I just had a game where I'm pretty sure the killer was manipulating their connection. I had 40 ping and was teleporting everywhere. No it was not my internet. Oh and guess what! It was a PC killer (and ya'll always asking why I want to turn off crossplay). My question is why when I pause the game do I see everyone's ping but the killer's? Am I just missing it? There was no visible cue that the killer switched from one to the other. I was hoping that it would be something like the killer just looks afk, then you could equip Insidious maybe or do something to make it look like you are not controlling Charlotte but you actually are. Why not just make it so that if the killer downs a survivor while Victor is on them, Victor stays on them for a short time while they are in dying and prevents them from both crawling and recovering. I've been using this perk a bit lately with the new Thana, and I've come to find that FP is actually much better than Sloppy at keeping survivors injured. It's 80 seconds guaranteed, and it's actually really easy to get protection hits as survivor so it's easy to get FP to proc. The fact that Freddy has a relatively low pick rate but a SIGNIFICANTLY higher kill rate should be a major red flag to BHVR that he is too strong. IDC what you want to say about Nurse or Spirit, but Freddy is objectively one of if not the strongest killers in the game and there are multiple reasons for it. I must preface this with... "Fixed an issue that caused grabbing survivors out of lockers to be accelerated when using the perk Iron Maiden." Why was this changed? It was a pretty interesting semi-counter to DS as it would make the skill check come up almost immediately and a lot of survivors miss it not expecting. Xbox. East coast North America. 7:50 PM est. 8/22/2020 I just had a game soft lock during a camera pan. The game was running but the map name was not gone. I could not move or anything. Devs said they have been testing the new MMR on Xbox for a few weeks. Well as someone that plays the game on Xbox, I'd like to say it sucks. Sorry. It just does. I just got mori'd after being sent to a cage. If hook perks don't work with cages, neither should mori which requires hooks. HOT TAKE Unsafe pallets are lame as killer. It doesn't feel rewarding to catch a survivor at these pallets because you are all but guaranteed the hit. Nearly every pallet on Hawkins is unsafe and there is nothing a survivor can do to avoid getting hit. I don't get why the devs keep putting Hemorrhage on perks and add-ons. It is a useless status effect. Tracking blood by default is already pretty easy, especially on indoor maps. Pyramid Head and Freddy BOTH had purple add-ons that inflict Hemmorhage. WHY? Why does it seem like these 3 killers get an extra 4-6m out of M&A? Would it be too much to ask to make their heartbeats the same volume at the same range as killer's with a normal heartbeat? BHVR's audio engineer needs to fix these three, as they are the only ones who have special terror music (aside from Myers but his seems to be fine when using M&A).
