If you ever notice someone using the new Borrowed Time, straight up camp them out of the game when you hook them.

You'll save way more time - As long as they're alive, any unhooks that take place in your TR will force you to complete a full chase (2 hits) again, regardless of who you opt to hit (Rescuer/Victim).

I see a rise in insdius bubba chainsaw camping stairs to basement now
  • Hello, I don't usually rant towards the devs but this update just proves me there are a lot of stuff that need to be attended, and I am going to keep this as straight forward as possible.

    Secondary objectives
we really need something to slow down the game, since tanatofobia and hex:ruin just aren't enough to slow down the game.

    End game
The end game needs to be reworked and was confirmed by the devs that is being worked on, however there is no news regarding this

    Perks rework
The following perks: decisive strike, left behind, hope, undying light, surveillance, Spies From The Shadows all need a rework

    Freddy rework
It was stated by Mclean that freddy is getting reworked, but is being delayed for a unknown time, not releasing this year

    Optimization update
Both pc and console players both need this, for better performance

    Rework the scripts
Something seems odd where in every update something gets fixed, but on the other hand 2 things get broken, some people in the community keep suggesting this is due to the spaghetti code the game uses, which I believe should be reworked on.

    Bloodwebs rework
Each chapter brings at least 6 new perks and each costs a lot of grinding to obtain, this for a regular player doesn't seem much, but for a new player it seems impossible, and I believe we can have better bloodwebs, either by decreasing the costs of every item, or by reducing the teachable perks by some levels.

    More maps
Old realms really need to be receiving more maps, I am in favour of new realms, but then older realms don't get new maps and we are stuck of knowing which map we are getting exactly with the offerings.

I am a huge fan of this game and want it to remain stable for many years but we need some time out to fix this issues, even if it costs skipping 1 chapter.

Well they brought out a brown map offering for coldwind so that's a step in the right direction have one lv of offering for multiple maps so you know which one your getting and not a random of a specified type

I would love to see an ultra rare addon where The Legion doesn’t have a terror radius. I think this could add more game play to their power.

    What do you folks think?

Just no! A killer being that fast with no terror radius would be insane. Think of Myers who almost have no terror Radius in EW1, who only has a movement speed of 4.2m/s in EW1 and cannot benefit from bloodlust, so why do you think it would be even remotely reasonable that a killer as fast as the legion should have an addon that completely removes it's terror radius.

Interesting gameplay and just like racoon mention it could prevent you from seeing survivors location.
Question/minor change to it when used if you hit somone it gives you a token every 4 tokens at tier one when your behind  a survivor on a gen you can deplete your power bar for 0tr and light till right behind them just make sure your close as it only lasts 10 seconds teir 2 you can use 8 tokens 4 20 seconds and tier 3 12 tokens for 30 seconds ends if you cancel your power (side note if used unless candles your stuck at normal movement speed)

Wow this interesting, so you are basically saying instead of it being a frenzy the add on convert the frenzy to put the killer in a 0 tr mode?

Yes not no speed boost and only for a limited amount of time and tokens can only be earned from hitting them with normal frenzy (so to clarify you hold the button not tap to enter it have not had a chance to play him yet so not sure if it's a tap to hold thing if tap you hold if it's a I'd you hold it till all tokens are depleted)
  • Just hold of making your Claudette prestige again once you hit 50 it's bound to show up again afterwards
  • Question/minor change to it when used if you hit somone it gives you a token every 4 tokens at tier one when your behind  a survivor on a gen you can deplete your power bar for 0tr and light till right behind them just make sure your close as it only lasts 10 seconds teir 2 you can use 8 tokens 4 20 seconds and tier 3 12 tokens for 30 seconds ends if you cancel your power (side note if used unless candles your stuck at normal movement speed)
  • Ok y is your skill check x while.mines l1
  • It's tricky but stay at p1 50 when you hit it and look for 3 Orange squares that show there perks and check your character info if they have a tick next to them there unlocked and just bad rng
  • Ok is this console or pc if it's console best you can do is provide footage with a pause screen so there names highlighted to show who it is and see if they have a player number for them as well
  • I just want to run mirror myres lol ruin the distortions then stalk tunnle them to a locker and get ways grabs now
  • Plus you can't play the game without the update I know I get kicked out the game whenever a update begins
  • Omg imaging hiding in the basement when they do that they follow you then you down and hook the. For doing it and just not at them for it

Pffff, Using that unironically is pretty hilarious.

Your other points are easily rebutted

-Patrol and Proxy camping are fine, esp with all the aura hiding with lockers and Distortion, Killers are going to assume or err on the side of caution that if they Hook someone and see no other auras via BBQ, that at least one other Survivor is nearby....no-one is guaranteed a free unhook.  Not to mention if a Killer notices a SWF or overtly altruistic group, to expect people to run over....not even remotely the Killers fault...stop acting like we should turn a blind eye

Facecamping from the get-go/start is the ONLY tactic I won't defend

-Not our job or fault if your teammates DC, I always personally give a rule of thumb that if two DC at the start I attempt a farm match, or if DCs happen throughout to do the same or just give Hatch...but to chastise Killers that don't is laughable, some rather move on and play a full game.

-Survivors that potato, it happens with everyone who plays this game.  You can either accept it or move on.  This again doesn't fall to the Killers to give leniency for bad plays or lack of skill.  Don't forget gamers of all types play this, young old, disabled and ones who just can't grasp the higher strategies/tactics.

The only caveat I will ever give is that if a Killer DCs, full points you've earned up till that point and a quitter bonus and keeping your items should be given...

Patrol and proxy camping at strategic times is ok, but if its done on the first hook every game then guess what? Its just as lame as face camping. We once again end up with a situation where the first survivor on the hook ends up never being able to get away since the killer won't leave the area, which makes the game awful for them and boring for everyone else whose sat holding M1 on a gen.

Not survivors fault if teammates D/C. The devs need to sort this. Also yes if a killer camps/slugs for a 4k against a team that got shafted by only 3 spawning in or 1 disconnecting 30 seconds into thr game then that person is pathetic.

Survivors that potato....never blamed this on the killer. Not even blaming the survivors, they can't help it. It just sucks gettig hit with rank reset so you get matched with these people. If you don't play survivor a lot to keep on top of it and keep hitting high rank then you get screwed. Low rank survivor is not enjoyable solo.
What about a obvious see team that follows you to a hook and does a immideate save or keeps trying to distract the killer are they supposed to walk away because it's no fun to die off the bat when it's more profitable to stick around until your sure they can off
    Ment swf and sod odd)

    Hello

Deep wound, in concept, is to create pressure and waste Survivors time, not to down survivors, similar to Reverse Bear Trap.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Apart from the rbt can kill people very cheaply if you tunnle them with it via crouching and following them as it don't trigger a chase and if used right and around the basement you can get multiple rbt kills from this technique while legions don't I think a fair fix in this would be unless they fully heal a survivors dwt don't reset meaning the next frenzy hit can down them of they took to long to heal meaning players will group up or heal fully slowing the game down more so they don't die

Tell them to use Distortion.  They wouldn’t of seen you then.  People are already shedding tears about auras being blocked.  Keep running Distortion though, and tell your friends to.  It’s absolutely 100% a S Tier perk.

What for? BBQ is useless on most killers and basically makes the ones using it camp since they think everybody is around.

Nurses? Just listen for the heartbeat

In this context its wrong, Spirit has higher mobility and a lower heartbeat which makes NC go off before they hear it.
Try running it with maa as well so many sneak grabs and on a nurse with a good map control and pressure it's a good time to grab

Corn is thicker, I figured that out as well.

Are they gonna change it? Coldwind maps have visible walls from the beginning and the devs still didn't give us walls like those in the macmillian estate. Survivors can literally see the killer through walls. Good design.

They can also be found faster though them
  • Ooo huntress basment should look like a little kids room if inside the main lodge and a weapons room if not
  • Ooo Christmas presents under trees but each one has a gift for one survivor at a time while the killer earns points by chopping down the tree (gifts are immune to the destruction meaning both have a secondary objective
  • Ooo hav3 it set so any basment kills plays another one bites the dust

I guess I'm just having a hard time understanding why some people think it's okay to body block the staircase and prevent a survivor from leaving. Several times this has happened to me, and the killer has gone AFK.

This thread is not about holding the game hostage but about waiting for BT to run out and blocking for that purpose.

The problem is if survivors found a way to block hooks where the killer couldn't hit them the same complaints would be coming. This is 100% the same as that.

Survivors can block hooks to waste wiggle timer. It sucks and is super frustrating but it works and is totally legit.

Unless it's ew3 Myers with infinite ew3 they leg it or are slugged or noed bites them in the ass

I swear, I really am trying as a new player not to be judgmental but why is there no penalty for camping?

I'm not saying severe but at least something. It's so dumb learning and leveling and trying to get new ranks just to be shut down because all a killer has to do is camp one by one. It just makes me want to stop playing because I run in to that almost every game. I can sit there on the hook and watch the killer stand there, or be trying to save someone and see them just standing there.

Yes, I know, "if they are camping just get gens". I agree but that won't work. If in a group, yeah sure, but if in randoms and can't talk, no one knows what anyone is doing. I'm not sure exactly but I think it was 80 seconds to get a gen solo and 120 seconds you can survive on the hook (first time no bleeds).

So lets assume there was a group getting a gen at the start, happens a lot. We'll say 4 generators left, 360 seconds. To kill all four people (excluding hunting just for simple numbers) you're looking at 480 seconds to kill everyone in a camp.

That gives you just over 1 minute to get every generator, but wait, lets add on the exit (20 seconds) which means you have exactly 60 seconds of spare time.

Now, I said all that not to sounds uppity, I'm not, I'm new please correct anything. I just mentioned it to lead into my fix idea.

My Idea (Please comment as you please):

Debuff the Killer and Buff the survivors:

    • Once a killer places a survivor on a hook there will be a 5 second delay before the following actions are applied
No-Camping Aura: After 5 seconds an aura will form around the hooked survivor. Any time the killer enters this aura while it is active they will suffer a 6% movement debuff which will only be removed after 1 second of stepping out of the aura or by the following.
    1. The survivor has been removed from the hook by another survivor, by means of self removal, or by death. The aura effect lingers for 1 second after any of these conditions are met.

Generator Boost Aura: A boost to all generators will be given any time the No-Camping Aura is applied to the killer but is removed any time the debuff is not on the killer.
    1. While Generator Boost Aura is active all generators will repair 10% quicker and stacking .5% for every second the killer has the No-Camping debuff. This stacking buff will reset back to 10% each time the No-Camping debuff resets. Generator Boost Aura also will drop to 0% any time there is another survivor in the No-Camping Aura which would typically signify a save attempt in progress.

Yes, there's some flaws to work out here, I just thought of and typed this out quickly after yet another camping match where I get little BP and the killer gets tons of BP just for standing there.

This is my idea though and there's a lot of ways to play with it. Adjusting movement debuff, adjusting either Aura, adjusting range of Aura or maybe even instead of a generator boost while the Killer is within range the survivor takes no infestation or whatever so if you stand there, they will never die and you can either keep standing until everyone else escapes or go be a real killer.

You realize this is heavily survivor sides meaning people would just hang around looping the killer while there swf team hits all the gens fast then 3man rush the hook and all leg it while one guy is then camped to secure a kill only to have again 3 man rush as the gate is open and there body blocking the slower killer
  • Then I'd just have on tables  or in the walls themselves my character weapons and skins for current and my unlocked outfits for survivors (though if it's bubba then faces in a locker)
  • Owo have each wall with the hook on it saying the reason your being hooked at the front * your bait left side or right your teams to good gotta slow you down the very back stop being a nuisance/I'm having a bad day (let them choose) past wall this is what happens when you hook rush noed

I heard someone say it somewhere but i'm kinda lazy to read the lore so...

His dating Julie and when she was grabbed by a janitor (somewhat debating weather or not it's Jeff's dad or just bad timing on both the murder and his death from natural causes) and Frank stabbed his spine Joey stabbed his side Julie his chest and Susie was rather forced with Frank's hand to stab the throat and it's a theory that Frank saw Jeff on the mountain top and chsed him leading the others to be pulled into the entitys realm with him (I hate autocorrect so much rn)
  • Also who's to say survivors never fought back before the ones we know of arrived maby thoese that fight and break the rules was torn apart by the entity itself and there spirits given to the killers to strengthen then (I.e all there skills and perks that are not item's)

The Nurse helps her and makes sure the Doctor comes nowhere near her. She's like a daughter to her. The Wraith understands her grief and tries to comfort her as best he can. Just because they're murderers doesn't mean they don't have regrets and their fair share of grief.

The doctor part....I have so many questions on why nurse would do that, is it so he does not try to fix it or completely destroy everything

Because he would right of the bat ask her how she died why she's cut up why she clinics how her sword works which could lead to her lashing out at him or phasing away then stabbing him breaking the entitys laws of it's realm
  • If you are including Nea in this list then I guess all killers are fair game, so I say Myers and Laurie's bush ;)

I’ve been thinking a lot about Legion lately. They might well be an “Expy” of Ghostface from the Scream franchise, but as Trapper is to Jason Voorhees, there’s much more to them than that. Or at least enough to keep the copyright lawyers well at bay.

However, some things bother me. I want to share some theories. Firstly, some of us might be underwhelmed by a group of punk teens as the killer, but off the back of a J-Horror vengeful creaky-glass phase-walker, a bringing down to earth might be in order. However, I think Legion may be more fantastic than that.

I dunno. I just find it hard to believe a teen with a combat knife is a credible threat to the likes of David and some others. Hell, give Meg a knife. Hell, give Meg a big stone. I accept The Entity doesn’t allow survivors to directly fight the Killers, but the Entity having that much control over the trials (to prevent survivors from throwing punches or whatever) is too much for even the Entity. It violates a sense of “fair play” to take that much will away from the survivors and affect them like that.

The other killers have too much physical prowess, special abilities, or sheer crazy for survivors to even attempt physical confrontation (with the possible exception of The Pig). The Legion doesn’t have this to deter survivors. And I don’t accept that the Entity just stops survivors from defending themselves “in the wrong way”.

So, I think Legion is all four of the teens at the same time and just physically manifests as one of them at any given time. Maybe they were once four individuals, but for whatever reason the Entity has fused them into one. And as one, they have the strength and madness of four people in a “the whole becomes greater than the sums of its parts” kind of way.

It’s like the multiple demons in the same body from the new testament also called “Legion”. I don’t know how many other DBD killers reference Christianity, but it’s another strike in favour of a down-to-earth concept that’s also really “out there”.

I know my theory has problems aplenty, but would anyone care to shoot the breeze with me?

Cross-reference: An episode of Red Dwarf called “Legion” [s6 e2], where a creature is four different personalities at the same time and described as “a Geshtalt Entity”

Good points but as the trailer shows the legions strengh is speed and surprise in a straight up fight David would have won but he was taken by surprise to a knife to the spine
  • Trapper-Reserved but isn't opposed to having a brief conversation with the chattier killers. Will never initiate it though. Also acts as the "Mouth of the Entity". Probably dislikes the Doctor and the Legion. Doc because he's a handful, Legion because he thinks they're unworthy of the "honor" of being killers for the Entity. However, he shares a strange bond with Amanda. The two can be seen talking and building traps and strange contraptions. The Doctor swears that he saw the Trapper laugh once when he was with the Pig but no one believes him.

Wraith- Very reserved. Shares a strange bond with the Nurse, which explains the bandages on him. Used to refuse to cooperate with anyone other than her but he's come around to the Spirit. She seems to sense fragments of a good soul in him and the Nurse. Shattered entirely and nearly impossible to find, but there. Just dormant. No issues with anyone since he doesn't go near anyone he doesn't feel comfortable around.

Hillbilly- Peculiar. Has fits of rowdiness and has fits of isolation. Just like a child throwing a tantrum, he can swap emotions very quickly. Mumbles incoherent nonsense but basic words and phrases are able to be comprehended if you spend enough time with him. Nice to those who show him affection such as the Nurse and the Cannibal and the Hag, who has become his "new" family. Whether or not he "dines" with them is up in the air. No issues with anyone because everyone is a bit scared of him.

Nurse- Doesn't speak due to her... condition. Still makes an effort to visit everyone in the Killers' side of the Fog. As stated above, most fond towards the Wraith for reasons unknown. Feels a great deal of pity for the Spirit, knows that she doesn't belong here. No qualms with anyone.

Shape- Don't expect to get a word out of him and do not approach under any circumstances. Does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants. He's gone as far as attempting to kill almost every killer that showed up before him. He's "calmed" himself but still, extremely competitive. Detests the Trapper especially. Has had numerous altercations with the Nightmare but the two seem to tolerate each other now. Enough to warrant spending time waiting for trials near each other. It's unclear if the Shape enjoys listening to the Nightmare but it wouldn't be stupid to assume he does.

Hag- Spends the majority of her time with the Cannibal. Not because the two like each other but because of well... the predicament that the two share. An eternal hunger for human flesh. Very barbaric and barely human, the Hag shouldn't be approached by anyone other than "Bubba". The Pig, the Nightmare, and the Legion all stay very far away because of this. She's not intentionally malevolent, that's just the way she was forced to be.

Huntress- Also very reserved (notice a trend?). Keeps to herself and preps for each trial after completing one. Enjoys the company of the Nurse but always is surprised that she's able to get away so easily. Likes the Legion because they're small and a bit taller than the kids she used to "take care" of. The Legion is very creeped out by her, other than Susie that is. Everyone else that's cognisant finds her peculiar, the others don't give a damn.

Doctor- An outlier amongst the Killers.Very loud, very obnoxious, and very interrogative. After each trial, he pesters the Killers for details and this leads to a large number of quarrels. The Entity would step in but they find the in-fighting quite entertaining. Writes down the information he obtains in a thick and grisly looking journal. Reading it would be a huge mistake. Trust me. Don't. It wouldn't be fun. Doesn't hate anyone but everyone basically hates him, to one degree or another.

Cannibal- Mute aside from grunting and squealing like a pig, the Cannibal is an interesting case. He can actually cook, despite there being no need to eat in the Entity's realm. The Hag appreciates him greatly for this but still, her stomach is bottomless. Enjoys tinkering on his saw with the Hillbilly when not eating/cooking. No one messes with him because everyone feels a bit bad for him and his mental state. The Nightmare stays away because he worries about what that chainsaw can do to him.

Nightmare (I like to think of this Freddy as Englund despite the facts. I just detest the remake, okay?)- Basically a toned down Doctor. Aggressive, obnoxious, charismatic, and narcissistic. Insists that he's simultaneously better than everyone at killing and just a poor soul who was framed during his life as a human. Makes an effort to mess with all the killers. The thing that sets him apart from the Doc is his ability to make a few of the killers chuckle with garbage jokes and puns (Frank enjoys having quip/roast wars with the Nightmare. The winner of these fights is usually a tie since both parties end up laughing til they cry). Hangs out with the Shape the most due to him having infinite patience when he wants. Would never say it, but he has a certain liking for Frank.

Pig- This is where it gets interesting. The Pig is one of the most human/sane killers. She has a journal and writes in it frequently, documenting a plethora of things. Think Benedict Baker from the other perspective. There are slivers of remorse in her, but they're quickly snuffed out every time she puts on the mask. She isn't obnoxious but she does enjoy conversations. She's the only person to reach the Trapper other than the Entity. Besides the Trapper, she enjoys hanging out with the Legion since she's into the same aesthetic and music and she's only a handful of years older.

Clown- Despite being a clown, the Clown is very reserved. He occasionally shares a conversation with the Nightmare or the Trapper but other than that, he keeps to himself. No one knows why but it's because the Clown is deeply disturbed mentally and fears that if he opens himself up to anyone they'll ruin everything he's worked for (feathers, fingers, etc.). No qualms with anyone but greatly dislikes the Doctor and Huntress. The Doctor because of his insistence that the Clown tell jokes and dance and the Huntress because she's one of the fingers he desires for his collection but knows he can never have. Weird stuff, man. Weird. Stuff.

Spirit- A truly sad case. The Spirit is one of the most innocent killers and is very reserved. She spends most of her time doing a mix of seething and sobbing. The Nurse helps her and makes sure the Doctor comes nowhere near her. She's like a daughter to her. The Wraith understands her grief and tries to comfort her as best he can. Just because they're murderers doesn't mean they don't have regrets and their fair share of grief.

Legion (Since there are four individuals here, they'll each be split up, all references to the Legion above applies to all of them though):

Frank: A smartass and someone who grew up a bully, Frank has had some trouble behaving himself in his new home. He originally tried the "tough guy" approach but quickly realized he was fresh meat and the only thing stopping the others from killing him is the "spider crab thingy in the sky". Spends a lot of time with Julie, because, well, they're dating. Enjoys listening to the Nightmare speak and tell stories and he also spies on the Shape (who's fully aware of Frank by the way) because he thinks he's awesome. Spends his private time daydreaming and listening to his walkman and the strange punk mixtapes that he keeps finding. He's got a theory that they're a gift from the Entity. Has no beef with anyone.

Julie: A preppy girl who wanted to be punk so bad she fell in with the wrong crowd and eventually became the wrong crowd, Julie became far more stoic and stalwart once she entered the Entity's realm. She loves Frank still and still loves spending time with her friends but she's become far more serious. She has a notebook she draws in that has caught the attention of the Doctor and the Pig. Surprisingly, she can put up with the Doctor to a certain degree and enjoys the spare literature he has. No issues with anyone.

Joey: Just as bold and brash as before, Joey enjoys causing a ruckus and has done his best to prove his worth to the others. Whether this is through attempts at intimidation or blatant showboating, Joey persists on being a "badass". Deep down inside, he's a bit terrified at the fact that he's a serial killer and surrounded by others like him. Spends a lot of time talking to the other Legionnaires and has attempted conversation with the Trapper multiple times (Joey assumes he's the leader) which was met with replies that were more akin to a "leave me be, kid" than an actual answer. When all else fails, hanging out with Frank and causing a commotion is always an option. He's tried to start fights with the others but has gotten nothing from anyone.

Susie: The shy and naive girl from Ormond has surprisingly found her place. She thinks all the killers are awesome and spends most of her free time away from the Legion attempting to start a conversation. The Shape even lets her ramble to him but picks her up and puts her near the other Legionnaires when he gets sick of her. Enjoys spending time with the Pig since the two have similar music tastes. The Pig really does like Susie and is considering making her a protege of hers. No one has any issues with her because everyone practically likes her.

Jesus Christ... That took ages to write down. Hopefully, you guys like it and hopefully, @not_Queen or any other dev agrees with some aspects of this!

Wait beside the fingers the clown is a cannible as well so why does he stay away from bubba and the hag when they all share a commons taste (plus lol can you imaging him arguing with the hag and bubba about what bits best or for trying to steal a finger)

  • Oh and had a French guy tell me in French I'm a unskilled noob unable to get hooks when I killed him with a ebony lol 3 mori and the hook that game
  • Just a few go ######### fing camper noob quit the game delete the game gfys fu why did you tunnle me (that was a strange one guy had such a inflated ego he thought me.killing him because he was the weakest player me hitting in him) to some really nice gg msgs and even a compliment on a well placed throw through a window two games in a row rowing them both times
  • Your forgetting see would ruin this power into the ground what they should do is allow them to look like they did in the trailer no mask and have new clothing but you need to use the basement lockers to change clothing but now here's the hard part you cannot attack without the mask and knife but you have 0% he and you look like a normal survivor especially with thck for add-ons so you can ambush them and you can carry them to a hook but to make this work once you grab them your clothing changes back or you have to open a locker nearby
  • I think 32 meters is fine.

It should tell you when you’re far enough away, like how Make Your Choice was changed.

I don’t think it needs a timer either.
Ok but it don't let ya know when your out of the raids so that could change and then keep the timer
I think it could use both buffs.

The range indicator is more for quality of life and consistency anyway.

The perk is so niche, making it strong in the rare instance it activates would be fine.
So give it a buff equal to alert
While I don’t particularly disagree with that idea, I can understand why some would.
Oh I know why it would be a campers dream come true but only with the right build for it
    Ultimate Basement Build would be:

Agitation, Iron Grasp, Mad Grit, and Territorial Imperative.
Nah I wouldant use ag and mg with it take the basement hook bonus and nurses if they try to make a runner out of it if he what I run now though I swap it for whispers or sloppy with my hutress
  • The reason why the "Nerfed" hiding in lockers because killer mains cried about losing survivors in chase or ohh they do it to counter my ability. Ohh I can't get my achievement....

But the Devs dropped the ball here. They gave you a useless perk only good for the Doctor
    And freddy
  • But them for the iron maiden perk so you can run it in Freddy and with bbq

  • And remove the 3 seconds timer if your gonna go and be greedy or risk the basement alone (unless it's a bubba) then your gonna pay for it

Personally, Deep Wounds is the least threatening status in the game and is way more unbalanced (heavily towards Survivor), than Enduring ever was.

Basement them with huntress hatchet on stairs and wait them out either they heal and lose by or go down from it

Was watching a hybrid panda vid and he pointed out how odd you have to be 32 meters away from the basment which defeats the point of a anti basment perk and while I get it's to make you not camp it would be nice if it could be either map wide every 30seconds or 32 meters but not on a timer just to balence it so if people want to run a basement build or use it against over alteristic teams they can at least counter them

I don't think we'll see any perk that is currently under-used due to lack of power being reworked for any other reasons than coding incentives (like BT in relation to Deep Wounds).

If it were to be changed, then that'd likely happen through a general perk-rework incentive where all under-used perks get looked at.

I completely agree that Territorial Imperative needs a rework.
Not sure if what you propose would actually be enough though.

Well if they just made it map wide with a timer or no timer like alert you can easily make a basement build with it and get a lot of teams and suicides from it
  • This is what I thought as well, it promotes hiding in lockers so their new perk will get some actual use. But if they were worried it wouldn't get actual use, why add it?

They could have given him a better perk and use Iron Maiden in a new collection for standard Killer perks instead of unlockable ones.

True also are you a Freddy main and do you think I have a point on how op he's gonna be with the right add-ons this his change?

  • Again it's a theory but makes sense I mean people have to buy and invest time in bubba before just for bac though people day this is a nurf to Freddy think about it run class photo and a add-ons to make skill checks impossible sleep all four and don't hurt what's gonna happen they spend the gsme hiding till crows come follow you to be hooked and awoken and if they try a gen you chase them off or grab then either way there gonna rage
  • Does anyone even care about the nerfs, it looks like everyone is just defending the change, might as well just take out the Auras from BBQ if it's this countered. The locker only hurts BBQ and I guess Freddy but if you're hiding in a locker from Freddy you're an idiot. Distortion is a good perk but having lockers, Gens, within 40M, and this perk makes BBQ difficult to use now because you can't predict what they're doing, too many variables. Keep the perk sure it's awesome but take out the damn lockers so it's not something we have to use when we predict why we can't see them, I don't think any Killer perk has this many counters. Might as well just take out the Aura part at this point. Unless someone has tips on how to decide what they're doing pretty quickly.

But legion put 45 lvs into him unlock iron maiden run with bbq boom people hide then become exposed same with Freddy run this and there gonna just quit because they can't escape the dream or hide without going down and dead
  • Ooo omg th8s is how you epicly pig kill jerks in game trap basement hook and just block them till it goes pop now imaging having multiple down there like that pop fest
