I would rather have bad perks be made good, rather than good perks be made bad. Although some good perks are deserving of some nerfs, don't get me wrong.

Not when she is intentionally designed to be very difficult. I imagine the opinion on nurse having the lowest kill rate is that the design is being realized through all the games played with her.
Stat's aren't an end all be all, and tbh it doesn't look like bhvr is going off based on kills and kills alone to balance killers. Otherwise nurse would've been buffed.
Yeah. Hillbilly probably wouldn't have gotten nerfed if they didn't balance for kill rate though.

I had that issue as Blight yesterday. I restarted my game and it fixed itself.

It's probably the 2nd most survivor sided map in the game behind Haddonfield. Nearly every pallet is safe, with no mindgame. Horribly designed map

I just shut off my emotions if I'm having a rough game. Would rather be an emotionless husk than whine at my monitor. It has made my experience better by a little bit, because if I don't get tilted I play way better.

Wraith changes are absolutely AMAZING, so excited to play him.
Blight's POV fix is pretty great, will take a lot of getting used to tho

Most of the time yes. I feel really bad when survivors have teammates abandon them.

Yes absolutely. When a killer's best addon is low rarity (like Wraith, Trapper, Demo) it should always be basekit.

I feel like most of the skill that these characters rely on comes from not using a crosshair. Also Deathslinger has iron sights
