What is the best build you can think of that is off-meta? Meaning none of the obvious meta perks for killer and survivor. For survivor my off-meta build is No Mither, Resilience,Prove thyself and WGLF. It just unnecessarily lengthens the grind at this point which is honestly really annoying because the more perks you get the harder the grind is. Honestly the grind is getting worse than Legacy because of these tiers imo. What is the point of them anymore anyways? The game is fun and all but I know friends that refuse to try the game because of a multitude of problems getting into. The first problem is the grind when you start out as a new player getting teachables takes a loooong time for them and getting perks can be very challenging when you are new at the game. Ruin has always been a very trash perk in my eyes it relies on RNG and should only be used on killers that need more set up time like trapper and hag. But since the PGTW buff it actually helps with stopping gens a lot if you know how to use it correctly because it cannot be prevented unless for some reason you cannot get a hook off. One situation I keep running into is that you can't grab survivors when they use a key. I understand why you cannot grab them if a key is not used since you can close the hatch but if you close the hatch the survivor can just open it with a key right infront of the killer with zero counterplay available.7 comments 292 views last activity

I play Dead By Daylight both on PC and console and one thing that always bothers me is the fact that the sensitivity on console is so low even at max. A problem I personally have been experiencing recently is that I have way too many teachables. This makes it harder to get perks that I actually want for newer killers and survivors. This means you can easily be shuffling through so many blood webs just for one perk that you want. WGLF in it's current state promotes farming others off the hook allowing the killer to just down the unhooked survivor almost right away again. This happens way to often because everyone is competeing for stacks because only one survivor can get an unhook. When I use high tier killers to get kills I barely get any people that are mad in post chat. But whenever I get kills as a low tier killer people get really angry in post chat like all the time. Something I have noticed this patch entirely to often is how mixed ranks are. In my last 10 games as survivor I had at least 2 rank 15-20s and I am currently at rank 1 as survivor. I was simply trying to get a daily done for nurse first game all 4 dc'd as soon as they heard me. Depipped because of this. Second game I get one down pretty quickly all DC as soon as I get a down. I know that there are many other changes that would be high priority but I don't see many people ever talk about KYF. It would be nice to be able to do more changes to the match to create more game modes like for example being able to eliminate or make survivors take certain perks for challenges in game such as No Mither. Honestly killers are so OP! I am a rank 1 killer main and even I know how op killers are like cmon camping is such a scummy move. Like the legion even with his rework he is super op. EGC is also super OP and unfair for the survivor and the time should be lengthened to 10 minutes. Almost all of my friends on DBD are quitting have quitted or are planning to quit real soon... Plus there are also a ton of people on the forums that have also said that they are quitting the game. And honestly I am almost on the last straw with this game myself. Now I know this might be a very unpopular opinion but this is my opinion so hear me out, rank at this point should just be removed from the game. I have been here for about a week or two at this point but one thing I keep noticing is people getting banned, and so I have a question to ask is there any clear indicator of what is really bannable or are you just at the mods mercy ect? Why do some people feel in dbd that if you are a survivor main that means you must hate killer mains because it is obviously killer vs survivor and some killer mains feel the same way. Like to me it is odd because do most people not play both regularly it's not like some game like "choose your faction!" you can play both be good at both and like playing both. Killers should not tunnel or camp someone when it is the first person they have hooked. Unless a survivor was being toxic or you need to camp to secure a kill because like 4 gens have been done and it is your first hook then it is okay to tunnel and camp in my opinion.
