Its simple the 5 second stun push the twin player away.
this, plus i miss them just straight up ignoring every meta perk in the game like BT and Dead Hard. :( #savethetwins

I would see if it persists with a wired connection. Nemesis has always been a thorn for our console gaming brethren performance wise so I would say it's entirely possible for this to be new then haha
-
I don't know, that sounds like you're also on wifi to me gamer.
The only new nemesis bug I've noticed with this patch is that sometimes you don't break pallets with t2/t3 whip.
-
"hey killers don't have enough to do already right?"
-
Sluzzy is the best troll but the problem is the devs seem to think he's got some good ideas hehe
-
I've been playing him since pinhead crashes and the twins are too nerfed. All they have to do with him is not give the injured burst on infection and he'd be a lot more viable. Probably still bad, but definitely a lot more viable.

The problem is, that Myers is a solid mid tier killer. His Tombstone addons have heavy downsides. Which is balanced. Most of his addons are perfectly fine. Unlike other killers like for example Nemesis, where most if not all of his addons are terrible.
I take exception to the wording "mid tier killer" as I don't think there is a mid tier killer in DBD. It's basically either run spirit or nurse at high MMR or pray ;)
-
I realized long ago that no one's actually playing survivors and that they're all super advanced AIs programmed to teabag and click flashlights realistically so nothing you do to them matters. Hope this helps OP :)
-
the ones they added to all the coldwind farm houses. Those loops were already survivor favored and now I have to smash two-three doors preemptively? lmao
-
Nothing else scratches the itch unless an improved clone comes out. Every asymmetrical game out there but DBD seems to want to give the ability to attack the killer to the survivor side which defeats the whole point/fantasy aspect of it. Every round that I saw of Home Sweet Home looked like it ended with all of them whacking the killer with swords and stuff.
Also with how borked balance is, it feels like I truly earn a win with a killer and every loss I get is just survivors being toxic in a swf exploiting imbalances in the game/engine/stretched res/bugged map offerings etc etc ;)

That is true...keep a your momentum going🤔
Also I've noticed that the franklin's demise drop for the cube is never where you hit the survivor. It seems to spawn it at the closest possible spawn point so you can waste time looking for it haha.

Just hoarder? Have you tried Franklin's demise?
Not really a fan of the franklin/hoarder combo. In practice for me getting the first hit, using the box, reengaging the chase, hooking them, etc gives them enough time to find the cube again while I'm hooking the guy i just took the cube from. With just hoarder I can chase/down the guy, hook him, and figure out who's going for the box with BBQ without immediately giving the survivors time to use it.
-
Had to drop Twins. I miss them but between the cumulative nerfs and the generator audio bug, they're in a very bad state. Victor can't fake out dead hards since readying the pounce is a hard committal and the survivors I've been facing have enough time even point blank to react to the audio cue of him actually leaping. It's basically missing a shred on Demo but instead of trying again, you get kicked and are now 60 meters away from the person you were chasing. There might be an element of "get gud" to this but I've got over 500+ games on them and I would like to think I have my finger on the pulse of their strengths and weaknesses.
I have however picked up Hoarder Pinhead. It's basically just as mean as the Twins but global. I wish they'd buff a few things in his kit like making his power useful and fix the lunge bug but other than that I've found myself someone I can play until the Twins get fixed.
-
I've been having good value from deadlock/hoarder/bbq with a fourth perk that i haven't settled on yet by just giving up everything to chase whoever has the cube. BBQ obviously for the points but it does help with figuring out where the cube is by watching where survivors move during a chain hunt. I'm just not a fan of ruin or hex perks so I never run them but plaything's pretty nice as a time waster.
Franklin's demise doesn't synergize well with hoarder I've found. It starts the chain hunt sooner but you waste time that the former cube holder now has to get away from you with.
Well, hope this helps gamer. :)

MMR has left me convinced that our beloved twins (and most other killers) need straight buffs lol
Victor ignoring Dead Hard was the last thing they had going for them. It's rough being a Twins main :(
-
I play sweaty but I acknowledge that SWFs that play sweaty as well will likely beat me more often than not. I'd rather play against fellow sweaty players if possible but sometimes things devolve into the sniper on a mountain vs holding a shotgun in the corner meta going along that path. It just means that eventually I'll reach the theoretical cap of skill with Twins sooner than Spirit/Nurse/Blight when facing death swfs. I'm more frustrated with my main's lack of strength than I am with survivors being efficient. I think killers need blanket buffs and now I have anecdotal evidence supporting it :^)
-
I believe I'm in a high MMR bracket because I got 8-12 death swfs in a row on my twins after taking a long break from DBD (which i believe is understandable) and went about 50/50 with a lot more 4 escapes than I'm used to. What I've learned is that map choice is a lot more brutal/impactful than I remember (basically was impossible to win on Ormond), that I'm not as good as I thought I was since a lot of people in the past would just give up the second they saw the twins, that playing meaner gets better results, and that the twins really need some love from the dev team. The 5 second successful pounce nerf should be reverted, Charlotte needs something when Victor is taken hostage, something. I might have to go back to Spirit at this rate just to feel like I have a chance Killer side.
Oddly enough, the survivors I did go up against at what I believe is higher MMR were all a lot friendlier than I'm used to. None of them hanging around being toxic at the exit gates, actual GGs at the end game chat, etc lol.
All in all I think it's a positive change but it's really highlighted the disparity between killer strength and survivors for me. It's basically the Goldlewis vs Axl matchup in Strive for any killers other than spirit/nurse/blight I think.
-
Damn, i didn't know there was a crash associated with it as well. D:
-
let's get this fixed yeah!

this happend to me too. and I did hear a warning sound that victor will die when I was standing on stairs in the temple of purgation
I was having it in the basement steps in Badham as well but the actual stairs of RCPD killed Victor, the poor guy.
Also I got this bug in 6 out of 6 games. My bad for letting survivors finish a generator but it's definitely annoying.
-
i'm looking forward to playing twins again with deadlock (if there isn't a weird change from PTB to live where it becomes absolutely crippled) personally

Haven't seen the Halloween movies so I don't really know what his abilities would be like, just going off what I think I know. So again, please forgive me if I get anything wrong or this is completely inaccurate. With that being said, here's my changes.
- Michael has a car
- Michael can also drive the car
- While in "Car" Mode, terror radius is reduced to 0 meters (from what I remember hearing, somehow no one could locate the car he was in) and it's an instant down for survivors if ran over.
When Trickster got released, I wanted a version of starstruck named "Carstruck" wherein one survivor would randomly get hit by a car 45 seconds into the match.
I think this would work as a Myers' perk as well now that you've mentioned it :^)
- Michael has a car
-
Might be nice to have end game perks if keys ever get nerfed :^)
-
don't worry, i'm sure they'll sneak in some more Twins nerfs
-
After seeing nemesis ai in action, I don't trust bhvr with these changes. #savethetwins
If you're gonna bring AI to any killer, do the legion first lol.
-
Just start shadow buffing the twins instead, thanks.
Make Charlotte being asleep still emit a terror radius so I can use unnerving presence :^)
-
I don't use NOED but a survivor will always have access to dead hard, but a killer won't always have access to NOED because of either not needing it, or keys ending the match early, or what have you.
Just make NOED expose survivors from the very beginning to make up for this discrepancy imho
-
Just a note: if you're crouching near an idle victor it won't trigger killer instinct.
-
as a killer I like to see Jeffs and Tapps. It's like getting the opportunity to hunt an endangered species.
-
Next you'll want killers to bring snacks and refreshments :^)
-
no problem. just adding to the myriad of things they broke with the nemesis update lol
-
Yeah but it took a full reinstall for me on the xbox app.
If you open up the microsoft store and go to "downloads and updates" you might be able to do it there: https://i.imgur.com/OD0T781.png
-
Update functionality seems to be broken with the xbox app but the work around is to either fully reinstall or look up the game in the microsoft store's download and update tab.
It's dumb but it's what we got for now.
-
A killer that can fly, swoop in, and drop people would be funny to me except for the pesky problem of indoor maps :^)
-
The game couldn't even handle the first chapter from Resident Evil, who knows what will happen with another
-
agreed, buff the twins :^)

The steady stream of salt on my profile, when I have endgame chat disabled half the time, says otherwise.
Never had a killer cry on my profile I but I’m almost to like 350 -reps from wrecking survivors in this game.
this is why i wish we had cross progression and i could switch over from windows store to steam right there.

Thanks Which killer has Pop goes the weasel
That would be the Clown :^)
-
Hey at least you have the new patch right? I'm still on 4.7.2 because they won't release it on Windows Store lol
-
oh man. i hope so.
-
All right I really expected to be able to play DBD on the windows store by now. lmao
-
Every patch has just made keys even more usable which is why the Franklin's change is out of left field as that was one of the only ways to remove it from the field. Game's already rougher for killer side and this is just salt in the wounds after mori changes vOv
-
wish the patch would come out for my platform so i could complain too tbh
-
It's unplayable for me personally because they haven't updated DBD on windows store yet :^)
-
I go into every match attempting to win and honestly I'm surprised there are people who just want to chill and relax in it but it's usually these very same people who are extremely unchill after the match. vOv

I just don't understand when they hard tunnel someone at 5 or 4 gens remaining, why ruin the game for others like that?
as a survivor you're opting in and have signed the waiver that this is a possibility. the good news is if you didn't queue with friends, you're free to requeue immediately.
-
I don't understand why people think 1v1s need to be nerfed. The game is 1v4. Buy time for your teammates to do gens. That's the point of the game.
-
The twins' hidden passive is they injure feelings as well. I love them :)
-
I honestly don't know because I only really found out about DBD after WZ pretty much died from dmr meta/hackers, but hey thanks to whatever reason this success occurred hehe.
