  • I literally hopped in a locker to use Built to last and got a crow. It took longer to get rid of the blasted thing and Spring Bob No Pants was able to hear it and pop a U-turn on me. ๐Ÿคฆ

  • I said from the day they announced it that there'd be no way to distinguish purposely dying or failed meme attempts. I've had games over almost as fast as this. (One wouldve been faster but the Spirit decided that after slugging everyone, they'd let us bleed out instead of.) I've even been accused of trying to go next and reported when I just had horrible luck in my choice of where to run to. Then again, I've been reported for a lot of things that range from petty to simply moronic. Unfortunately there are just too many factors that can dictate an outcome like this.

Easy enough. Stealthy Hag you don't see until she jumpscares you. Forces players to run around in the woods until she does.

    Addons: Rusty Shackles, Locust.

Perks: Plaything, Pentimento, Monitor & Abuse, Knockout.

    Thanks. Definitely gonna try it.

    Unforeseen, Dark Devotion, Deathbound, Mindbreaker?

Those actually sound good. I'll have to run them to see how they feel in play. Thanks ๐Ÿ‘

I feel like this is a hard one because the Blair Witch is intentionally something you see and know little of in the movie.

Anything sneaky that hides aura or makes people wonder if you're around watching might work.

I was thinking a long those lines. Like any hex I think fits, but the story hints at manipulation of time and reality, madness and disorientation. I love the idea of it but I don't like the aspect of having to be seen. It kind of kills the idea to me but that's probably why it's never even been mentioned as an idea in the game. Unless you used a vessel or disciple of her, it'd be about like a lower level entity in the game, better left unseen. I may be going crazy over an impossible idea, idk. Lol

  • Late to the party but I've been thinking this for a while myself. And I may be crazy but on the Hags Family Knowledge cosmetic, I swear that's the Blair Witch symbol behind her head. It's been making me work nonstop trying to think of the perfect build for her to be my dbd Blair Witch.

  • I was just having this discussion with some friends the other day. I'm a killer main but it seems like everytime I join them as a survivor, every other killer wants to either slug and bleed out the whole team or the last ones. While I can see some other k-mains pov with survivors with boil over crawling or running to the furthest spot on the map making hooks impossible, I personally do not agree with the act. The only time I've ever done it was by accident when I downed someone on the temple map, their friend was right there so I got them real quick and then could not for the life of me find the first one. I could hear her all day but no sign of her, no trail and even trying to grid the whole area, no pickup option on screen. Felt so bad had to send an apology dm lol. I think that there should be options on both ends. If a survivor is down for over 60 seconds, free mori (let's move things along), refusal to more ends with a short matchmaking penalty or a loss of points. If the survivor is down for 90 seconds, auto unbreakable or hold down a button for a few seconds to begin a sped up bleed out or if you wait it out get a small bonus of BP afterwards just to spite the killer. I mean if there was a benefit to laying there, I'd go grab me a fresh drink and enjoy knowing I get "resilience points" and they get "douchebag penalty" lol. But however it would be implemented, I agree it should be there. Along with some kind of afk penalty for survivors. Just deciding they don't want to play against a particular killer or map. 3 crows = matchmaking penalty. If you don't want to play just disconnect, take your short time-out and give your team a bot to replace you. They tend to play better than most survivors I come across, imo.

A few of them have appeared in the in-game store a while back. I haven't been keeping up with the rotation since then, but it might be worth checking every week or so?

    Thanks I'll look at that!

  • I agree when I'm the survivor. There's been times I just run back in and offer the killer a kill. Everyone deserves points. ๐Ÿคท Well, almost everyone lol

we all love dead by daylight. 1 bad game out of 10 good ones is amazing

But then it became 3 bad games out of 7 games

    then 5.. then 7โ€ฆ then 9โ€ฆ

Nobody is having fun. Everyone is complaining because either the win they got was so nullifying boring, or the lose they got was out of their hands

So im going to stomp on the tea party and spite it all

Lol "Sir! Yes sir!" ๐Ÿซก I don't blame you ๐Ÿคฃ

  • I see where you're coming from, but as someone who took a hiatus for a couple years, I have access to two. And the feathers of pride one looks more like a chubby hummingbird. No offense to anyone. As far as discord; I have no idea what those would even be. I'd settle for having some way of getting the older tome charms again. ๐Ÿคท Like I said, unpopular opinion.

  • That was my thought process. Her or deathslinger.

Look at it positively. You usually only have to spend 15 minutes of your life with such people. But this person has to come to terms with themselves throughout their entire life.

There's nothing you can do about it. In Dead by Daylight you will encounter this behavior more often than perhaps in other games. Maybe try playing another game? Civilization 6 f.e.

Lol I remember that. No I was just trying to make sure that it's not some kind of in-game motion for like "hey do the hokey pokey" or something.

  • Just me, but I used to destroy controllers, a couple TVs and even an old PlayStation when I'd get mad. I figured out that outside the game I would catch myself punching a corner of a wall or headbutting something as well (I'm not proud of my anger issues when I was younger). What I wound up doing was getting an old arm rest from a office chair and rigging it up beside me so when I got mad at the game, I'd headbutt that as hard as I could. Eventually I got tired of the wasted energy that the rage caused. Now I'm not saying go headbutt the neighbors dog or anything but find an outlet you can incorporate to channel the aggression away from the valuables and of course other people. Just an idea.

  • Thank you. Helps a lot. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something that was just common knowledge. Like buy the characters separately but miss out on a charm or cosmetic lol. Thanks again.

  • There's always next game. No need worrying about it too much ๐Ÿ‘. This coming from someone (that's myself) that is horrible at killer and more of a distraction mechanism for the survivors to occupy the killer lol.
