That's almost incomprehensible. I've had some
roughbrutal days as a solo queue surv, but I've never gone more than 10-12 in a row without escaping. If you lost that much your MMR would be so low you'd almost trip and fall into more escapes than that.
yeah seem extremely hard to believe but solo q in this game is something special..... i don't rule anything out.
"brutal days as a solo queue surv, but I've never gone more than 10-12 in a row without escaping." my most is 13 . You're eventually going to win by default due to someone carrying the team.

Infectious Fright! 🫣 Ah!! What have I done. 60 sec cooldown???😨 Ah!!! I can’t stop!
…Tell the truth…
SB in my opinion have been the strongest survivor perk in the game for a while. The only perk that allow to just excape a deadzone. Also it extremely annoying to see them slow walk right infront of u without care. It's like they taunting me @Herlnfernal.
I don't care what anybody say....NOED is still complete BS. You get hit by it usually after cooking the killer the whole game and everybody leave cutting their losses. I don't care how many times it been nerf because the core problems still remain. You can be completely trash the whole match and win off this one perk.

people consider it an "exploit" because you are abusing the way game interprets chases. Neither it nor crouch tech are bugs, as crouch tech is also just a result of killers like Demo, Billy and Blight having fixed attack height and survivor hitbox while crouching gets slightly lower than that height.
Mad respect for people actually knowing how to utilize both to their max.
ah ok glad we on the same page. Yeah it definitely taking advantage how the game track chase for sure. I just see it as cool trick like play with your food moon walking.

Ever since the key/hatch changes awhile back Left Behind has been really bad especially now that it’s more common for killers to slug when there are only two survivors left making this perk just not worth ever taking. It need a change desperately.

Seriously! The Survivor games since the update have felt more difficult than usual.
My last Survivor game I was somehow double tapped by a power and m1 before shack window but yet I still made the vault and was dying on the other side.
I wonder if it is hitbox, latency, or both.
let be real... u probably deserve it @HerInfernalMajesty for all the survivors u been killing lately. Fernal blood thirsty killer in disguise as a wholesome forum user.

You get hit from Jupiter all game.
🤣🤣🤣 It’s hard not to hyperventilate.
Why did you stop at Jupiter? Was Neptune too far? LMAO
LoLol just felt like the appropriate one to pick @herlnfernal
The games we had a few days ago was so relax and normal. Went on survivor yesterday and it was damn near nightmare fuel. Blights moving with the hit box of the sun around them, huntress hitting me behind walls, and my favorite vaccum wesker dashes when I'm 5 meters around the corner. I was screaming "WHAT" almost every match at some point
-
it pretty noticeable on both sides but i think survivors damn near unplayable. You get hit from Jupiter all game.
-
He better at cutting you off mid chase with teleporting than the dredge. All the bat addons are very strong. i don't think he op but i can see why players feel overwhelmed. So many things to watch out for vs one killer

I don't know if this has been tried. But I made a joke with a friend and they said it couldn't be done. So I said to myself "screw it, prove them wrong". I am going to P100 every character in DBD.
Note: I mention streaming not to self promote but to have some sort of recorded proof that I am doing this all legitimate.
Rules:
1.) I can only spend points on the current character I am playing.
2.) I can only play DBD on stream.
3.) Once I lock in the character I can not swap from that character.
Caveat, daily rituals & tome challenge character specific do not apply. However I can not spend BP granted from these on any character I am currently not locked in as.
4.) I can only play as 1 killer or 1 survivor at a time. Caveat to rule 3 applies.
5.) I have to use the special ability/power of each killer at least once per match. Can not just M1 every match.
If I Rage DC that is a penalty. Punishment TBD. I hardly, if ever, rage DC so I doubt this is needed but I want to cover all of my bases.
i think your cook big dawg!!

I’ll start
Gens are fun to be on, it makes the game a bit scary when you don’t know where the killer is. It makes the game better and gives it pacing.
Stealth isn’t a bad play style, I take stealth and run a support build while others take chase, I sit back and heal, do gens and when I get them, boon totems. I’m there to help the others and I will take chase when the team needs it.
Both sides are fair, well mostly. I play at a lower level but I still think it’s relatively fair, all killers have the opportunity to get a 4k and all survivors have the chance to escape, however I understand the anti hook teams are unfair to killer and gen regress blight is unfair to survivors but for the most part it’s alright
You don’t need meta perks to have a good build, as long as you have a style that works for you it’s the best one.
Slinger is one of the best killers, he has the ability to pull survivors toward his, they escape they go to deep wound they get hit they take damage either way, and he can shoot through small holes, he isn’t as good as blight or nurse but he’s better then people give him credit for.
Jeff is the best survivor (he’s hot)you gotta be my evil twin or something. Jeff my main and i think slinger a top 10 killer. I will never understand why people underestimate him
-
decent perk... but being just decent dosen't get use. Nurse will use it and that about it
-
it obvious that players should have built in gen defense and anti tactics perks at this point. Not one size fit all either. Allow killers to pick two gen defense perks at base before starting the match. The slower start killers like Trapper,Hag,Myers,Oni might want corrupt and dead lock. Fast movement killer who can leave hook quick and run around the board might want grim embrace and pop. Survivor should be allow to pick one anti tactic perk. DS or Unbreakable.
Of course you would have to remove the stronger gen defense from the perk pool or it just be 6 slow down builds (jolt, pop, pain res, corrupt, etc).

What you're not understanding is that this logic can be applied to all killers, thus making them OP, which means it's bad logic. Sure, killers can miss you over and over again, and you still go down, but that's the point. You're not supposed to 1v1 killers; you waste enough time so that your team can win. If you're 1v1ing the killer, they're badly designed. You'll find that Dracula gets crazy punished for messing up, compared to other killers.
I don't know what's wrong with the bat form. It's fast, it's noisy, and for some reason it can't see survivors "because echo location!" yet it can see the map. If you were to make it as weak as the Wolf form, people would spawn in as Dracula and literally never change forms. We can't have that.
"What you're not understanding is that this logic can be applied to all killers, thus making them OP, which means it's bad logic. Sure, killers can miss you over and over again, and you still go down, but that's the point"
No you cannot apply that logic to all killers or even most. Majority of killers cannot miss and be right on top of u. It mainly only high movement speed killers that can do this. killers like spirit, chucky, wesker can always be on top of u but they have reasonable cool down time. Billy and blight can pretty much spam their catch up with little restrictions. Dracula have two different ways to catch up unlike any other killer.

Quite the opposite. They will make fun of you and throw a teabag at you at the exit. If you don't have a problem with that, keep playing fair.
Otherwise: kill them all
The “thumbs up” option in the endgame screen, what is it? or rather, what is it good for? A useless feature and why the hell don't we have Art The Clown in the game yet? It's BHVR ... So money shouldn't matter after all.
I love this game, but sometimes I really wonder why I still do this to myself
Most killers will not thank survivors who don't do gens running around with flashlights (which they miss 90% of the time by the way). Not using tactics, not bming when playing survivor, etc u won't be thank for any of this. Your opponent will not be grateful most of the time. You treat people how u would like to get treated in this game. You will lose games that could've been won. I don't BM/tunnel/camp much....hehe.. because i don't want to face that $hit neither

With another Haunted by Daylight returning I would like to ask all of you: What is your favorite event? What is it about your event that you love so much?
I love the Anniversary events as well as Halloween. In fact the Halloween event is probably my second most favorite.
However… the #1 spot on my list goes to the Blood Moon event. It was so hauntingly beautiful. Lacrimosa playing in the trailer background… A Blood Moon hanging menacingly in the sky… The blood! Just so much blood. So much blood… 🩸🧛🏻♀️
Not to mention the Blood Moon collection is probably my favorite cosmetic collection. The idea is just so gruesome.
What is your favorite event? Why? 😊
Anniversary 7 was my favorite event but most dbd events are pretty good in my opinion. 2v8 would win by a landslide if i counting different modes.

It's 1 perk of the survivors 146 pool to pick from. That's a less then 1% chance to really see it. It also does something unlike some perks like blood rush that need another perk to even use.
It 4 survivors with 4 perk slots so it not that uncommon. I see it about once every 10 games when playing killer myself

I really didn't expect them to work on it that much after seeing how few changes there was between chaos shuffles. Somehow, I'm still disappointed that it's only 3 when the roster is so massive. All 3 will be a menace in-game in their own right.
2v8 coming back quick so 3 killers isn't that bad i guess. Blight and spirit will absolutely be a menace. I can already see the win streak streamers gearing up.

That is not what I am talking about. Did you disregard the update before that? Keywords "original state." I am talking about when Kindred didn't need everyone to bring the perk for it to be useful.
I guess they wanted to make it more gear towards countering camping. The first version definitely stronger no doubt

In regard to Bubba, I thought about flick bubba and what they can do. Against these guys, pre dropping = pallet gone / giving them pallet side = survivor goes down.
A moon walking bubba can be extremely dangerous but they more rare than a curving billy before the buffs.

@HerInfernalMajesty said:
What do you think? Too OP? No right?
i like it but it might actually be to good. no scratch mark with baby iron will. I don't think it would be broken but it would be extremely annoying to chase against. It would be a nightmare at any hgh wall loop
-
@radiantHero23 said:
You can still loop a lot of killers. The existence of a power does not negate that.
Shift w is just the safest way to play this game overall. Sadly.
You can safely loop:
- Myers
- Pig
- Legion
- Plague (without corrupt p.)
- Oni (without fury)
- Sadako
- Ghostface
- Freddy
Less safe looping but still very much possible if you use collision well and mindgame at structures:
- Huntress
- Pyramid head
- Dracula
- Wesker
- Oni (fury)
- Billy
- Blight (depends on addons)
- Doctor (depends on addons)
- Demo
- Nemesis
- (Xeno) (tail is so buggy that they will probably miss a lot of their hits)
- Pinhead
- Bubba
- Chucky
Not really loopable
- Slinger (depends on loop)
- Trickster (depends on loop)
- Artist
- Singularity (depends on loop)
- Nurse
- Spirit
- Hag
- Trapper (if trap is placed. If no trap is placed, then good Evan goes up two tiers)
This is of course my opinion based on my experience and I'm sure I missed something.
Some killers leave no room for looping, but a majority do. Holding w is effective against a majority of the roster despite being one of the simplest strategies to play. Similar to pre dropping, which is more effective when playing with a very efficient team.
interesting list. I kinda agree with most of it but really disagree with a couple. I think slinger is criminally underrated but why is he not really loopable?
Safe to loop
If u have no way to threaten a pre dropper than your easy to loop in my opinion. bubba can possibly zone off a fast pallet break but it not enough. ( Bubba, Pig, Myers, Legion, Ghost Face, Wraith, Sadako, Freddy, non power Plague/Oni)
Fair to loop but not free
These killers can threaten a hit on a drop pallet so it more of a 50/50 (Xeno, Nessmiss, Huntress, the new Knight, Demo)
Fair to loop but extremely relentless in pursuit
They usually can be on top of u at all times for onc reason or another. They get chances to hit you before u can even can make another loop after breaking a pallet. (Wesker, Chucky, Blight, Billy, and Singularity who have u slip stream)
Can't loop them but it acceptable
They spend 2 gens setting up for there power. (Hag, Trapper, oni in power)
can't loop but can be pre drop
They all great tunnelers. You can maybe loop them if there tiles that can be chain around but other than that u gotta pre drop. (Doc, Clown, Pyramid Head)
Can't loop but can be shift w
these killers take longer to place their power down beside skull merchant so u can run. Once the power down at the loop the tile useless. (current Skull Merchant, Dredge, Artist, old Knight)
Can loop but they kinda counter pre dropping & shift W
Well people hated the power drop anti loop archetype so they made killers who force u to play the loop. (Dracula, Venca)
Can loop but it very tilted in the killer favor.
If the player very good u can't really do much to stop them. (spirit, nurse, twins victor, Trickster at non high walls)
people who I'm not sure about. Unknown, pin head, slinger, plague in power
-
A good venca can almost guarantee hits at any filler

The main thing is what is being factored for high MMR chase times. Matchmaking isn't perfect and it's not unreasonable for high mmr killers or high mmr survivors to end up matched against low mmr killers/survivors. Are we factoring in these mixed games or is it solely high mmr vs high mmr chase.
Ultimately the stats BHVR posts for us are not really indepth look at anything.
Yeah it really don't tell much given all the variables. lol just imagine if they release chase statistics back in the three gen era. (Average chase 8 seconds) because killer keep going back to gen

I would like to read others interpretation of this analogy. I can elaborate my reasoning if others would like, for now I thought opening the discussion would be interesting.
First thing, there is a opening, middle, and end game.
take a seat why don't u
solo q survivors are the pawns obviously.. design to be cannon fodder in a way. A pawn can move two steps forward for it first move showing they have a decent early game. Survivors also get a good headstart at the beginning of the trail with all the resources still up.
The king is the most valuable peice which is the survivor who closest to death. The death hook Survivor being chases is equivalent to being put in check and a down is checkmate. The team will die in a 3v1.
The rest of peices merely describe survivor play Styles.
The Rook- mainly stick close to the king. Flashlight, sabo, and flashbang users.
The Horse- good at evading in tight spots. These are stealthy gen jockeys who slow walk soon they hear your terror radius.
The Bishop- The good loopers. i can't think of a reason...so just trust me bro
