I would argue her and other killers were able to get too much value out of the notification, making cleansing attempts futile and even impossible in some instances. So yeah, it had to go.
I concur on a mobile killer like nurse billy or blight they'd be on that totem in seconds.
Remember when people were complaining about billy and then reworked tinkerers? Same deal

The only flaw with a "click" once system is if tour finger slips or you misclick.

Ruin, Devour, Plaything, Haunted Grounds. Can you name more than 1 boon that's worth running ever?
I disagree with haunted grounds most times I run it solo the survivors don't break it since they aren't under the effect of a hex. If AI bring lullaby they usually take the risk.
-
No one is p3 for me but I am almost there with wraith and starting on doctor.
Want huntress and demo to reach p3 but I reallydoubt they'll make it. (P0 50)
-
Though I was probably playing against low ranks my pig with rules no. 2, video tape
blood warden, make your choice, hex: haunted grounds and BBQ though that was the only meta perk
It was pretty fun and with my 3 games only one unlucky dwight got his party hat to spray confetti.
-
If I gave it right prestiging will stop removing perks you got so you should keep it.

Ive been missing it for years since I cant remember the last time a Killer did it for me or any other Survivor on the trial and no, there wasnt any toxicity involved on most games... on the other hand I can remember vividly the last time the last Survivor got slugged for 4 minutes because reasons, it was around 9 days ago.
Forcing the Killer to end the game when last person gets downed is a way of stopping that, my main concern is what about BPs and BBQ stacks if the last one didnt get hooked the entire game.
I had a game yesterday as doctor where a leon hid from me until the very end when all his friends were dead. I found him after closing hatch and he just gave up. The was never hooked until etc and that got me the 12 "hook" quota and my last bbq stack. If this change is implemented I would have lost 2 of the hook stage points and bbq stack and gotten the lesser mori event. I get they want to avoid the 4 minute bleedout wait time but can't they just ramp up the timer to go 4 times faster or something?

That's a pretty good description. On killer side I think another factor is that I still haven't found myself a real main character and I think that's important as killer but since I can't test killers I don't own I am extremely cautious with buying them because who has a money trea u know
The thing that really eats me about this specific issue is that they uses to allow "naked" test runs of characters you don't own with splinters. However due to their infamous spaghetti code they removed that ability ages ago because people who owned the character would still find their splinter taking a slot in the bloodweb.
-
You want 6 killers reverted but only complain about legion and "north americaning"
-
I love this
-
I don't see why he should shuffle when ads but removing the infamous quickscope is fair enough for survivors to react which was why he was put on the chopping block to begin with.
-
I play on occasion but I don't think I'll flat out uninstall if/when another asymmetrical game comes out. DVD is the only one that has demodog, freddy, bubba, ect all in one. Plus despite how aggravating the game or some players may be the same can be said for nearly every multiplayer pvp game.

Sounds like the teleporting survivor likely cheated

I've gotten entity displeased while getting 4K was that lose?
The game goes by the trope: "do well but not perfect" for its scoring system if you kill everyone in the first 2 minutes because they would suicide dive onto the hook you technically won but by the games "logic" you didn't get enough points for it to count because chases were non-existent or you weren't devious enough.
If you count 3+k as a win then you won.
-
Why would you ever ask this?
In short: No. The entity just wants your sweet sweet hope essence, a baby is literally useless in getting that one thing.
Also the Entity doesn't mess with survivor biology beyond being more durable than normal it has literally no reason to create male pregnancy.
-
I see that as cocky or overconfident if they go down before they can pop the gen otherwise I just play as normal.
-
Oh no guys gotta watch out for those spicy shadowborn plays. Not like a flashlight would make the wider view backfire or anything.
-
Probably getting the left 4 dead achievement against doctor on myers map. Was the last man standing and lucked out having the last gen near the gates and hatch close by if I needed. Took a while but I managed to fully repair it while alternating between other Gen's to pop it and escape through the doors.
Note: this was years ago and I forgot most of the match but that ending.

I uninstalled it. still dont know the difference :)
Uninstalling means if you reinstall it you still have your progress when you return.
Deleting the game means unless your files are stored in the cloud or something all your progress will be gone. Possibly including dlc depending on how steam/the game checks for it
-
I don't own Gf so it might have changed but initially whatever stalk he gained on you as "saved" unless the M1s you
-
@palmheatkills said:
Did you figure this out? I am having same issue
Like Mandytalk said, the price is attributed to where you live not where you are on Steam. If you don't live in the USA but you are getting USA prices contact Steam.
-
I try to hook them on the closest hook but if a gen is nearby then any other hook I can reach.
-
I seldom slug unless I know they are nearby. Otherwise it's a race to find the hatch.
-
Unless stacking it with tenacity suddenly becomes meta there's no reason to nerf it. It only works once.
-
Buffs can spend saw stacks to extend its attack time. He likely burned several to catch up and 2-shot you.
-
I don't understand what you are saying or why this is made.
-
I'm not sure about the same exact number overall but some killers clearly have more in terms of rarity than others.

Grades are not relevant to anyone but yourself. BP bonus is all.
I don't know what the game was like before SBMM but have heard it's not been popular.
Here's a little history,
The very first system was bloodpoint based regardless if the killer got kills/hooks or survivors escaped or not everyone could pip.
Then the killer box was released changing how killers pipped while survivors still used bloodpoints THAT was unpopular.
Eventually the survivors got their own requirements to pip.
Killers and survivors eventually got the requirements revamped to be inline with MMR and SBMM.
-
I only run it on huntress or wraith and even then it's mostly to meme. On occassion someone actually gets caught but mostly IM is a dead perk.
-
I think they are upset the game was needlessly long because they didn't do Gen's and sat around for flashlight saves instead.
-
Wraith would smell like junker cars
-
The pity hatch appears when one survivor is left in the game. Can't say I had it open before the animation fully completed though.

I've never ever encountered a Killer running Territorial Imperative outside of an adept.
I've seen Monstrous Shrine used more.
I occasionally run TI if I wanna see who wants to loot the chest or if I think I'll get a basement hook. Usually on semi-mobile killers like Demo or speed wraith
-
I don't really get how people claim it's a wasted perk since it literally forces the survivors to go from using their flashlights to either swapping them out with something else or pretending the light is empty.
They literally can only sabo, bodyblock or pallet save all of which can cost them a health state if they want to save the downed survivor. Something that forces the other side to play differently isn't "weak".

If I had to say which Killer should have retired, I guess I'll go with Doctor. Herman, as a Doctor working for the CIA (Doctor being one of the highest paying jobs in the world, I can't imagine how much is added to that when officially in the CIA) and seemingly worked for a while (in this case I'll assume 25 years, for convenience), I can imagine Herman Carter being able to retire now and having a solid rest of his life in a mansion or something.
Other killers that can retire are Trickster (as a K-Pop sensation, Ji-Woon Hak can probably retire peacefully now, however he does love stealing the spotlight and as such I don't think he wants to retire now. He, however, has the option to do so) and Oni (Don't know much about the timeframe when Kazan Yamaoka was taken, but from what it seems I think he lived a long duty life as a Samurai).
Dishonorable mention to Artist, because Carmina Mora must be sad all the time, must forever be sad because we decided it, she has a dead young brother, sad, she must continue painting for eternity to the point where she despise painting and has broken hands because if that doesn't happen then she wouldn't be sad and that can't happen, her mom left at a young age, sadness.
You forgot one more thing: She indirectly got her friends killed by a literal murder of crows oh and she might get jumped and robbed again for bo us sadness.

Monstrous Shrine retains its name as the 'Worst Perk in the game' for there are no shrines nor monsters brought into the game when you use the perk.
Some can argue that the killer themselves are the monster however it does lack a shrine to the corresponding killer when used... or any shrine unless you are packing one of those entity totems.
-
That would be either hunters or demo

Doesn’t one automatically disappear if they’re all corrupted??
If they all fountains are corrupted all are then pure and her corrupt purge is forced.

He can use it particularly well since he can quickly get away from the hook and can also quickly get back without much warning. Wraith is good at catching survivors off guard and makes it a lot easier to get the instadown by just catching someone out of position, and it’s even better if you run the new scourge hook with it.
Not calling wraith op or anything, it’s just not very fun to go against that perk on him. Normally, I like playing against him (and he’s probably my most played killer, lol).
Oh ok, lol I like playing as him and usually have MYC on him but I try to get into a chase before they are rescued but if that fails I tend to go after who I come across, a few times I run into them when chasing someone else amd take a swipe at them.
-
@sizzlingmario4 said:
MYC on nurse or wraith (especially if they use FOR with it), if it’s any other killer idc really.
Insidious on anyone.
Outside of that I wouldn’t say any individual killer perk bothers me that much other than noed. I get more annoyed when I see nurse and blight with 4 slowdowns and the player is clearly skilled enough that they don’t need it to win, than I do by any other singular perk besides what I listed. If it’s a lower tier killer then idc.
Wraith getting singled out is now to me. Would you mind explaining why MYC is annoying against Wraith?

@NathyP11 said:
I originally thought this perk sounded very good. However, breaking it down you know where 2 survivors are anyway. (Hooked & Unhooker) You should be in chase with another so it's only really showing you 1 survivor which may not even be relevant. Would be better if it shows you auras when you hook them.
There are some occasions where both the unhooked and unhooked manage to hide though the unhooked is typically found first due to injury.
-
I wouldn't be against it though the heartbeat is more nuanced for telling when the killer is away from you then the music.
-
Would Demogorgon count as a "stealth" killer? Cause BHVR seem to try and push that playstyle on him with a few of its add one.

As a freddy main, I have recently moved exclusively to using dream pallets instead. On a macro level, I lose more time to breaking pallets than I do just regular looping. As such, dream pallets tend to give me a solid advantage because of how reliant on pallets most survivors tend to be. It's always hilarious when someone breaks shack pallet during the chase and then I put a dream pallet and they somehow forget they just broke the pallet lol.
Whenever I play freddy it is almost exclusively dream pallets Freddy. It's always amusing to have a pallet happy survivor burn all the pallets and get the next unlucky guy.

This is my favourite line too, you never feel safe.
I hate it when I get brutally chased and murdered by a mask wearing knife wielding maniac in an unsafe manner.
I want to feel safe as survivor oh my god, my favourite horror movies are also the ones where nothing scary happens and no one gets killed.
Pleasant dreams on elm street
Halloween… candy
Texas chainsaw tuning, maintenance and sales
Laugh (which I thought was way better than scream)
Laugh 2
Familiar things
Friday the 13th wedding anniversary, save the date!
The haberdashery of Hill House
Night of the living…room Tupperware party
I got more but I’ll stop.
Thank you, you just made my early morning.

They only hex it use is lullaby and it varies from a quick and boney death to lasting about 3-5 hooks in when the survivors get irritated by the shortened alarm.

This was always part of the game with sabotage. Its nothing new.
Respawning hooks was a result of old sabotage being able to disable all hooks but basement making it very unfun for the killer. If survivors can become hook immune with one perk either the map or the perk need to be looked at and abuse prevented.
-
Doing it now is about the best time since the envelopes give a ton of BP just try to get closer to a million before you do and burn through your add one and no boosting items. Otherwise it's like the others said. They boost is rather small and your reward is one item per prestige.
-
I had a flashlight claudette that would run to the top of the stairs on artists map. I tried to ignore the perk the first few times but I never was able to hook her because there were no hooks nearby and then knock around effect can easily force me off the staircases so I started slugging her and then go after someone else while the others would try to pick her up. That interaction with her wasn't fun or interesting it was very irritating.
