Get good lmao
Stop being childish
Behold the duality of a killer main.
-
I don't feel like I am dying more than before in solo, but the quality of the games has plummeted since the patch.
Survivor perk variety has increased quite a bit, but killers are still stacking slowdowns and most games end with people just giving up because they don't want to play any more.

Well according to this forum, it is literally impossible to escape, killer is baby mode, and anyone can 4k. Also thana (which adds like a max of 20 seconds to a match) needs to be killswitched. Clearly that’s not true if me and others can solo escape.
You might want to get a refund on your math education.
Four stacks on Thana adds ~26 seconds to each gen, not taking into account the three other slowdown perks that every killer is using.
Meta shakeup my balls. Survivor has become a tedious slog.
-
Seems pretty stable to me, outside of the natural event and patch spikes.
Raw numbers don't tell the whole story. Project W incoming, playercount will skyrocket again in a few weeks.
-
Nurse's skill ceiling is higher than anything survivors can do. If SBMM was fair, top tier Nurses would never find a game.
Instead they are matched with casual plebs all the time and it's ruining the game for everyone.
Comp is irrelevant.
-
Dead on hook = sacrifice
Mori = kill
Bleed out = death
EGC death = killed by the entity because you couldn't manage it yourself
-
Show me his 300 Trapper winstreak and I'll be impressed.
-
Killers still sweating balls and stacking slowdowns: "Damn survivors, trying to inflate our killrates!"
No but seriously, only those with access to the top secret killrate boosting conspiracy Discord channel are privy to that information.
-
I almost feel sorry for Legion mains. They're just trying to have fun with a killer they enjoy playing.
I don't think they realise just how much everyone despises them.
-
Somebody made a thread recently about making the survivor aura aspect of Kindred Basekit and merging the killer aura component with Kinship/Camaraderie, so that the latter would have more meaningful visual feedback to the other survivors that the perk was in play.
It's a good suggestion.

Deadlock if they ever put it in the goddamn shrine.

Couldn't care less about this weeb crap.
Bring on the Dies Irae infused rendition of Wesker's theme:

I hope it stands for Wsolo queue improvements.

Please let me buy it with 100k BP and get 2k shards in return 👍️

It's hilariously bad. For anyone wondering just how bad...

NOED not applying the Exposed status effect in the correct manner. Same goes for Devour Hope.
-
I'm as anti-tunnel as it gets, but if a survivor is using their BT to body block or take a hit, then it's completely fair game.
If they have something to say about it, grab the popcorn and laugh at their stupidity.
-
tl;dr Botany Knowledge gives you 50% of 35%, not a flat 50% added to the 35%.
So your healing speed is 52.5%, not 85%.
-
I've been doing it recently to reveal the green glyph locations.
Also rituals.
-
I'd be happy if they just removed the pop-up box that tells you the contents, adding yet another click to the relentless click-a-thon.
-
I seem to be the only one who despised Eddie. Absolutely excruciating character.
Just give me a grown up version of Erica with voicelines calling the killer a nerd after every pallet drop.
-
Sure he can do that but he only ever did it once.
Poor Brad, even huge RE fans forget about him

The forums after one week of Dead Hard not being in the game...

The report system might be unwieldy, but as someone who recently started making the effort, I have to say it is very satisfying going to the offender's Steam profile the next day and seeing a big red "0 days since last ban".
-
The old HUD.
-
I want Calm Spirit to hide me from Killer Instinct.
-
- Kindred basekit
- A basic commo rose ("Do gens", "Killer is camping", "Pls take a hit :'(", etc...)
- More notifications if a teammate has certain perks (eg. if they are on the hook and they have Camaraderie/Kinship show the perk icon above the hook or something). Deliverance is another one, also Power Struggle.
Seeing perks in the lobby will be useless to me because I'll never remember them.
Showing teammate perks in the Escape/"Pause" menu would be pretty good, though.

Imagine if they trolled us by giving us the new Netflix Wesker.
I would riot.

inb4 no killers run it and continue to complain about boons anyway.
-
Bloodweb changes such as:
- 1-click auto-complete bloodweb, eg. I chose the two perks but idc what else I get so I click one button to randomly complete the web.
- Remove the "You're at Level 50" message after completing a bloodweb. I know, you tell me every time!
Loadout changes like:
- Custom loadout presets.
- Group perks by letter instead of numbered pages, eg. "A-B", "B-D", "D-G" etc...
Store QOL:
- New filter to show only cosmetics that are available for Iri Shards.
Gameplay QOL:
- Let survivors complete skillchecks that trigger when they leave a gen, instead of automatically blowing the gen.
- Remove hook grabs on healthy survivors.

So what about console?

If I had it disabled before, will I need to disable it again or will it automatically switch back to being off?
You will need to disable it again.

You are one of the people who think that all Survivors are stupid, am I right?
@Topic:
Yes, Legion needs a change. They buffed them and they were in need of a change. However, Legion needs a complete Rework. With their current power they will never be a good Killer.
Currently the only thing what Legion does is set you back into Mending as often as possible while running at least 3 Slowdown-Perks, which drags the game out to 15-20 minutes. And at this point, they have it quite easy, because most ressources will be gone, so downing someone as an M1-Killer is more than possible at this point.
I am honestly back to the point where I just want to give up against Legion. Gens take 96 seconds due to 4 Thana-Stacks, more M1-Pressing due to Mending and the progress you got will be wiped away with Pain Resonance and/or PGTW. It is not like the games are difficult or that new Legion is too oppressive per se. But their ability to drag every game out to such an extend makes the games really, really boring and I would rather prefer to face some Nurse or Blight who end the game in 5 minutes.
+1
Every single Legion game I've played since the buff has inevitably ended in me just giving up because I just can't be bothered to play any more.
I realise that killers foam at the mouth as soon as survivors find something "boring", but when something is this tedious it's not longer an issue of "git gud whiny survivors hurr durr". It's unhealthy for the game in general.
Sadly they already said that a complete rework is highly unlikely, but that does at least show that the devs have considered it and therefore are aware of these issues. Tbh, I don't know if I trust them to come up with something that isn't even worse.
-
Yeah, if I was taking part in a $350k tournament for a game with which I am not familiar, I wouldn't practice, do any research into the game or even read the rules of the tournament before playing.
The game might not be very welcoming to new players, but there is only so much that BHVR can do to mitigate such galactic levels of stupidity.
-
If I see three people doing gens, sure I'll give them some time.
If I see one person on gens, one looting a chest and another running around looking for their green glyph, then the next lobby is just seconds away. I always have Kindred equipped so there should be no excuse.
I wouldn't really worry about it too much anyway. It's not like that's a real game anyway.
-
A green ogre with a dodgy scottish accent.
-
My first guess would be the TAA which is now forced on. However, the problem could also be that lowering the graphics preset also caused the Resolution Scale setting to reduce.
Check that Resolution Scale is set to 100.

GameUserSettings.ini
[ScalabilityGroups]
sg.AntiAliasingQuality=0
You know what, this is still zero in my config. sg.AnimationQuality is the one resetting to 3.
I think this was the old method from back when the Low preset had no anti-aliasing.
Ever since they included AA in all presets, the way to disable it was by adding two lines to engine.ini

The scripts, that cheaters use, alter the game engine through macros. So locking the engine prevents many of those cheat software engines to have trouble operating.
Maybe you don’t know what you’re talking about but this thread is asking for the loophole to come back, indirectly.
Get it now?
Wrong.
We just want the ability to disable anti-aliasing.
We would happily accept an in-game toggle. Most other games have this basic feature.
It has nothing to do with cheating.
-
@Dito175 said:
I believe you can go in the game files and disable aa manually
Not anymore. That's the problem. Now we are forced to endure this vaseline-o-vision.
Last time this happened, the devs said that removing the ability to disable AA was an accident. It was reinstated in a later patch.
I really hope it's the same this time, rather than an intentional decision.

By sharper do you mean blockier?
No, I mean sharper. As in, significantly less blurry and not ruined by forced AA.
For example, look at the text on Feng's shirt.
-
Oh God not this again.
The same thing happened two years ago and it took them weeks to fix.
-
Can't believe it wasn't Trapper.
-
Camping
Boring for me, boring for the survivors. No thanks.
Slugging
Sure, if a survivor is unhooked and comes humping my ass because they want to use their DS, I'll slug them. Similarly, if I can't pickup due to hovering flashlight wielders, I'll slug and go after the other person.
Tunnelling
Sorry but I can't have fun knowing that my actions are making everybody else in the game miserable.
-
Make it apply to vault locations inside the killer's terror radius instead of a radius around the generator that was completed.
-
Clown's pink bottles slow down the killer as well.
-
Hex: Benedict gave me a chuckle.
