Trickster is an awful like old Legion. He has a distinct lack of counterplay in the vast majority of encounters, but he isn't strong, not even remotely. You can't buff Trickster, because he is essentially uncounterable and any buff would make him more miserable to play against. However, you can't nerf Trickster either, because he is incredibly weak. The only solution is to re-design various aspects of his ability... Well, that's not entirely true... You could also just not risk making any changes and keep him where he is, the evil you already know.
That's probably one of the best ways to put it.

I don't believe he should be flat-nerfed, if you paid any attention to the bolded sentence at the beginning of the post you would know that.

He is, his map pressure is poor, so give him a buff somewhere else.
He can live with fewer knives if he gets a buff that actually fixes the main issue. Read the whole post before replying.

Yeah, but they explicitly stated their reasons why they changed Ruin (wouldn’t even call it a nerf tbh). And it being overused was like one of three or four reasons. Another was old Ruins passive nature, which definitely doesn’t apply to Dead Hard…
I wasn't around back then I admit, I mostly just heard the "it was overused"

It weighs on you, hearing such horrible things day after day. You start to wonder if it's true. I struggled a lot with it, but I eventually made the decision to cut off all contact from the DBD community except for the Forums and my friends.
I completely disregard what they say after having a laugh about it. Never take what they say seriously.

Yes it is. I'm expecting to be rewarded for playing skillfully. It's an expectation we all should have. But right now, you auto-lose as survivor if you get hooked and face camped by Leatherface, and you auto-lose as killer if the survivors collectively hold a button down for too long.
That's just the other ppl playing in a boring way. I've had hell of fun games while getting destroyed.

That's not a bad idea honestly. I'm using the Plaid Flannel and the yellow blink recharge addon. Did you ever use the plaid flannel?
I used to, I wouldn’t recommend it. It can be helpful but don’t lean into that add on too much. It can teach bad habits.
Than again I also stopped playing her for like a month than suddenly new exactly how to time blinks for no particular reason so idk.
