Is that really all the penalty is? Like a minute or something? What was the point then? I've seen games that toss you a half hour penalty first time. What's the highest it can go? Does anyone know?

Okay, teammate gets hooked and you’re cleansing a totem in one of those corner bushes and a killer comes and stands there. Never moves or hits you so you can never leave. Your teammate dies but the EGC will never start the killer is literally forcing you to DC or wait him out.
Ah,okay. I got you now.

Please don’t spread that, playing the game to make it take longer is not hostage... now if you make it so the other person cannot finish the game in anyway at all that’s hostage.
That's what I don't understand then. What's a scenario where that's possible? You'd have to use a hack or glitch? I mean if the killer blocked you in a room and wouldn't move or something?

Holding the game hostage is not playing properly to make it last longer in hopes the other side will disconnect.
And yeah you can only close the hatch if it's open. It only opens if there's only one survivor left, or if someone used the key to open it and you closed it before the others left.
If all 5 generators are completed and you can't find them and they're not going to the gates to leave, then yes you can open one of the gates yourself. This will trigger the endgame collapse.
The collapse was added last year as a way to counter hostage situations.. People not leaving after generators were done and doors were open, or killer camping the hatch, because back then you could get interrupt grabs off survivors jumping in the hatch.

So there were two left? Where was the other guy he couldn’t have been downed or hooked that long.
See above for a quote from a dev about what hostage is, it literally means the game can’t end. This was not holding the game hostage because you CAN find that survivor however hard it may be
No it was an example. The one I was talking about was a crap match. One DC'd the moment I laid my eyes on him. The next died on second hook. 3rd DC'd. Then the last guy I just couldn't find. Eventually stumbled upon him in about 15 mins. Chased, downed,DC'd on hook.
Was using Wraith with two perks. Never used him before. I guess if I could've found the hatch I'd be cool. They only did two gens. I didn't really know the term so that's why I was asking.

I'm talking about in their list of bannable offenses.
That is also not clear at all. If someone reads just this thread and doesn't know the difference already then I feel like they will be very confused. I think your suggestion is good but very confusing, it would be much clearer if you specified that you are refering to the offenses list in your original post.
Isn't soft locking something you can't initiate yourself (I mean unless you are trying to do a glitch i.e. speed runs)? Like usually it's one step away from what most would call a "crash" lol. There's a way to do that in the game? I mean isn't blocking something with your characters body "body blocking"? I'll be honest I never had any idea what it meant regardless. I know about blocking the hook, and I've been blocked in rooms, but never thought of reporting anyone anyways. I've never even seen anyone get banned.
-
What exactly is holding the game hostage? I'm curious. I had a match the other day where I couldn't find the last guy for the longest time. At least 15 minutes. Couldn't find the stupid hatch, didn't even whispers or something. I know you can close the hatch if it's one guy,but what about two? I know you can open the exit yourself if the gens are on,right? Did that the other day. Sorry I'm sorta new to some of the terms.

You mean you cant regulate your emotions enough to not be bothered by a few mins of someone having a power trip?
"Intentionally trying to male people dc".
As if that wasnt already a thing. If someones being a dick, just ignore it, play the game and move tf on.
If you get slugged for the whole game (4mins) go watch yt or something while you wait. Dont act like this penalty (which is very needed, and basically every other decent pvp game has) is causing toxicity.
If anything these kinds of outbursts tell me that the people posting them are just upset that THEY cant DC without penalty now.
I've never DC'd even once intentionally. I was just looking to hear what people think. Of course be people are going to want you to DC and take a penalty.
Yes most other games have it,but it's usually more severe in my experience. FFXIV it's a half hour for leaving a match with a full party. Hell, you can get a half hour penalty for queue'ing up and not going through with it after the 3rd time it asks in one day.
There's tons of people I'm sure just don't care about a penalty at all. The thing is, a lot of other games have join in progress or something similar, so it's not even a big deal if someone leaves. Here you can be down a man or two and it's about over. If the killer insta DCs,I hope you didn't wait long for the match or care about pips. I can see both sides.

The bleed out timer is only 4 minutes. So it's actually impossible for the killer to go afk for 20 minutes while everyone is slugged.
Probably feels like 20 mins though lol. Is it really only 4 minutes? Feels longer.

Slugging, facecamping and whatnot are not new. Theyve been happening for a long while, and even more so as of the ruin change.
I'm not saying it hasn't. Just saying there SEEMS to have been an increase since just yesterday. Not enough data for correlation, just saying I'm seeing more of it than "normal" already. I've seen some nutty stuff the past 40 or so matches. I'd say maybe 5 were DC free and fair play.
Had a green rank doctor down someone and just stand there and camp the body while everyone escaped when they realized what was going on. Thats after camping and tunneling them off the hook. Was just spamming shock on top of this person. Also kinda made me mad the survivor had an LGBT username,so yeah the doctor could've just been a complete loser. To the person's credit, they still didn't DC.
And it could just be the types of players that are on,yes. I can't disagree with anyone's opinion at all. But toxic players gonna be toxic, and have found a way to abuse everything under the sun,so I was just curious if people were seeing differences or if they thought things will get worse.
-
@[Deleted User] said:
It's already happening. Happened to me and friends several games in a row where the killer slugs everyone then goes afk for 20 minutes.
Yup,that's a lot of what I was seeing. Slugging with no attempt at hooking. Face camping. Time wasting. Different variations of BS. I switched to killer. Some people were still DC'ing anyways.
People that don't want the penalty were most likely legit fair players anyways, and the rest don't care if they get a penalty,or just act however hoping you'll be the one to take it.
I feel like it's a necessary thing to have but idk. I'd say make it more extreme, but then that screws people that have legit crashes or some kind of emergency. Doesn't stop people from suiciding or just standing there doing nothing, but touching a key every so often lol.

Get a part time job.
God internet can go for up to $50 a month depending on your area.
That's easily affordable in just 20 hours or work per week. (Plus you'll have money for yourself).
"Depending on your area" yes. I pay $80 for 25 down and 3 up. That's the fastest available from one of the only two providers in the area, believe it or not. It's super stable though. The thing is,the further from downtown you get,the price stays the same but the speed and quality goes down.
So I have a friend paying the $80 for 10 down and 1 up,that DCs here and there....and then another friend that pays the same price and can only pull 3-5 down and not even 1 up. Literally unplayable most of the time, even with Ethernet. The only other provider is way faster, but charges insane prices, among other issues.
So not everyone has access I suppose. I'm sure some have the best they can get. I'm not saying I disagree with anyone else...if you are going to DC every other match, maybe you shouldn't play, but it'd be nice if everyone had the same access to the good stuff.

Yeah I'm not going to disagree.Nothing to stop anyone from DC'ing if they are just about to finish their session or play something else either. Probably not long enough for people to care. I don't DC personally, penalty or not,but I'm sure people will just watch a video or something and pop right back on. Or suicide.

Yeah, I just played a survivor match with my wife and had a Wraith that did the same thing. We left the guy on the hook, did gens, then he came for my wife and she ran him around until gates were open. That is sad because my wife is horrible at looping. Like, really bad. For one, she's legally blind and can barely see on the swamp map, but he was so bad at chasing. Rank 10 and could not beat a legally blind woman with severe arthritis in a chase. lol
Luckily, she did not want to play anymore, so I went back to killer. Had a suicide on first hook, and toyed with the rest until they got the last gen done. Then I killed them. Was called toxic for it. lol
You know,it might sound like I'm a softie, but I've thought about that before. Especially in games with any kind of team aspect. Like how do you know the person who's time your wasting,or being a jerk to,isn't some kid with cancer that only gets to play an hour a day or something?
I don't fret over it,but I try to be a decent player. Not saying I haven't been mad or anything. I just try to be fair, and finish something I've started. Done tons of dungeons and stuff online I didn't want to do,but didn't quit because I didn't want to waste someone else's time/fun.
Some people just act however, and DC whenever they get their piece of gear or whatever they wanted. Messages on console always cracked me up. Like you went out of your way for that?! Just gonna get blocked, and a lot of companies ban you for stuff if it's too extreme.

Well, how many did you tunnel off the hook with wraith? Seriously, that is the preferred activity of about 70% of wraiths I've seen. So, you might have gotten the first DC from that. The second player is now hooked and knows what you are going to do and just decides the heck with it and DCs. Third player says why bother, and DCs.
Perhaps I'm wrong. I have had players DC within a minute because I down them with Trapper. Boom, DC. Just merely downing them early. I've had others DC after teabagging and getting downed almost immediately.
What I'm saying is, sometimes it is your play style, sometimes it is overly frustrated players. I play with a very different attitude than most killers. I want to have fun, and fun is chasing players, having funny moments, etc. So if I get a DC early, or a suicide on first hook, I tend to take it easy on the remainders. I know how much that sucks as a player and I goof off. I don't expect that from other killers though.
I did get a kick out of a tunneling Wraith who got a DC in the first 60 seconds, and spent the match tunneling one guy after that. We knocked out the gens and destroyed NOED and escaped. He complained about gen rush. Sorry, that was a side note. There was also the survivor who complained after I let him do several gens, then killed him when his party (SWF) all suicided on first hook. He was mad that I did not give him the escape. Sad.
I JUST witnessed exactly what you said. A Wraith that hooked someone, went invisible in the corner (literally being extra because he had the perk on that makes you invisible if you stand still) then would tunnel the person off the hook, repeat.

Naw I don't tunnel unless it's extreme circumstances. I like to have a challenge. Feels more like I'm earning my win. Wasn't tunneling, wasn't camping. No NOED or anything value. Not even whispers or something. No idea barely how to use the killer. I don't know. Maybe they just assumed what I was going to do,or gave up after the first guy left. Yeah I kinda got that impression man. I had just never encountered it before. I just started playing again like two weeks ago after about a year ish break. So I didn't know. It spoils the fun, especially after a decently long queue. I understand crashes and stuff, but why bother even finding a match if you aren't going to play. Could say that about any game I guess. I'm used to Final Fantasy Online. It has a penalty of 1 hour if you quit a duty that has a full party. I feel like that's reasonable.

I think you misunderstood. One person I sacrificed by hooking them twice. All the others D/C'd. One a few minutes into the match, one the first time I hooked him,the last man standing ran around for 10 or 15 mins then D/C'd after I downed and hooked him. Sounded to me like they all hit leave game.
I just kinda brought up that part to say I don't think I was playing well with a character I never used before that had two perks. Just trying to see what the reason might have been otherwise. Apparently it happens all the time, but I didn't know that because I just started playing again.

Why dont all survivors just run DS, BT, DH and Adren/Unbreak ?
Excluding not owning the DLC's obviously.
Personally im not try hard enough to do it, I know how powerful it is but in my years of gaming I have found many many MANY players do gravitate towards that which just gives them the biggest advantage.
So yeah, why dont you run that build all the time?
I don't own all the DLCs,but have most of these whether it's from Shrine or leveling etc. Was trying to focus more on the characters I have now before getting more. I main Feng/Claudette both just prestige 1 (I took a long break) so I've never ran a single one of these perks even on the ones they come default with.
I stay around low green to 15 rank...mainly because of mistakes or crashes/DC's. I can win a pretty decent percentage of the time at that rank...maybe like 80% ish,so there's just no reason. Sorta feels mean, idk. I just kinda figured I'm either going to win or get outplayed on my own merits and builds.
I've considered it a lot of times when the killer is camping as Trapper (and others, but that aggravates me the most)...and I hate the killers that can instantly down you so bad,but it's just not for me I guess. It might be smart at higher ranks and certain situations, but I'm not the type who needs to win every match.
-
I swear every day I see something about nerfing or removing survivor perks, but I rarely see anything related to killers except for maybe NOED. I mean it's literally every day multiple times a day. Its usually the same or very similar ideas as well. People could at least check and see if the topic is already up so we could get more interesting topics.
I'm new to the forums and not trying being mean at all. I survivor main and use none of these anyway. Literally none. I personally hate being instantly downed by anything. But if the majority enjoys it and it helps with balance,I deal with it and try to get better.
Not hating on OP at all. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. I don't run any of these perks and win pretty often. Or I get outplayed and die lol.
-
I appreciate the responses. Was just making me wonder. There's so many variables,it seems. Would just be nice if it was a consistent reasonable amount of time like some others are seeing. I almost wonder if it's a case of too many players. I've seen that in other games.
Just odd that it's usually killer with no wait and now it's switched. I know some people were fed up with changes and issues that made for a lower killer base. Not sure what to expect at higher ranks,so I've sorta not tried too hard to get any higher.
Might go back to PC when I can get a new card and a small repair. Been enjoying my return to the game for the most part. The constant DCs after a long wait don't make me happy though. I swear 60% of matches at least one DCs...if the match even starts at all because of a disconnect.

Low amounts of players, perhaps?
It would have to be low amounts of players at a specific time, because it is instant on certain occasions. It seems like either one or the other is a few second wait,or one or both take forever lol. It's usually survivor that's long, which I found odd that killer was taking so long. I just waited another 20 mins and gave up. It's not like I'm seeing the same people over an over either.
-
So maybe it is console specific. That's why I was curious. I survivor main, but switched to killer to do some challenges and get away from the waits, and now killer queue is just insane the past few days. I guess it could be user base, but they gave the game away on PS4 awhile back. I mean,at least it's not dead.

I slammed my fist into the desk, left voice chat, and D/C'd. Quite frankly, I'm embarrassed.
Do I feel good about D/Cing? Absolutely not, as it goes against everything I've said about D/C'ers.
Is my hand okay? I think I might've sprained my pinky.
Long story short: Deep breaths. It's just a game and honestly not worth almost breaking a finger over.
I can say I never DC'd. I played for a good bit like a year after launch and just returned a few weeks ago. It's crossed my mind more than once but never done it. If I get super pissed I might suicide, depending on the situation (like the rest of the team is going to escape,or I'm hopelessly outmatched). Ive even given up as last man standing...just to have the killer drop me at the hatch lol.

I've had numerous matches, both as survivor and killer, where three people DC'd. It happens.
Once one survivor disconnects, the likelihood of other survivors disconnecting increases. If some of them are SWF, they'll disconnect together. It's also not uncommon for the last survivor left (whether you killed everyone else or the others DC'd) to disconnect if you don't let them escape.
I see. I just started playing again this week after about a year break so things are still a surprise to me. Was only my second match as killer. I mean the last guy had ample time to escape. I would'nt have cared if he at least tried.

Survivors normally DC when others have disconnected because they feel shafted too. They’re now stuck in a tilted game and unhappy about it.
As for the first guy.....no idea. Strange he did it so late. Maybe a crash? Maybe he got trolled by other survivors?
Yeah I hadn't considered that. You could be right. The last guy was just too much. I couldn't find him for a good ten or so minutes. Closed the hatch. Never tried opening the exit doors. Like you were prepared to waste time. Why not DC when I couldn't find you? Or when he was bleeding out? I left him until about half a state. Then the second he touches the hook, boom. He most likely could've escaped and I probably never would've seen him.

no worries fam ^^
the hook situation is really a problem, though there havent been any good solutions to it yet (DC penalities only affect those who quit the game by leaving the trial with the "leave game" button / have a connection loss).
i thought about giving a compensation to everyone when someone kills himself on a hook, but that wouldnt solve the problem itself...
if you have any ideas regarding that topic, feel free to share them!
who knows, if they are good they might actually make it into the game!
That's a super tough one. Your idea would probably be what I'd suggest. BP compensation,or maybe even a buff of some sort to the remaining survivors. I think you are right though,I have no idea what would actually stop it from happening.
Once they've left the game they aren't really going to care. Could also be abused. I'd say the only thing you could really do is get rid of the struggle option and/or the ability to escape, and just have a timer. Then your only option is to wait or DC. I have a feeling they wouldn't want to implement that though,so idk.
I'd rather not have to wait 10 mins for a match...but then waiting ten minutes to have someone quit and possibly lose a pip makes it even worse.

the old DC penalities were good.
they just need to smooth things out with these.
they did exactly what you said should be done - the lobby joining option gets disabeled for a certain amount of time, which gets longer and longer the more often you do in in short periodes of time.
now they just need to give some compensation for suicides on hooks and we're set.
Oh okay. My bad,I'm a recently returning player,so I must not have been around for that. Seems reasonable. I mean suiciding on the hook might require a few different penalties depending on the situation.

@Fibijean said:
This has been the case for a long time, I've experienced it a lot myself (it's not platform-specific). I believe it's both a latency and a UI thing.
Latency, because as you said there's only a split second between "filling the bar" and being hooked, and even 100 or so ping will be more than enough delay for that to be possible.
And UI, because the bar isn't extremely accurate, it doesn't have numbers on it or anything like that, so it's possible that you only filled it to 99% or so before getting hooked. Visually, it can look like the bar was full, even when technically, it wasn't.
It's also worth bearing in mind that killers don't have to be in position for a hook in order to get the prompt, so they may well have received the prompt before you saw them hook you, even disregarding latency.
Thank you. I appreciate the thorough explanation. Makes a lot of sense. Still frustrating. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one or something lol.

DCs via the "Leave Game" button play a certain sound ingame, while DCs due to a crash for example do not.
so they should be able to tell if it was intentional or not.
also the "Leave Game" button wont just ban you right away. if its for a reason and if there is an irl emergency, there is nothing wrong with leaving the game - as long as it doesnt happen too often that is.
Just kinda seems like it would be a bit of hassle when there are other things that need fixing. Not saying I don't agree because I do. It would just have to be reasonable. In a real emergency or something you are probably just going to power off or close the app (in the case of console).
I'm just not sure what would be reasonable. I feel like a no BP for the next match or something wouldn't be enough, but a ban seems kinda harsh. Final Fantasy XIV gives you a penalty where you queue for any dungeon or anything for an hour if you quit a duty that has a full party. Maybe something like that would work.
-
I'm going to go with matchmaking and rank system, like most people. Not only are queue times up and down, but there needs to be some way to match against other players of the same skill.

ragequitting.
the other issues are balancing problems that can be fixed, but rgequitting will probaply never stop.
DC penalities are a good start, yet they'll just lead to hook suicides.
the problem here is, that a ragequitter ruins the entire game for everyone he is playing with. the survivors lose a player early on and both sides miss out on tons of potential BPs and Emblem points (the killer more than survivors though).
its in the players heads, its extremely toxic behavior and it throws a bad light on those who DC due to legit reasons (no, facecamping / tunneling are NOT a valid reason! im talking about cheaters, exploiters, gamebreaking bugs, a legit connection loss, etc. - not a hurt ego.)
But is there a way for them to tell if it was a legit disconnect or not? I mean that's a tough one. And they'd have to think of a reasonable penalty. I'm not trying to get banned for a week because my house is flooding or caught fire ha. A lot of things are assumptions. Yes there are obvious rage DCs,but you never know.

All the ones I listed are all still just humans. That's my point. The winner would likely be Freddy or Oni, just because of what they are lol.
Maybe I should've said "most human" I guess. That goes for Ghostface as well. Michael Myers is human but can't be killed. Freddy already died once so I'd probably have to agree since he can come into the real world...but I don't know if any of these guys actually sleep, lol. Huntress I guess is on the same level. All they really have is stealth. I honestly didn't know the clown was human, can't even lie. I mean, you'd think it'd be one sided, but Captain America and Batman still win fights, and they are mostly regular guys.
-
I don't know, but if you look at the report features,a good few are things survivors do. Blocking the hook, working with the killer, etc. I've seen some pretty trollish survivors...but some would argue they are just viable strategies, unless it's an outright exploit. The DCs make me mad too,but in the end maybe the match would've sucked anyways. I play almost exclusively on console,so I can't speak on that, but I have seen people on both sides say some crazy stuff on videos and such.

Freddy. Gotta sleep sometime.
Of the non-dream killers though? Realistically? Oni.
Also, unpopular opinion: If this battle happened, Pig, Myers, Ghostface, Clown, Huntress and probably even Leatherface would be the first ones to die.
Of course Pig would die first, since she's literally just a regular human being in a costume lol. I mean,I guess Ghostface would be too. Most of the other ones have died before and/or can't die. I've never seen Stranger Things to know if that thing can be killed, but it's pretty scary,ha.

Seeing so many of you guys comments make me realize how much different the game is on console. I play mainly PS4 because my PC kit is trash. Like "survivors barely ever miss skill checks"...not in my experience. You're lucky to get through a gen without someone messing up, especially if you have 3 people on it. I can't speak much more on too many of the other points, because I'm not red rank. I will say at lower to green,I see a lot of survivors winning, and only certain killers that can excell.

Hmm I haven't seen this personally, but I also don't play much survivor. What ranks do you play at?
I actually just found out it's a glitch. It's supposed to not show the killers perks on the result screen until the match is over. I didn't know that, but sometimes it just doesn't show them at all on PS4 no matter how long you sit there. As far as the survivors also having no perks displayed,I'm just going to assume it's a glitch as well. I didn't know about this at the time.

As a returning player (played a lot around a year after launch and had a year or so break) the game feels insanely fast as survivor. I've assumed it's because of gens, but maybe people have other ideas. I'm a lower rank,so maybe something will change, but I've only seen two 4ks in like 50-60 matches. In a few Everyone escaped before I even saw the killer. I agree things aren't fun that way.

Don't quote me on this, but i believe they said that there's a hard limit to how much fog you can get, and that the Very Rare one bumps it from the normal amount to the max.
I feel like the framerate would just completely tank (especially on console) if they let it get too out of hand, lol. I could be wrong though.

I actually think the fog ones are more useful, for those who play stealthy or 'immersed'. I don't use them either as I don't stealth. They are also useful for stealth killers, or killers like Trapper.
I agree with both points in a way. The fog can definitely be useful for stealth, hiding traps, etc. But both fog and shrouds are not great things to have to buy if there are other options. They both have some downsides depending on if you are on killer or survivor side also. I mean if all 4 start together in the same area and work on the same gen,it might not be as good an option as having everyone in different areas working on 3 gens, especially if someone gets spotted quick.

He knows your location. So he can tunnel and camping you easily.
You can't save your Allies, cause with his shocks he knows you are coming
He change your skill check. So for new people It's so difficult.
You can't be silent, you can't vault, you can't drop pallet, you need to snap out of it, you can't rescue, skill check zones are different.
I read so many post about this Killer, It's broken.
It really needs a rework.
I'm a returning player,so my opinion might not weigh as heavy. I was just saying since my return,I've played about 40 ish matches at around the 15 rank as survivor and had yet to see a 4k...escaped at least 90 %...that changed just today, twice, against the doctor.
I'm not well versed enough to know exactly what's different or why that is. Funny thing is,he already killed two,I felt completely outmatched when I was being chased (mainly because the shock stun, and that increased terror radius thing) so got frustrated and just gave up and stood in front when he was hooking the third.
He knocked me down...and then carried me to the hatch and let me escape. So idk #########. Valid points I think, especially for a not so experienced player. I'm trying to get better though,so I'll take some of the tips others have given as well.

Well I'm personally glad you're hear, each voice counts and I'm interested in the experiences of all dbd players.
At low ranks many players don't have their characters leveled up yet.
Thank you for that. You guys are what got me wanting to play again. I've seen some toxicity, but it's nowhere near what I've seen on other games or forums. I've already learned some things. Terminology etc. I was actually able to loop the killer in a match tonight long enough for the team to get 3 gens on. I never could've done that before.
I agree that on lower ranks the characters probably aren't levelled...but to literally not even take one perk? I thought maybe it was to do an achievement or something because it's happened often. Maybe it's just super new players and that's where all my luck is coming from lol.

Honestly, you may be rusty, no offense. For me honestly I'm happy with my matches cuz I really think I got better at the game, but I know that the ruin change may freaked some less experienced players, for you also since the game is more faster: Faster hooks, grabs, pallet breaking and vaulting speeds (dunno if you were before these changes, but I think tho) and survs are way less immersive
I haven't tried many matches with killer yet,but I feel the difference. My only complaint with survivor is that it goes quick and it seems too easy. I've literally escaped close to 90% of the matches I've played so far. I'll be fair and say that maybe it's because I'm lower rank.
I've only been killed 3 times out of 30 ish matches so far. The last match I unhooked two people within 30 seconds and we all escaped. That's something I never saw on the older version of the game. I'll have to give my thoughts on the killer at some point, but I appreciate you pointing out some of the changes.

Killer rank doesnt matter because whether you’re rank 1 or 15 you’re going to be going against red ranks no matter what lol
Previously the best survivors would boost to red ranks and the lesser survivors would trickle in at the end of the month. Now they dont get reset back s far so everyone is in red ranks. The games used to be ok at red ranks but now they’re almost impossible to escape from. Especially against certain killers.
Was it always like that for red rank killers or was that a change? Ive had forum posts coming up in my Google news thing and have seen a few things. I was honestly pretty shocked when I started playing again. The timer for getting out of the exit kinded added to the lopsided feeling. Felt like it was something extra to help Killers, but I could be mistaken.
I was honestly most shocked that the game didn't devolve into nonsense. It didn't end up with a dead player base like many other games of the sort,or end up where every match is a toxic troll session like Friday the 13th.

Very low as I just started. Survivor and Killer are around 15. I'm sure things will change as it goes up,but I'm definitely seeing some of the changes already. I'm really looking to get better. I figured getting into the community would help me understand things more.
