So I constantly see pain res and pop in ever match because their part of the meta...what about the other perks that I won't lie have some potential. Surge/Jolt: Good information perk as you will know if someone is repairing a gen while you down someone plus it stacks and also you don't need to do anything other the down a survivor. So every match that I've faced Vecna this always happens someone gets the hand or eye of Vecna or if your me one match both. Your on death hook so you know there's a mori coming your way the quick thing like what Pyramid head has but no your instead picked up and hooked. This event has brought the worst out of players with constant slugging for a 4k because of these offerings what's weirder...I don't think it was this bad last year I think I got maybe 1 out of twelve matches someone would play a little annoying or basically just slug,camp or tunnel the entire match but still rarely. I won't lie I thought it would've been like what last year's was just some challenges and stuff cool they added an NPC but with all these abilities you unlock I'm so lost. The killer can hook you without a hook nearby I won't lie I thought the killer was cheating the first match because I was hooked out of nowhere and well the tricks feel odd to me. Is the event good? So just had a match against what I wouldn't even call a dull merchant like it's levels lower then that. She slugged three people for no reason at five gens and never picked anyone up someone was streaming so I saw what she was full on doing aka the non crouching killer's version of teabagging and when they hooked someone just constantly hit them on hook. How to make it good 0-1 kills lower my mmr by a good amount 2 kills keep it the same 3-4 raise it Plus keep my killer mmr the same on all killers not each individually because maybe there's one day I think well I'll try playing Nurse I haven't tried her in a while. I selected Unknown to spend a few BP on. Their outfit is just the yellow rarity but I noticed their voice is a lot more clear unlike in a match where it's distorted. So had a match facing Vecna for once. Two people are left I died near the end so I decided to watch how the match ended an exit gate was opened a Leon standing at set exit gate...he goes down and gets picked up then dies on hook. Seriously this is my point you've opened an exit gate you should leave since even if your in a safe zone your still in the match. I don't think there is a difference in the ps4 and ps5 version of the game but the only main reason I won't is because of the achievements. Some of the ones I have were out of pure luck and basically crying my eyes out when I got them. I still live in pride knowing the fact I got where did they go? No matter how many breaks I do all I see as survivor is the meta. One of the most interesting things I can think of is well take the killer's from the game and make them survivors. In the killer lore the Entity usually messes around trying to get enough emotion out of the killer or just trying to make them snap in some way. So I don't know if it's true or not but isn't supposed to be if a survivor goes AFK for a while aka not moving gets off hook but still doesn't move as in being rescued their kicked from the match for not participating. Because if your giving up don't basically punish your team who are just wanting to have a good time playing. People say OH NO matchmaking for killer is per killer not your total matchmaking. So you might have low MMR for Huntress but high MMR for Trapper. So I need to know is this true or is it actually how it's supposed to be and be your total killer matchmaking. Maybe ten minutes long with about 60% of it being that me and another survivor did nothing. Two gens left on RPD facing a Hillbilly constantly using his chainsaw we knew we weren't escaping so we waited for one of us to get caught which was me at the end because I was sick of waiting. I remember seeing a video of killers floating on the top section of RPD which prevented them from breaking the pallet that was one the stairs. So why haven't they killed switched it yet. Overall playing survivor is boring because of it. Every match. Pain Res, Pop and Corrupt sometimes Surge is in the mix. Yes I get the meta is the best perks in the game at the moment and yes I get killers use it because they don't want gens flying in their face. I was facing a pig and she was chasing me thing was I wasn't in chase it acted like she was close to me even though I was being followed closely by her even being hit by her it acted like I wasn't in chase. I don't know how to title this but if a survivor is afk like three crows not moving and such for a good amount of time they should be kicked because it basically screws over their entire team it's not fun having someone basically go AFK all because oh you got a map you don't like or a killer you don't like. I can't beat/face her. The main problem being her power messes with hit validation and server. Basically she can teleport and hit on her screen but on my screen she hits milliseconds after coming out of her blink which gives me no reaction time.
