again until you've been healed. I switched from Xbox to PC about a month ago. Due to this event and the bloodhunt that happened previous to the event, I was able to unlock all the teachables on all killers. Even before the event, did anyone else notice the opposing side play more sweaty than you would normally see if you bring a BP offering whether it benefits yourself, or everyone? This perk is very niche and not very good at all. As a pro player, it's collecting dust at the bottom of your bin, because the times it can actually be useful are few and far between. As a new player, even when you're missing attacks in chase and struggling to hit - the meager bonus is often outclassed and overshadowed by even the likes of Iron Grasp or Spies From The Shadows.
