Other than comparing powers exactly that's a pretty good comparison. Although I would say blight is a little harder to master.

I usually send victor out whenever I'm in a chase. Usually screws the survivor up and they make a mistake.

I will play all of them granted not everyday or session, but I so play everyone on occasion. I'm on console and blight isn't that awful honestly. Twins i got the adept that day on midwich, so I'd say it's not too bad. With nurse I just cant get blink timing down yet, but I'm trying.

It's the easiest way to do it since you have unlimited tier 3.

As survivor I've had nothing but rank 1s and 3s. I'm rank 9, but apparently I'm more skilled than that.

I ran a luck build once... I got like 3-4 keys. It was pretty strange honestly because of how rare they usually are in my games. 90% of the time i dont even realize they have a key till i down them and i see it in the animation.

At the time I was playing Legion with Devour hope and Noed, because I had literally nothing else to use. I had no ruin, no pop, no thana, nothing to even remotely slow the game down so I was just playing with basically only noed and devour hope, and BBQ that was it.
I had a lot of fun, survivors said they had fun, it was a good time all around. It convinced me to run noed in place of pop or ruin from time to time in my other killer builds. Not always, but sometimes.
It's funny when you do that you can see your overall performance dropping, like you will win less games using NOED if you give up more important perks. Still, there is literally no excuse for dying to it when there are not slow down perks, so it makes for a more fun and interesting game sometimes.
Legion is definitely fun with an endgame build. That's my main thing right now.

Well if they used her Afton would still technically be a part of it, and it would make it understandable that she is hurt by pallets and blinded and such.

Also as long as your aware and face walls and stuff when you pick people up you rarer get flashlight saved.
I can see where that's coming from, but not everyone has good headphones or they have them and just dont use them. I've also had a couple of times where I was facing a solid wall and got blinded somehow.

I run it because people dont expect it on most killers as from what I've seen people see it as a waste of a perk slot.

Good news--I just earned a Merciless Killer using Cannibal and only his 3 perks! This came as a surprise since I was on a map that I don't find favorable to the Cannibal (The Game).
Bad news--For whatever reason, my Xbox didn't unlock this as an adept achievement. There was definitely a Merciless Killer screen notification and I earned 2 pips, but no trophy this time. I'm guessing it's an issue with the emblems (as mentioned above). *grumble*
I had this happen once, and it's just the achievement system lagging a little. It eventually showed I got it.

Correct. This is going to vary based on random luck of what Survivors you face, and which ones you can hook versus which ones escape. It has to be sacrifices, too. Moris and such do not count.
