There is only two perks in the game that increases the Blessing speed of Boon Totems for yourself (not for others); which is Resilience and Spine Chill. It only increases the Blessing speed by 9% and 6% respectively. Better Than New can technically increase Blessing speed but only for other players, it does not affect yourself. Over the past 3 months: All the killers I've played against have had the exact same strategy Sulg the 3rd survivor to looking for 4th survivor, Some killers were not satisfied with 3 and a half minutes, they went as far as carrying the survivor who was 5 seconds away from death and Hooking the survivor to milk more time. Does anyone else have this issue? I never got twitch drops (in game) from redeemed drops through Twitch. I did not get any drops from the Castlevania chapter release OR the most recent Christmas event drops. Had a game against an Artists on the new map, for context - this is my first time on the new map & I'm really excited because I love it from what I'd seen. It's the Christmas event game mode, new map & while some games can go silly & fun, some if not most play out like normal DbD. I played Freddy on mothers dwelling got a 11 hooks while giving last one the hatch. I didnt tunnel even as a Kate tryes desperately to bodyblock after her hook. Like seriously, Dracula's Bat form is essentially a Spirit's phasing with unlimited duration which bypasses vaults and dropped vaults (and can even block them with an add-on) and even if you somehow screw up with that you're still a 115% speed killer with 2 other anti loop abilities (or you can just use the bats again right after cause the cooldown is stupid quick it might as well not exist). Killers nowadays are pretty strong and are b tier at worst. Lowkey kind of a shame that all the iconic killer's came out early in dbd since they have very simple or mediocre powers. Bubba, Freddy, ghostface and myers are mega iconic slashers and are probably the most popular of their genre but in game they are pretty much subject to torment from survivor's. when the perk first released obviously it had to be a scourge hook but know there is only 4 uses ( one for each survivor ). The main problem with Pain resonance is that you have unnecessary RNG. Jagged compass doesn’t help this perk it helps every other SH perk because they are activated everytime someone is on a hook. I don’t think pain resonance needs to be a scourge hook anymore. So recently, Houndmaster's add on 'knotted rope' was nerfed massively. Knotted Rope - basic attack cooldown when hitting grabbed survivors is reduced by 2% (Down from 10%) If that sounds terrible, it is. BHVR, by their own words, made this add on intentionally horrifically bad and unusable so that way they could 'avoid it being potentially problematic and revisit it in 2025'. Hi. I have 4000 hours in the game. But that doesn't mean what it did a year, two year, or especially three years ago. I play survivor mainly and in Solo Q. For reference, I've been playing since 2018. I would describe myself as a causal gamer. Most of my games I get tunneled out immediately. Create snowmen, hit other with snowskulls, finish gens - it doesn't matter. The event meter in-game can be half full or more, but at the end game screen, I only get points for the normal game interactions and NONE for the event interactions. Then this happens: Whether or not it’s a tight or close 3 gens the killer places all bipods over gens and supply cases with EMPS. How is everyone feeling about the new map balance wise? I think it’s the most balanced map they have released in a while. The map isn’t too big and isn’t too small, the fillers are nice but not insane like eyrie, the tiles are evenly spread apart, the main building is good but not overbearingly good like goj or badham. This event has been live a matter of hours and people on both sides are playing like sweaty tournament players. These are for BP and cosmetic farming and it's supposed to be a fun little "break" from the normal aspect of play. I played as a survivor twice and the killers were looking to wipe the game out in 5 minutes of less and no one was able to do any event level anything. With the release of the new chapter came taurie cain with a fairly decent anti tunnel perk to help trade hook states. I have had three different killers today who openly admitted to targeting me and tunneling me specifically because of that perk. The thing is…I wasn't even running it. what are your thoughts on this? "Crouch tech" is a problem that has been in the game for years and has been reported several times, including by content creators like Henz, and the devs never said nothing about that. A friend told me it was back recently and I only recently remembered, so I've checked in today and found out the mode was out only briefly in November and now its gone again. I play a lot of houndmaster however she is kill switched for the Winter Event..I am still spending 2k per offering in my bloodweb. If I don't get to play the event with her, I shouldn't have to pay 2k per offering that comes up in my blood web. It sounds small, but it adds up to be a lot of BP I am losing. Thank you developers for kill-switching The Houndmaster in the event modifier and for disabling Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater cosmetic in both. I've faced some Baermars with this cosmetic after more people realized/noticed that this cosmetic has a bug that gives you a big advantages in chase. I've only just played Knight for the first time after the rework and he just feels bad. I dont even wanna say he is bad outright, but something is weird and doesnt feel good. In an age where totem spawns simultaneously suck, and are common knowledge, embracing the fact that your totems will be removed makes you ask the question what can you do about it? If Killers and Survivors have something to do during the endgame, it'll encourage actual engagement during the endgame (e.g. not just standing still, waiting for Survivors to leave), If the Survivors / Killers choose not to engage one another, at least you'll have something to do to earn points.
