So Im having server allocation issues, I can't play DBD as a killer because I can't find games and if I do find games after 30 mins of queue time, it's a lobby with 300 ping in east china or Japan. I can't play survivor now because its 200 ping lobbies and when its not 200 ping, it's hackers and tunnellers. When launching Dead by Daylight and in the lobby/menus, every time I drag my cursor to my second screen (the no-DBD screen), it keeps sliding back to the DBD screen, even when the mouse isn't moving. I’ve been trying to make builds using Vee’s perks lately and so far the only one I’ve found to be consistently useful is Ghost Notes. Road Life is unusably bad (but that’s a topic for another day) and OTTF seems like it doesn’t even do anything. Is the +20% additive or multiplicative? Is it bugged? It seems that when my encoder on my RTX 3060 is actively being used to stream the game with OBS, the game will either crash along with obs or not load at all if I'm streaming before loading the game.
