Are the servers completely borked right now?

The past few days i've really noticed crazy connection issues like characters rubber banding back, freezing for a while, and animations being stuck but my ping is always around 30 and everybody else's seems fine. Are the servers just really messed up for some reason or did the latest update cause these problems?

CRAZY connection issues over the last 4-5 hours. Definitely. I made a whole thread about it yet now I can't find it, I'm wondering if I somehow neglected to hit the post button, lol.

But yeah. Somewhere around 20 DCs and at least 4 AFKs just in the few hours I played this morning. My own game turned into a slideshow twice, as well. I've never seen it this bad before.
