Well,he's still not as good as he is on PC,but Blight is 1000000% better then he used to be before the patch.
Yeah, that still doesn't look great. I'll have to try him for myself. It's almost like PC has a different camera for Blight, like you can see how the cane connects with the survivor instead of what I see on console where it's like one of those super short Nurse swings that sometimes has an overly generous hitbox.
-
What do you mean now? He's never gonna be playable on console, unless they've given us the PC version of him where he can actually turn at the end of his swing.

3 out of 4 games? Seriously?
If your luck is as bad as you claim then why aren't you using franklins?
Because they can just drop the key until they need it.

An average round in this game is 2 kills and 2 escapes so why do people think they are entitled to a 4K or 4 escapes?
Because that's not satisfying results for either side. Killers should be able to kill more than half the survivors unless they're crazy good. Survivors want to get as many teammates out as possible, and when they lose 2 of them to camping and NOED, it doesn't seem like they could have done anything about it.
-
They need to do it. Put the map remasters on hold for 1 chapter, and give us a new good looking map for what is probably the most anticipated crossover in a long time.

Nah it's killer sided. Unless you kick every pallet, then it's survivor sided because you're wasting so much time kicking pallets that are useless. There are maybe 2 good pallets on the entire map, every vault leads to a drop with almost all of them being a death sentence, and there are several rooms that survivors have nothing to work with.
But if they save either upstairs gen as one of the last 3, you're screwed. And the exit gates aren't that far but if you have to patrol them, it's impossible because of the roundabout ways you have to travel between each because of room and door RNG. And Iron Will becomes much stronger because they're in a bunch of rooms and corridors, not out in the open. And if the survivors drop 1 or 2 pallets, suddenly they've turned it into a god loop which you have to break. This map is good for Doctor and Ghost Face, and that's it.
-
That's why I never use either of those perks, and if I see a lobby like that I'm lobby dodging anyway.

No hate to True but I just don't watch him like that anymore but I'll give the man credit. He taught me a LOT and improved the rest over the years but the man was a legend when I first started playing. Taught me what a mindgame was, how to loop a pallet multiple times instead of just throwing it down and even how to play certain killers better (when there was only like 7 killers for console lol). Without him, I would have taken me so much longer to get better and survive.
Yes, he uploads a lot, so it can be easy to get burnt out of him. But he puts up both killer and survivor perspectives which I appreciate, and he explains stuff he's explained probably a million times already just for the new guys. Things like, "You want to push them around this TL this way." or "If you don't leave the hook with Ruin, you don't get anything out of it."
-
Without Tru3 and Otz, I'd be nothing at this game, like I was 2 years ago. The tutorial teaches you about 1% of the game, and content creators and streamers can tell you the rest.
-
I hate Hawkins as well. People who say it's a killer favored map, I can say with confidence that it's not.
-
I guess this won't ever happen though. The devs want killers to have as many unnecessary disadvantages as possible.
-
Just get rid of the overheat. Nobody asked for it.
-
I think they've done it backwards. They should have put in new maps for each chapter, then went back and improved maps. Now we've had like a year's worth of time and no new maps.

Man you're internet must suck
It was a game crash.

They have to slug because they'll rarely win by playing normally.
-
Nobody says that.
-
Maybe the devs realized they were too hasty and stupid in nerfing killers like Hillbilly and Freddy when they weren't even that strong. Sadly the complaints won't stop until a nerf inevitably happens.
-
They need to find a way to differentiate between someone pressing the leave match button and someone's internet going out.
-
There wasn't one.
-
It's just an annoying perk that takes your items and add-ons that you spent a ton of bp on, in a game where the grind is too much for how little you get.
-
Definitely killer.
-
Pretty much any 3-gen can be overcome. Y'all just need to push the furthest 2, push hard if the killer commits to someone, and heal and come back after getting injured.
-
I hate indoor maps. They're usually not well designed.

Oh, I use Adrenaline all the time, and I play mostly solo. This perk has saved my life so many times that I cannot remove it from my build.
I almost never use it because there's no guarantee that the gens get done.
-
The killer you're facing might have a deceptively long reach, or you were greedy and should have gone around the loop 1 time less.
-
Blight, Deathslinger, and this is a first for me, Nurse. It's all about breaking their line of sight, except maybe Blight where you just dead angle him, and with Nurse you can wait under pallets or double back when you see they're going for a far blink. She has to be bad though, or nothing will work.
-
When the killer has Corrupt, I don't work on a gen, keeping with the strategy of wasting their perk, until someone takes damage and then I'll get on a gen because I know there's no point in not doing so anymore.

So you don't believe Hag takes that much to master?
That's what Tru3 believes if I recall. "You set up traps in 1 area and control it." similar to his opinion on Trapper. And maybe it is like that, but I've begun to think that Hag is just a better Trapper in almost every way.
-
@miketheratguy said:
Hag mains need help? There's no need for help when you main as a Hag. Just choose her and you win.
Oh come on. There's more to it than that.

I'm of two minds about Pop. Regressing 25% of a gen is undeniably strong, but between the time nerf that happened a while back and basic game mechanics, you sometimes don't get to use it. If there's no weak link and taking survivors down takes too long, you may get 1 use out of it or no uses before the 5th gen is done. And in the battle of attrition, Pop does have limited uses: 12 to be exact. And again, you don't get it unless you hook AND down someone AND get to the right gen before it's finished.
Another reason I think it can be weak is because it's a perk that requires you to kick a gen. I like using Surge and Ruin for regression, because I don't have to stop and kick gens for them to work. If you push survivors off a gen to Pop it, you got the regression, but I'm exchange you have given the survivors a huge lead over you. With Ruin and Surge, you just push them off the gens and immediately are able to chase them. So perks like Overcharge and Oppression are weak for these reasons.
That's my take on Pop.

She has no effective counterplay. Its just a killer sided mindgame of whether shes phasing or not.
If you hear her terror radius and it's not getting closer, she might try to grab you off the gen, so let go. If she's standing still though, you just have to guess if she's phasing, which is why I think that mindgame should be removed.
-
Metatron*
-
Whatever. If people want her, they want her. It doesn't matter if I don't like it.
-
She has counterplay. Literally just take weird pathing and you'll be fine. Maybe with Stridor AND her strongest possible add-ons, she's near unbeatable, but that's a stretch.

Having an easy-mode killer behind a pay wall is not good for the game. Accept it, adapt, move on and become a stronger player for it.
It's the survivors who should have adapted instead of complaining that Freddy is somehow OP, "best killer in the game" and crap.
-
Spine Chill is not OP. It doesn't carry the same weight as a Dead Hard or an Unbreakable.

Could be a bug seeing as the collision is intended to be removed after being idle for 30 seconds.
But why remove collision at all? That just makes it inconsistent. Is she a killer, who can block survivors, or is she not?

motion blur is the worst, hell no
What's wrong with it when implemented alongside stable fps?

@AhoyWolf said:
They somehow made a Killer that has longer Fatigue than the Legion (which isn't a good thing even for the Legion), playing Victor now feels so unrewarding, because Survivors have so much time to kick you, also the animations don't match so even if you survive you're just running at Fatigue speed for a second.
Plus, the survivors go left and right to counter your pounce, run in pairs to counter your pounce, run inside you to counter your pounce. The devs haven't even addressed the basic difficulty of using Victor, and they're nerfing them like they're some S tier killer.
-
Maybe they could add a spectator mode to regular matches, so that a friend could spectate like in customs matches. But not just friends, I mean give anyone the option to search for pre-game lobbies so that they can spectate the match from start to finish. And of course, increase the spectators allowed at a time. Right now, custom matches allow 1 spectator, and that's not enough. I might remember this idea and make my own thread of it, because I think it's that good.

@Kebek said:
They're extremely strong killer, even when the 5s stun does feel awful, it hardly makes them bad.
They were bad before and they're worse now.
-
I like the motion blur in the lobbies, and the bad framerate even for Oni's charging up is gone. If we could fix the in-match framerate and put motion blur in-match, this would look like a AAA game.
-
It's a nice idea, especially since it works in Friday the 13th, but people will get around it by just muting their in-game mics and talk through Discord or Playstation Parties or whatever.
-
@Mineguy said:
I don't get it really. Why do we have sneaky killers when this excists?
Spine chill should not work on
Wraith
Myers Tier 1
Pig when crouching
Ghostface
And all the perks who hides the terror radius....
The killer can just look slightly off to the side while still approaching the survivors and their Spine Chill won't go off.

@Lord_Tony said:
and not only that they get a ######### skill speed boost, it's ######### bullshit
I hear ya Tony, but in the grand scheme of things it's not even that good. It's not like it tells you where the killer is coming from, and you can trick survivors with Spine Chill into thinking that you're not walking towards them by not looking directly at them while walking towards them. You don't even have to moonwalk like some people suggest. And lastly, their inclusion of Spine Chill means they can only have 3 2nd chance perks max instead of 4. Them swapping out a Dead Hard or Deliverence for Spine Chill is huge.
-
I don't know what to tell you. People care about what they want to care about.

To be fair,he only got like 1 new outfit since his release (That Lunar New Year one)
That makes him look like some wannabe WWE wrestler 🤣
Yeah that one looked terrible.
-
Even though I play Hag I think this would be fine. I just don't want it to be like the Twins where they have to be so far from the hook to use their ability. But I will tell you that Hags who place 3-5 traps on a hooked person are wasting a massive amount of time for no extra benefit. You just need 1 trap at a hook to tp there, and if survivors crouch through it the trap doesn't activate anyway.

I have the same problem with Deathslinger. Nothing seems to beat his default outfit.
