Are his snares going to be base or an add-on? I have had some tell me that it will be base while others tell me it will be an add-on.

The devs were unsure if it was going to be base in the 3rd year anniversary, then in the hair cosmetics live stream that occured later they confirmed it would be an add-on. They didn't say which, but it is going to be an add-on you can use if you want to switch out Dream Pallets. So clap your hands everybody, the devs are likely going to strip more of his base kit away for add-ons.
Edit: I have no idea what's going on now. Check on the dev comment below and wait for the Freddy live stream.
I honestly want both because by the sound of it, the dream realm doesn't have much of a downside besides the TR.

Snares are his base trap at the moment. We should have more info to share this Thursday during the livestream.
