Now that silent hill and saw are in dbd, Alien is the only horror license I personally would like to see in dbd. When she was first released she was one of a kind in terms of her crouch ability. But ever since the release of ghostface I can't help but feel her crouch is incredibly outdated. Sure, she can dash out of her crouch, but in most situations and tiles her dash is nearly useless. There's so many small changes they can make to the pig that would make her so much better to play. Was playing nurse on swamp. Grabbed someone from a pallet. On my screen, I grabbed them and was carrying them. On their screen they never got grabbed in the first place. So I was stuck in some weird purgatory of holding an invisible survivor that I couldn't hook or put down. Couldn't lunge or blink either. So hit and grab validation is clearly doing an amazing job! Dbd has always performed pretty badly on console but I'm genuinely impressed with how bad its gotten. I really think killer is unplayable on console currently. Ya know, unless you have a fancy over priced console. The newest update has taken all the issues from the re chapter launch and intensified them. When they were shut off because of the crashing I knew some people would abuse it because that's what they always do. But the dc rates are completley out of control. 12 of the 15 matches I played over the past few days have been literally nothing but constant disconnecting. Was waiting for one of my swf to invite me so I played a match of killer to pass the time. And all I have to say is, 5 times in just ONE chase did my second blink glitch out and refuse to charge. It happened throughout the whole match but holy ######### it's never happened so many times in a row. Sooo survivors are still silent on the ground after well over a year. Not a single nurse bug was addressed. The new map still isn't fixed after a week of the new chapter being out. But most importantly, the lag spikes and constant freezing STILL aren't fixed :D But you know what they did fix? The cosmetic glitch. Just played my last match of nurse for the day and missed well over 10 easy hits because my game decided to freeze for several seconds after I blink. I missed so many easy blinks because of this, it almost cost me the game. This wasn't exclusive to that match only, it's been happening every single match. I just wanna share my opinions on the new perks and hear the opinions of other people about them. So personally I think the killer perks for this chapter are an absolute joke, all of them. Imo these are the worst perks we've gotten in a very long time. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but might as well put it on here. On temple of purgation there's an area in the main building where you can get permanently stuck. The exact location is through the entrance opposite side of the map of killer shack, the staircase directly to the left of that entrance is glitched. I'm open to hear all opinions on this. So on the dbd Facebook group someone made a post about how they destroyed a team of rank 20-15ish survivors with blight. They said that the game was easy and bragging about how they only got one gen done. This patch may be the absolute worst patch that dbd has ever recieved. With the horrible ps4 framerate, to the awful Halloween event...they have really REALLY messed up. This year's Halloween event is the worst holiday event I've ever played in a game. They gave us horrendous addons that actually put both roles at a disadvantage. As a nurse main I can safely say she's in desperate need for changes. Her base kit is mostly fine but her addons are horrendous and I think they need to be changed. However, her main issue is her bugs and glitches on certain maps. Here's a list of issues I've had with nurse in the past week. 1. Blinking into the basement while I'm looking straight up. 2. This is just a little thing that's been annoying for me for a while. For a very long time the longest hair for survivors in the game was always shoulder length. A lot of the time it seems like bhvr doesn't know how to add hair for female survivors that wasn't a side cut or shoulder length hair. Kate's new skin has really long hair and I love it! Noed is no longer a hex perk. When noed would usually activate, (hatch close and all gens done) noed activates. The survivors are not notified of noed until a survivor is downed with it like it does right now. Noed activates for 180 seconds (at level 3). This weeks shrine is the worst shrine that I've personally seen. It's a joke. But that's not the point of this thread. I think that free to play character's perks shouldn't be in the shrine. I love doing really well in a match and then my game glitching out and end up losing. I grabbed Jake out of a locker and got stuck carrying him. I couldn't drop him or hook him. People have been complaining about ebonies and keys for a very long time and they still have yet to do anything. Those 2 things are by far more broken than anything in this game. Since the new patch has been released every time I play killer, my game has extremely low fps and it's a huge eyesore. I play on ps4 and I've never had this problem before. Usually my game runs on high fps and isn't laggy at all but ever since the game updated my killer matches have been horrendously low fps. I'm a nurse main on ps4. Here's a summary of my last match. (Kinda long btw). I don't consider myself a great nurse but I did incredibly well during the match. If pyramid head couldn't see caged survivors auras. Pyramid head is probably the best killer in the game for tunneling. It's stupidly easy to tunnel survivors to death without even bringing a mori. This change wouldn't change anything in his base kit, it'd just make tunneling a little harder. I was playing hag, only perk I had was level 1 surveillance with brown addons. Went against a team with a flashlight, breakout with saboteur. Tea bagging, flashlight clicking etc. They got cocky and all 4 of them ended up on the ground. I got a 3k. About 4 months ago I came back to dbd after a 6 month long break. I'm already at my breaking point with taking another break or just straight up quitting the game. I've seen many people in past forums say that bubba's claudette themed face is racist. What do you think? I personally think that it's fine considering they did it for all 4 original survivors. I personally don't care if we don't have any confirmed lgbt characters. At the end of the day... it's a video game and sexual preference doesn't change gameplay at all. So lisa is being added to the game. I'm very excited. But 1 thing is bothering me about her. Her face looks almost nothing like her original face. The only licensed characters (survivors in particular) that look good are bill, tapp, Nancy and steve. Nancy and steve could look better but they're pretty decent. Quentin and laurie still look absolutely atrocious. They look nothing like their actors and they look terrible. Since you reworked bill, I think that they need reworks too.
