It seems crazy to me that they've been making chapters every 3 months and the vast majority of them even being free. At this point they have made 51 total characters including survivors and killers and that's so much content. They've made a ton of maps and you don't need even need to pay iridescent shards to play on them. I don't play killer super often but when I do a lot of times I get those games where it's just pure destruction and they can't get a single gen done. It doesn't have much to do with my killer skill but more so the survivor's skill. So I have an idea to make Spirit more fun to play as and against while making her more balanced. What if whenever she was phasing she could only move forward and would have to curve exactly how Hillbilly works. It would be easier to turn but the idea is that she would be a bit easier to predict and every situation wouldn't be a 50/50. Honestly it's so weird I almost never see this perk in my games. If there is any basic attack perk 95% of the time it's Sloppy Butcher. ... on hardware that came out in 2012. DbD is such a different game than it came out in 2016, no wonder the original Xbox One and PS4 can't handle a game with textures and features made in 2021. Those consoles are almost 10 years old now, I wouldn't play on a pre-built PC made in 2012 and expect to get 60 FPS, it just couldn't happen. I feel like it's a really big problem that there is no official win condition. I mean, how could you ever have a competitive game with no win condition? That's impossible. So most people just make it up. I generally like to use the method that Otzdarva does when he does his win streaks where if at least one person gets out through the exit gate with all gens powered it's a loss for the killer. I've always been really intrigued by Repressed Alliance because I despise Ruin and to a lesser extent PGTW. On paper it sounds like an awesome perk to me, if I want to go and get a save or a killer pushes me off a gen I can block it for 30 seconds and save that Ruin regression. Every time you get infected by Nemesis there's the blue stuff on you that literally could be changed to the color red and you would have a bloody version of that outfit. I hate the new ruin with a burning passion and there's a reason like half of the killers use it especially with undying. I want to be able to go back to a time where I can actually let go of a generator to unhook someone and not have it regress back to 0%. Oh my god this is by far the most annoying build I have ever seen in dbd. I just went against a Nemesis with that and it was the worst thing I have ever faced against. This build is already pretty bad but when you add zombies into the mix it becomes the worst experience survivors can have. Honestly I don't get too much why people think Lucky Break is too OP. I think there are really specific builds that can make it crazy like with an insta-heal or with resurgence so if you do go down early with it you can heal yourself up quickly so it won't completely go to waste. My games have for the most part been ok, there is about an everage of 2 escapes to 2 deaths but that's not always because it was a well played match, survivors have just been basically killing themselves or have been left to die on first hook. Something strange keeps happening where in every game I've played (survivor) I have gotten at least 2 PC players in my lobbies and often times 3 or 4. PC players were extremely rare for me on the old matchmaking so I wonder what this means. I know i'm not the first one to use this and that it even was popular before the balanced and exhaustion nerfs but I still think it's a really effective and powerful combo. I don't understand how people can think Dead Hard is that amazing of a perk when even every basic attack is longer than it. Every killer has the ability to just hit all the way through Dead Hard NOT even including the latency issues. I know that the problem of DH comes from using it for distance but in that regard Sprint Burst is way better. Honestly it's kind of crazy to me how similar the competitive state of DbD is to Smash Melee. People complain about only 5 or 6 killers being viable like Spirit, Nurse, Freddy, etc. and that's almost exactly how it works in Smash. You only really see 5 or 6 of the same characters in tournaments and that game has been active for almost 20 years now. I know it's hard to tell when somebody is using a VPN to connect to other locations but if lag switching is considered a bannable offense so should using third party software like a VPN to gain an unfair advantage.
