the chances that we get even more kids then we now have is extremely high then! i noticed that on every free weekend tht we had so far .. they are only annoying with even more butdances nd trolling even if they die. that not the main problem because the main problem is the toxity! they are even more toxic then what we (or at least i have encoutered after or before free weekends) have normally.

All licensed chapters come with their perks, which the license holder agreed on, but with this modifications people can turn the chapters perks into something that ruins the brand.
Let's say I pick up the perk Babysitter and turn the logo into a poop emoji.
If a streamer streams and shares how babysitter is bad by representing it with a poop emoji BHVR can get liable for this since they are allowing the community to make fun of a license
That is why you can get banned from modifying the perks, the chances might be low but there is still a chance since the anti-cheat can detect modifying the files as cheating
they could also just overview the icon pack so if everything is alright for them that they will release it in the "icon store" which hopefully will be free except the icon maker wants money for that.
i men they still have the power of saying yes or no to it. if the perks get changed that they have just different colours then i dont think that this would be a problem at all.

just because of my hate of my old classmates which bullied .. that would be a perfect way to relax and to get my problems out of my mind.
that would be really fun to see them cry and scream in pain over and over again!

FOR THE SURVIVORS:
the new one should be an open camp for survivors with the campfire in the middle and the log benches on the side where you can actually sit on them to get something more in the lobby to interact with.
Add to the lobby the "Ritual Stone" in which the bloodweb exists (i think it would be a lot cooler to look at ancient stone that is withered and glows a bit red at the top because of the blood filling the web [which doesnt have to show the real progress] and make the overlay of the bloodweb appear then)
Add a board in which you can get daily missions (daily rituals) so you can even add complete new ones with it. (it could also be used as a news board)
Add an strange looking old tree that is covered by the entity's dark fog that serves as the Shop!
Add a Gate that if you interact with it, it will get you to the archives
You would automaticly be searching for a lobby if you are playing alone or with friends so it would ask you if you are ready then you would have to sit on the log benches in the middle of the lobby on the campfire.
Add an option to the campfire that lets you ~invite~ summon your friends.
Add a Tent that is used for changing your charackter and for changing your perks, items and offerings (also only for the looking, just add another overlay for the changing screen then)
FOR THE KILLERS:
It should be the dark forest with the entity in the middle (dark fog with some of its tentacles) its use would be like the campfire
the starting (ready) point would be some bushes that are placed in the direction of the survivors camp you would have to interact with the bushes to be ready. (the killer would just stare at them until the game begins or something like that) (the killers could stalk some npc survivors which are just walking around in their camp for example)
the lobby for the killer could be the same as for the survivors but only in withered and much darker then that from the survivors.
the strange tree with the dark fog of the entity would also be in the killer lobby of course.
{i brought every lobby idea for the survivors so the killer lobby could be the same or even completely different, but thats up to you devs!}

EDIT: sorry for marking you Devs and community managers! but i hope to get your attention with that, im curious what you think about this idea and if you even would give this idea a chance (it would enhance the experience new players will get for having such a thing in the game and maybe even for us old loyal dbd gamers)
what i forgot to add was:
the camp of the killers could be much darker and have more fog then the camp from the survivors just because the killers dont really care to have a nice camp except for their shack maybe (which could count as the tent maybe!)

Hm whats happening with the forums right now? so much hate regarding the new ruin and its not even tested yet by the one hating on it.
i hope if this change would get made that at least the half of the community will get calm. They already think that the devs do nothing so this would show them that you care for the game and want it to be filled with more content and so on! (maybe a few more bugfixes with each chapter would be nice that wouldnt make new bugs so it goes around in a circle)

i dont wanna spend that much time i spent on pc again on another console (even though i want to play on the switch but dont want to play and grind everything again!)

around 60-70 Euros now i think with the rift pass and some cosmetics that came out like laurie and myers (all of his) and nancy and steve for his ahoy skin and a bit for the rift to level up, that was it i think.

talks about other people which are doing just fine or are a bit better killers and blames them for that. and then he calls himself dbd fan (his name) which just isnt true maybe he likes it but a fan does know more then he probably does like it seems.
rule #1: dont blame other people if you dont know anything better
rule #2: try to understand both sides of the game (Killer AND Survivor) so you know how to play against a killer better if you learn to understand his power and will experience how stressfull it is to play as killer. (i wrote that because i saw other posts of you in which you blame the killer that they are op but they arent and are playing normal)
rule #3: always try to learn from other players so you can get better through it.

I have an idea for a reworked ability. How about we remove his katana and club, and replace it with a knife. How about he can only stab survivors with his ability, without being able to down them. Maybe add a massive stun after he is done using his ability. Lastly if he misses his attack you lose the whole ability.
I think I should be on the dev team right now.
for real? he is already weak now .. we dont need him to be completely useless..

i mean it would be very good possible to do!
for the problem with staring into the engines of the generator .. it could revert then into a 3th person view but it only can rotate to the left and to the right but not behind the survivor (they wouldnt see anything behind them while repairing normally) so that would be a nice solution the same counts for chests and destroying hooks

myers and ghostface are the worst on these maps.. the corns need to get nerfed on them with their stalking

here is the problem solver: If the Killer is still nearby, the one on the hook gets the ability to kick rescuers away .. this option does ONLY appear when the killer is NEARBY so farmers would like to think again before taking someone down from the hook infront of the killer.

YES please that would be perfect .. i hate DC
i just loose my points and offerings in a way if they just disconnect. that would be the perfect solution (or make them not standing still and let them move arounds repairing generators (a bit more slowly) and let them struggle on the hook so that the other survivors get their team and helping points as well!

i wouldnt mind more free weekends but wouldnt make it free forever just because kids would mostly play it and it will get even more toxic as well. then they would probably also go to the forum nd tell the devs that the killer are too op and so on

ive had sooo many racist comments against me that involved Hitler i actually lost count...

Definetly Killer... you have to keep an eye out for every generator and every survivor and then to kill them all which can get very problematic escpacially for such rounds where you get a SFW group that bullies you with flashlights and so on.

yep got rank 9 but now im rank 10 because of that. it was such a hard time for me to even get rank 5 which i achieved only 3 months before but never got there again. just because of this situations. they happen way to often sadly

well i would think the same way .. its just that i still need to get the rank 1 achievement for steam (im an achievement collector) so it makes it really difficult if i get such people

I voted for Pennywise because i think he could get interesting with his power and even more enjoyable to play him and to play against him.
a creepy shapeshifter that follows you and makes you levitate in his mori with its deadlights ... i would so love to see that

you dont lose anything when someone disconnects and the match gets cancelled because of it.
you keep everything even your pips. just check them next time and you will see. offerings and items may have to be reselected out of your inventory as well but you have them still

well i haad now 2 games again which people insulted me the way i played,
even i went away completely from the hook they call me an idiot for camping or that i should kill myself only because they died in the game.
and also that i had toxic survivors again who even survived and spammed that i would be trash and "gg ez" and so on and also that i would be an idiot (again) for taking a memento mori with me.
that just sucks all the fun out of the game for me .. or as killer at least. please could you guys not add an Filter that sorts bad words out automaticly? i try to not get mad if i read such things but its very hard to resist then..

the only reason i want to be rank 1 at least once with the killer is that this is an achievement that i need to complete on steam, if i have that then i dont care about it anymore it has no use at all except for the matchmaking.

Considering all the perks were underwhelming and the killer is boring and uninspired, it wasn't such a 'huge hyped' chapter for all of us.
then you speak for yourself, nancys perks are good especially if your new to the game, the killer isnt even boring imo he's the only one really making sounds while attacking with his power or just even holding his power open, the new map of the laboratory was a very good addition that at the start almost everyone was uncomfortable because it was different from the other indoor map settings but now almost everyone i know that hated the map at the beginning are loving it now.
you dont even need to buy the chapter if you dont want it. yeh it costs more then the other chapters but its because of 2 survivors instead of one that we usually get in a chapter.

i think that you did hear that alot but are you guys considering the crossplay between pc and console more now? i really would like to have more players to play against (so matchmaking could even get reduced on waitingtime)
maybe add an entirely new frirendlist ingame [with a dead by daylight profile] so that you could add friends directly from other platforms to play with each other.
(if the crossplay would be possible between consoles ... and we would get the "create a DbD profile" would there be a chance then to transfere everything on progress and buyed items / cosmetics onto the other platform then? i would love to buy the game also on PS4 but i just dont want to because i know that i would have to play fresh from the start and i dont want that because my playtime is now over 1.300+ hours)

then Vigo should be aa survivor with a new map that shows more of the entity itself (with the flowers from the hallowed blight in 2018 as decoration on the hooks and on the map itself but they are not living anymore like now) that would be an original map that i could love

Downtime means you can't play, it makes sense to give some sort of compensation to make up for long periods of downtime. A delay just means a delay. It's still coming, you'll still get all the stuff you'd normally get, you can still play in the meantime. You lose absolutely nothing.
The alternative is putting out an update that is not ready to avoid having to give out compensation, and that's a very bad situation.
will the event last longer then .. i mean we lost already 3 days. what i mean with that is will the rift get the days back that the delay cost it?
