Unfair Disconnect
BHVR, maybe it's time to do something about the quality of your servers, because I've been disconnected several times without justification and temporarily banned just for starting a simple match. I get a free 15-minute timeout, and yet we’re still left wondering why players who just want to play normally and who paid €20 or more for the game end up unable to play for an undesired amount of time without committing anything harmful or cheating. It seems like you’d rather focus on minor issues, like a player using only speed perks getting unfairly accused of cheating, when in reality, it was another cheater boosting everything.
And then there are other issues like hostage-taking during matches. Doesn't it bother you to lose loyal players who frequently spend money on your game but end up being denied the basic ability to just play? So please... At least make a system that’s better and more capable of recognizing minor faults versus actual serious issues.
