The devs disagree with your opinion, and if you don't like it you can always play something else.

Which part working with the killer or exploiting the crows by body blocking me

Do you have any video or screenshots to prove this?

Wouldn't the lore be from the franchies, just a bit more in depth.
-
In the end it doesn't matter the entity isn't going to allow anyone of them to break free from it's control.

There was a totem by a pallet and when i went to cleanse it i dropped the pallet instead

What kinds of outfits could they even do for the Demogorgon. I hadn’t even considered cosmetics for it and I wouldn’t be surprised if there weren’t any. Maybe different skin textures?
Maybe a fleshy skin like the season 3 mind flayer

I wasn't that excited for the new dlc but i'm getting there. Do you think they can some Africa by Toto to play when a Steve and Nancy work on a generator together.
-
1) camping and tunnelling aren't toxic they are legit tactics, also yeah you're going to see that a low ranks with new players who don't know better.
2) same again new players that don't know any better. 1 killer is better then 1 survivor which is why survivors need to work as a team to win, which new players don't do.
3) You guessed it new players, that's why they don't have full perks because they haven't earned enough BP yet. It's easier to get BP as a killer is both easier and faster so they'll have perks.
4) Something actual legit and worth bringing up.
5) The devs didn't make DBD exclusively for you they have a whole player base they need to focus and new content to keep the game alive.
-
And yet everyone forgets that they're going to rework the nurse, it's all doom and gloom because they are always nerfing survivors and buffing killers. My theory for survivors have low success rates is all the low rank survivors playing like potatoes dragging it down not the killers being buffed to god like.
-
I hate rank reset because i don't get to play as much as i would like so i drop down to yellow rank with the ######### killers and survivors
-
Again not related to killers but on ps4, i had a survivor DC on their first down, not the first down or hook of the game. Then in the same match one of the survivors got farmed on the hook and i downed him trying to get the farmer and the guy DC even though i ignored him and went after the farmer
-
The child endangerment
-
It's not the same dimension that everyone else comes from thought. It's a strange choice for a new killer
-
Unless they have actually given a solid release date i'm not going to believe it. There are to many issues both in game and in the community that also should of been addressed before releasing a dlc like this

Maybe it should but its just about a month after it that they're releasing yes?
Have the devs said that?
-
I think this should of come out after dedicated servers
-
I don't think there is anything we can do, i don't think this ST dlc is going to go the way the devs think it will. In fact it might make things worse.
-
That's not going to be true now with the next dlc. The new killer isn't going to be human or from the real world.
-
I'll bring self care because i have no faith in my team mates. It's an even 50/50 split if i'll be healed by my team mates or forced to self care.
-
I don't dc and i'll stick it out to the end but yeah i see so many survivors DC all the time without consequence, that it just seems to spread. It also doesn't help that there are so many killers that are so low level to play as.

FIX YOUR ATTITUDE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
This game isn't all about you, if the majority of people are telling you you're wrong and your response is to have a knee jerk reaction. If you're bad at the game thats on you not the devs.
-
I like the whole 50/50 chance of who is going to find the hatch, it's why i don't slug the second to last survivor. On the hook you go and let the game begin.

Back in the day when I started playing dbd I got mori spammed as a non-toxic solo survivor for minutes (in fact the killer [it was a Hillbilly] spammed his mori for so long I thought the game was bugged) and I got looped for 5 gens, tbagged, messaged etc. as a new killer every now and then.
2 years later I'm still in the game and still playing both sides. If people can't deal with toxicity and rude behaviour in a pvp game Dead By Daylight isn't for them.
They shouldn't have to, yes i know you need to be thick skinned but some people will completely out of their way to be toxic to other people for no reason.
-
I mentioned my distaste for looping but i can't help but think when chasing inexperienced players as the killer "they wasted that pallet, and that pallet to. Oh they wasted that one now." When i play survivor i prefer to play stealthy and hide from the killers because i am no good at escaping a chase. I don't mind being caught and losing but i hate being camped and tunneled and getting super short matches. I can't blame survivors for surviving but games as a killer can quickly get equally super short with looping and gens being rushed.
-
I do like the idea of the demogorgon in the game tbh. He seems like some mindless creature that kills people to feed rather then someone who takes pleasure/fills a need with the killing. The could of just as easily made the killer a mountain lion and gotten the same result with a creature with a higher body count.
-
I don't like that they added the demogorgon, you select your killer not mindless animal that kills on instinct. They might as well have made the new killer a mountain lion.
-
I'm not a huge fan of looping but i'll deal with it, my biggest problem is how much the devs leaned into it considering how OP it can be against more then half of the killer roster.
-
@Deadbyblake your title suggests your post is about something different and a little misleading. Although in response to your title Max Payne once told us "it's fear that gives men wings".

It's possible with a key.
The hatch spawns when the number of repaired gens is one more than the survivors still alive, so if they repaired 3 gens and there were 2 survivors alive, then the hatch spawned and they opened it with a key.
Oh i didn't realise that's how hatch spawning works. I remember me and some other survivor spent ages looking for the hatch with my key but we only did 2 gens
-
I don't believe they do, bug they should came across that so much.
-
My opinion is that keys should be left in but shod be made harder to get, along with mori's
-
I don't tend to use mori's, i used them to get the ps4 trophies and i'll throw one on each new killer to see the animation but that's about it.

No one talks about no healing. We are talking about not selfcaring because it takes much longer. If no one is with you you do gens or idk, cleanse a totem... something helpful to win the game. And if someone next to you you let him heal if he refuses then yea..bad luck but I didnt had these issues in months. I mean it's efficient, 100% faster and instead of self healing the whole time you put pressure on the killer.
Being temporary injured isnt that problem especially as experienced high rank player.
It seems that guys always wanna play smart, smarter then the others. But you dont if you heal every single time yourself for 32 seconds or more... Just to get injured 10 seconds later and ´start healing again if the killer stops chasing you it's just awful... So often I could have done one more gen if the guy next to me just came over and help doing this gen. No he selfcared. If he came over I could heal him within 16 seconds and we could do the gen faster. I mean, it's not that efficient but better then the original scenario. Scenaríos were refusing to selfcare and instead doing a objective could have safe at least one other survivor..with many 2nd chance perks maybe 3... but nah they selfcare...just being deleted from the game for such a looong time
Doesn't make my argument less valid, there's been plenty of times i'v had to stop doing gens and start searching for a chest because my team mates have refused to heal me.
-
Yeah i play as killer i'm facing purple or red survivors, i play as survivor and i get paired with yellow ranks?
-
@grtf47 you are aware that there are only like 3 decent killers right. So maybe survivors can stop complaining all the time.

Monstrous shrine obviously.
Oh yes the most OP of perks .
-
Your telling people don't heal so they can be downed in 1 hit instead of 2. To be in a state that will give yourself away and be in an area where a killer is more likely to find you. Sounds like someone wants the game easier for themselves by telling other people not to heal so the killer will go after the wounded people instead.
-
And yet you've not mentioned a single perk which is suppose to be overpowered.
-
Camping is a bad strategy and is only a situational tactic. Gen pressure is what keeps the game going, the longer you drag it out the more likely it is that survivors will make mistakes. Camping might work in the low ranks but the higher the ranks you climb the more it becomes useless.

With that being said, I'm guessing you don't dodge lobbies. That ish is annoying. I'm not even a tryhard(I don't use flashlights either, lol), but killers often tunnel those that know how to 360 juke them. I swear, respect the skill!
What if there way of respecting the skill is to target the biggest threat first.
-
@Atrushan88 you should of called her out for not leading the LF out of the area
-
@Starlobster4 since you are so versed on balanced gameplay you should make your own asymmetric survival horror game, with black jack or hookers
-
Another hard pill is that this is the devs game to do with as they see fit and if you don't like it:
You should quit playing
OR
Get over it
-
What about really toxic players, or players with really bad connections or really good players that are an actual threat to the killer doing their job.
E.g. not that long ago i came across a SWF duo (one of which was rank 2 to my rank 12) that were running super powerful flashlights and they weren't afraid to use them whenever. This was one of the few times i'd camp/tunnel because they had made themselves a target with a mixture of toxicity/being a threat. What if they had a way to never run out of DS, i needed them gone but would end up wasting time by getting DS or by letting them go. Time is super important to a killer and can't afford to waste it.
-
I'm sorry but anything that stops a timer when a killer is trying to complete is primary goal is wrong

Exactly. Now, if and when a killer camps, a survivor can't just farm their teammate in front of the killer.
If it only effects the other survivor wouldn't the killer just wait it out for that easy second down or hook grab?
-
Not a practical solution but being able to deter unsafe unhooks will help the camping problem, because why should a killer not camp when so many survivors will do unsafe unhooks withoug BT and speed up the sacrifice process.
