To pretend they are doing something without actually addressing core issues that the majority of the vocal community criticizes nonstop, around the clock.

No it wouldn't. How on Earth does excluding POC solve racism?
Good question, I suppose we could ask Behavior given the removal of POC masks is basically precisely what they are doing here. Unless they are removing base Leatherface too. Maybe give him a sack instead. A nice little redesign with no skin.

Changed them all to be white to combat racism? 🤔 The intentional exclusion of POC does not sound like a wise route to tackle racism.
Well, not to a normal person. But you know, if we are just trying to appease people, you already know the truth. It would work...
-
I would honestly be fine if they locked them and you couldn't wear them, I only grabbed them for collection sake. Removing them is just stupid. I can't believe they are actually topping the idiocy of hit validation with this decision. I genuinely never suspected they would. I thought we were peak.

Iron grasp and agitation are op af.

As has been pointed out a number of times.
No-one is accusing the character of LF of racism, but rather removing a tool that racist players are abusing to harass POC streamers.
Leatherface isn't being punished, nor are the masks an "important" feature - they're purely cosmetic. I'm sure the fictional character of The Cannibal won't care as much as you're making it out he will.
I feel punished for wasting so much time earning them, I wish I never bothered with that struggle. If I had known there was no point, obviously would have. I have no idea where anyone reasonable thinks removing earned cosmetics is vaguely the right approach. They could have just changed them all to be white or whatever if they wanted to "combat" racism. Lul.
-
Ha ha ha... I am glad Behavior is one step behind the playerbase, I suppose.
-
Wait, are they actually removing those? Do you know how many hours I spent face camping and lobby shopping to earn them? What the hell? This is Bubba erasure.
-
Wow, this is really unique to Hex: Pentimento and doesn't at all apply to 90% of the perks in the game. Great point!
-
The one that has hit validation attached to it is probably the best, maybe. Just because it is the most fair. The server knows best.
For killer... Um, BBQ. It is so overpowered because it lets you buy more overtuned add ons.

He's the only killer that can literally run out of power, which is frustrating. I think once a survivor is fully red, then the stalking capabilities should be reduced by 50% instead of being cut off altogether. I've had games where the remaining survivors left in the match were completely stalked, which turned Myers into nothing more than an m1 killer. It was really boring not having a power.
Or let's go the opposite route. Once everyone has been fully stalked, you get permanent tier 3. Muahahahahaha!
-
Nah, just make the bleed out timer twice as long when playing Twins so they have to sit there longer before they die. This would make Twins much more fun to play, in my humble opinion.
-
The list would be better if Pig was in her own tier at the top.

The amount of congitive dissonance people have that will accept any reason at all except "Current Survivor conditions have made the game brutally unfun for Killers so they don't want to play anymore" is staggering.
It couldn't be that. Queue times are not just a representation of role disparity, they are also a glimpse into the psyche. And many DBD players have psychological damage which makes queue times longer. I can prove this because I have a YouTube channel and 90% of my content shows a balance perspective of how the game is killer favored.
-
I ran into some weird wannabe bully squad that wouldn't rescue the solo player. I thought those freaks just had an anti killer kink, didn't realize it extended to their own.

Why not? What is the difference?

I've been using Leatherface for quite some time. I always get a 4k at the end no matter how bad I played. At end game, people send me the most horrible messages which is good for me basically because now Sony can ban them for verbal abuse.
I'm making DbD a much better place for everyone!
It is amazing how many people I got banned from Playstation because of how triggered they get. This community is like a weird echo chamber where anything goes for them, but reality isn't as favorable.
-
It is great practice to learn how to exploit "bully" squads. They aren't even trying to win which gives you a lot of extra time to actually play against annoying survivors and get used to the pace. So that is a benefit right there.
-
I think those opinions make sense given he doesn't play killer. Ayy.
-
Not that I am aware of, they need to wait out exhaustion or get unhooked to reset Dab Hard. If it was twice in a row, it might have been a weird visual/latency bug. Otherwise, I guess a hacker, most of those people suck so badly they can't remain subtle about it.
-
Here is my constructive criticism: Sawcon
But seriously, can we please buff hit validation to extend to vaults? It is unreasonable that the "server decides" whether an interaction is fair only around pallets and dead hard. Balance the game to make it fun for everyone, please and thank you.
-
It is fun if you enjoy survivor watching. I find those matches to be very peaceful and it puts me in a nice zen meditative state.
-
Just play survivor if you feel that passionate about it.
-
Born of Light: once flashed, you can blind a survivor for 2 seconds on your next basic attack. When paired with Lightborn, you spawn in with your own flashlight that you can click at slugs.

Odd choice to force a 3gen doc and then whine that the game takes too long. You're bringing it on yourself.
Not really, it is a survivor choice to extend the game that long and refuse to win the war of attrition. Not his.
That being said, because he knows that survivor mains are the way that they are. I 100% agree that this is a case of contributory negligence. As the more competent individual, he has a greater share of the responsibility to prevent this scenario because you cannot expect a survivor main to have the capacity to do it themselves. Legally speaking, that is.
-
Nah, if it was the same, it wouldn't trigger the vocal community as hard and long as it did... Um... Still does?
-
According to the developers, Pig. Now whether or not I agree with that is a separate matter entirely. But they are the ones who make the decisions. And Pig will be nerfed again before long.
-
Precisely.

So it's kinda like a killer's lunge attack?...
If they removed hit validation from lunge attacks, I would say yes. The amount of hits you would get on greedy survivors would be comparable to... Before we got hit validation. And it was a lot, because survivors are sussy baka indeed.
-
I assumed Jason was guranteed, but with Ringu coming out next, it might be an original, to be honest. Unless they just scrapped the idea of having a balance between licensed and original killers.
-
If your games are lasting 10 minutes against a face camper, I assume it is because you are in the lowest mmr brackets where survivors are allergic to generators. I recommend playing immersed until he finds someone else and then doing 3 to 4 gens yourself for an easy escape.
-
So... you want Shrek as a killer too?

He is one of them, this is just a ruse, he has a degradation kink and wants us to call hackers dirty names. Don't fall for it. Hackers are mature and upstanding members of society that are very good looking and intelligent.

You know I was wondering because you do seem like a Leatherface lover, are you on steam if so... any steam profile?
You got my interest
I am a filthy console peasant. But if I did have a steam profile, I promise my photo would be of lewd Leatherface, I am cultured. You don't need to worry about it.
-
Let them DC. Free bloodpoints. Unless they cuck you out of BBQ. But really, their wittle time out is actually a decent enough consolation prize. If only they went into their next game with a dunce cap, all would be right.
-
You have good opinions because you love Leatherface.
-
I used to want out of the game, but I have done a lot of self reflection and decided to play the match out and pretend it never happened. Queues are getting too long as survivor to be petty...

I partially agree, but also when you get told that your boyfriend deserved to get cancer and was probably happy about it so he had an excuse to escape you it stings, no matter what. "Sticks and stones" and all that is bullshit because the things you say and do can and will have an impact on people; you don't know what someone has been through in a day and you could say the wrong thing to make them worse.
Don't pin the blame on the people being insulted, especially for no reason, and especially when the insults are particularly heinous. Blame it on the supposedly 18+ people that can't handle the fact they lost a video game and the only way they can get satisfaction is through bringing others down.
Offense is only ever taken, never given. Sure I blame the toxic degenerate, but man, people are messed up and you can condition yourself to ignore their nonsense. It is genuinely possible and I highly recommend that approach. Why waste your time being offended by it, seriously, why? There is no compelling reason to take offense to their insults.
-
They have no bias, it is just a coincidence. Remember that they adjusted circle of healing? Clearly they favor killers, if anyone.
-
I am not a baby and I love double backing. I am just testing you to see if you are the baby, yeah... let's go with that.
-
Taking the opinion of survivor mains seriously is where you went wrong. Fix that and surely you will have fun once again.
-
I am eight years of age, I have been playing DBD since before kindergarten. I have litetally been running killers longer than I could run myself. I am built different, however. The average age has to be 50 or so because only boomers grew up watching 80's slasher movies.
-
The survivor main spells grandpa like grampa, do not take them seriously, bro. They wouldn't even qualify as clowns...
-
Discovering the game was my favorite, thank you Resident Evil.
My least favorite has to be hit validation. Crackula incarnate. People meme on a lot of their decisions, but really, it is all give and take. This one in particular was just baffling.
-
The DC penalty literally exists to keep people like you from ruining the game, that is why.
If anything, they really need a 10 minute surrender to address the only valid gameplay related reason for leaving, being held hostage.

Survivor queues were just as long before CoH and DH validations.
No, they really weren't... I wish.
-
It is subjective nowadays. If there ever was a consensus, it is gone now. Usually it is just survivor main copium and most killers who camp and tunnel do not care that it hurts their feelings to begin with, so the whole point is kind of moot.
-
Just pretend you are mentally unstable, now you get it.
-
I am an Overwatch player. No offense intended, but you DBD cats don't ball hard at all. The toxicity is so mild relatively speaking. An attempt was made, I suppose.
