  • Tunneling is a necessary evil and it's time to stop trying to cut out "this cancer". If you want to stand a chance against a well coordinated team, unless you play as nurse, you will have to tunnel eventually.

Maybe if we actually had good or even oppressive slowdown perks these changes would be bearable. As for rn, if these go live i am not touching killer role. Well done Behaviour.

  • So survivors now will have protection from potential misplays after getting unhooked in form of blocking ways to regress generators and killers get extra aura reading in exchange and maybe an extra 5% kick (becouse let's face it these numbers will be pathetic).

Cool. Honestly I am surprised a person with Sadako profile picture is even happy about the changes considering how they make her borderline useless, but if you want to have no way to regress generators have it your way.

  • There are so many killers that are good without having a dash ability but if you really need a top tier who isn't a dash killer.

I think you forgot about Singularity's existance.

  • I don't understand this take. Springtrap has everything that a good killer needs. Anti-loop, mobility and stealth. Only thing he lacks is add-ons that make him even better (Billy has engravings, blight has speed and recovery add-ons etc)

His abilities just aren't as insane as we used to get with killers (see kaneki, dracula) which him makes just alright.

So you don't mind survivors being able to drop your mage-handed pallet into your face?

Unless his mage hand is still bugged, you should not be stunned after lifting the pallet but with the current patch i wouldn't be surprised if the bug came back.

I heard that the Trickster gloves add-on did prevent this bug from happening.

That's not a good excuse to not giving her adjustments in my humble opinion. Every killer deserves love. It especially a license. It takes time to design and make these killers. They should be balanced accordingly.

I didn't say it was a good excuse, but look at chucky, xenomorph and skull merchant.

Chucky is in a very mediocre state, xenomorph was almost killed and skull merchant is dead. All killers that aren't really liked by survivors are either killed or ignored or both.

Sadako needs to be in the books asap. She needs to be on the Devs radar. She has gotten so miserable to play as and unfun. It’s a miserable experience not having a power with her

Survivors are constantly taking away my ability to do anything. I honestly feel like I don’t have a power.

I have to use Momitor and Abuse to remotely feel like I have a stealth ability. I don’t even use demanifestation because it’s way too obvious.

It’s a real drag when you have to use a perk because your power stinks. She has the worst stealth in the game. I was really hoping she was gonna get tweaked in the midchapter. Sadly that’s not the worse part. The worse part is never having a TV available. I really find it frustrating that tapes are so free.

Please we have got to tweak her and her addons.

I feel powerless as her. I get bullied a lot and there isn’t much I can do. I don’t feel like I am playing the power role with her. I feel like the “ Warm Up” before the real killer comes out in the next trial. It really stinks.

I am just going to say it. Sadako is not really a beloved killer in survivor community combined with her lack of popularity and the developers struggling to balance her condemn mechanic, means that they won't touch her for at least a while. Maybe a bug fix here or there.

Shame, i do like versing her and more killer diversity is always welcome.

  • I own Vecna and he's one of my most played killers. Definitely strong, unique and fun to play as and against.

    I only have 2 gripes.

His add-on diversity is worse than before his buffs.

The fly ability should be slightly slower or have a longer cooldown. The ability does make him sometimes a bit annoying to face.

I think I may have missed a update or something but I just want to know if someone can confirm my suspicion It feels as though there are a lot less safe pallets and a lot less options to run to in chase and places where pallets used to be are just gone I just want to know if it's true that pallets have been changed that's all thank you

You have to be more specific. There have been reworks to maps to make them more balanced. Old ormond had very safe tiles for example.

Right now the only realm i can think of of being way worse in terms of pallets is coldwind. Other than that, most maps have decent amount of safe pallets. Even Haddonfield was buffed recently in this regard.

  • PyramidHead's add-ons are fine. The only unreasonable change is for how long he can drag his knife.

Purple bottles are still worse than before the rework so I am not sure why are you complaining about it and not Clown being now braindead.

As for the other points. I didn't see the new map, can't say a thing. The Last Stand perk might have been quite problematic if not for the restrictions put on it. It's still a good perk.

As for the claim of the game being killer sided.

All of the base kit survivor buffs and survivors meta having so many powerful perks seem to speak otherwise. Maybe just maybe, it’s time to actually play both sides instead of one and complaining about things noone is complaining about.

i mean even tho everyone said do not touch franklin's

which means tunneling and slugging is about to become to 10 times worst (especially tunneling)

because now killers can no longer can counter the busted items that literally can carry survivors and will have to remove someone out of the game early to be able to play

either that or just play nurse

especially medkits since u can't even use even use perks that apply haemorrhage and mangled since vigil exists (even without vigil u can just power through them lol)

i know this is gonna get downvoted since this community still has the mind set of

killer buffs / opinion : bad

survivors buffs / opinion : good

thank you for listening to our feedback and completely ignoring it

Personally I almost never used franklin's. More so becouse I never believed in it being anything but a waste of a perk slot. It was best used against soloq. In swf, ppl drop items and that's it so my playstyle/builds are not changing.

So to answer. That's the neat part, you don't.

For medkits, I guess run perks that apply mangled (wow i know 2sec slower healing, amazing value) and pray they don't have an insta heal? Or just play Plague. For toolboxes, there is no counter so just give up.

Nah man. I don't want to go back to lobby dodging like I used to have to do with Trapper and maps. Because if you play Spirit, that's what you'll have to do. A single Fog Vial neuters you just as much, if not more, than maps neutered Trapper.

I would just wait a week or 2. It's too early to tell how this is going to impact games.

Your points are valid but at the same time. The iridescent add-on has been nerfed and it's not like Spirit is a mid tier killer that just took an unnecessary bullet to a knee. Again I can bet my right hand that most serious survivors will just go back to having 4 medkits.

  • @Brimp said:

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/CFSO3PLHUOBC/image.png

The two changes that didn't need to go through was the activation time on yellows and linger time on pinks. All for like 2 addons to become base kit. Nerfing Bleach and Ether would have been enough honestly but now pinks are just worse at base than before.

Welcome the time of just throwing yellows at feet with haste addons and brutal strength instead of pinks between tiles. Oh yeah not to mention the haste addons remained at their values before the PTB so get ready for 17% haste clowns instead of pink bottles only.

This whole patch showes how Behaviour doesn't reach out to the community of a killer they are going to change.

I am really worried how trickster is gonna end up and if they actually talked to recognizable trickster mains.

  • @TimberGoingDown said:

Yeah. She has no counter to it. It literally makes the survivor untrackable while in phase. No scratch marks, no noise whatsoever, and you can barely see the ground to even look for moving grass. Any survivor that brings a Fog Vial can make Spirit into a 4.4 M1 killer every 60 seconds.

Fog Vials definitely should have charges. However. Personally I don't think Fog Vials will be a very common item.

A week or 2 after the update, the lobbies will be back to 4 medkits with syringes and styptics.

Whenever I play both sides, at least 80% of the builds are the same genre perks.

    Killer: braindeadly running 3~4 slowdowns
Survivors: Exaustion perks, second chance perks and Windows of opportunity.

Doing these doesn't guarante a escape/kills but they still run the same thing like a door swinging back and forth.
I have played using meta perks when I started playing this game for the first time, but soon after the current rank system got released and I stopped that style and the game felt more fun no matter the outcome.

Genuine question, how is running/going up against the same/similar perks every single game fun or healthy? I get it that everyone has their own taste how to enjoy the game, but doesn’t that make the gameplay experience boring?

The game was built on a player using perks, so it's natural that the playerbase would form some sort of meta. That's how most multiplayer game work, players will use the most optimized/strongest builds.

Do these listed perks guarantee a victory? No, not really. I've beaten many killers with 3~4 slowdown or survivor teams with multipile deadhard, ds, unbreakable etc. But these perks make life easier so they will be popular.

Personally I am surprised you even complain about survivor builds. I see a good variety in my games, from healing builds to chase builds to gen oriented builds. The killer meta is now the problem but it's more of a "Behaviour keeps nerfing any interesting perk that's not slowdown" kinda deal, rip Unbound and STBFL.

  • @kosaba11 said:

Killers having one hit downs that can even straight up go past Endurance simply aren't fair. I don't care who you are, and I do not care what your excuse is. They're not fair, not fun to face, and reward low skill players. To make it worse, people who play one hit down killers like Leatherface are always pathetic and tunnel, camp and slug. It's BS and shouldn't be in the game.

I've seen you also complain about buffed Pyramid Head and "buffed" Clown and Knight.

So i guess you REALLY like versing the same 4 killers over and over again.

Some people shouldn't be voicing opinions on killer power base-kit changes and you are one of them.

  • @Yggleif said:

It's been a little while since she's gotten her out of left field buffs and I don't see her talked about much or even see her anywhere near as much as I used to. If anything I've seen her drop in tier lists with all the strong killers we've gotten recently (Ghoul, Dracula, Recently buffed Lich).

So what do we think about Huntress and her last set of buffs? It's weird because I still think the buffs were a bit excessive but it's hard to argue that with how powercreeped she is now. I think she's a bit slept on though in tier lists and arguably the best ranged killer not named Plague. Certainly hasn't been overshadowed by Unknown like I thought she might have been and it's questionable if even Artist is better. Her ability to guard hooks and gens simultaneously is almost 2nd to none and she feels like she never runs out of hatchets in chase now if you are conscious about your ammo count.

Personally, I don't like the current Huntress. Instead of adding more lockers into the maps which would help her out and a lot of other killers and locker related perks, they just slapped 2 extra hatchets on to her base-kit which just dulls down the killer for me. You can use hatchets fairly carelessly and good luck dodging 7 hatchets against a good huntress as a survivor.

With the old huntress at least you knew she sacrificed an add-on slot for it but now. Eh. Her add-on selection is worse and most players nowadays just run best cooldown and wind-up add-ons.

Despite me not liking her, I wouldn't call for her to get nerfed. Until Behaviour actually will take into an account locker placements when designing maps, she kinda has to stay how she is right now.

  • @EliteTertle said:

saw in the patch notes unbound no longer works with killer powers, why not? It’s not like they were strong before. It helps out killers like Legion, Wesker, and Ghoul. And while ghoul probably doesn’t need any help, it’s still cool that they’re perks that exist that help some specific killers more than others. I remember when game afoot worked with Nemesis; and I wish this came back. Game afoot with friends til the end would be a super fun combo on Nemesis, Demo, etc. its just a shame because otherwise these perks just kinda suck, or have better alternatives. Incentives to not stack exclusively info and regression would be nice; though I guess it’s understandable since those killers that benefit the most already have a chase power.

Unbound shouldn't have been nerfed in the first place. It was very good on it's own and worked well with mostly weaker killers who struggle with stronger tiles. Now you have to pair it with Bamboozle to get the same results.

Killer meta overall has been neglected by the developers. It is boring and (arguably aside Bamboozle) it lacks universally strong chase perks, but hey, i guess Behaviour really wants every killer to run all slowdown builds.

They have been nerfing survivors and constantly buffing killers for like 9 years non-stop. Anti-camp? More like stand a few more meters away. I don't know how you could be so disconnected from the game.

if by constantly nerfing survivors you mean nerfs to perks such as OG DS, Balanced Landing and DS then yes, these nerfs were needed. Like for Nurse's recharge and blink distance add-ons? You didn't provide any examples of major survivor nerfs becouse well, Behaviour didn't nerf survivors. So you are either salty, don't play killer or are bias towards the survivor side. Either way you are wrong :)

  • @jdfghvbcstr said:

Title. Him being 4.6 and moving at 4.4 with power is such nonsense. he is just a powercreep of huntress, she moves 4.4 without power, 3.08 (!) when winding up, and 3.74 when she is ready to shoot. Springtrap should have speed lower to that of huntress, considering he has one of the best teleports in the game for insane mobility either way

Huntress basically doesn't have a range limit, her hatchets are easier to use and she has multiple of them meaning her power is more forgiving and she can deal a lot more damage to grouped up survivors compared to Springtrap. Springtrap himself has only 1 axe with a limited range and more complex arch, so him being faster makes sense.

Springtrap is in a perfectly fine position strength wise imo and should not be changed all that much.

  • @mecca said:

It should be evident by now that it is not intended to play survivor solo. In fact, I would say 4 man SWF is the only way. They neglect, continue nerfing, and enforcing punishments, rules, and adding more and more unfun play styles to pigeon hole you to basically avoid survivor at all costs unless you play with friends and even then they are likely to leave you to play by yourself.

What nerfs? As far as I can tell Behaviour is trying to improve the SoloQ experience, the hud changes, adding anti-camp mechanic, survivor meta being in a really good state rn etc. The only thing to correct is map balancing and matchmaking imo.

And no, playing in a 4man is not the only right way you can play dbd as a survivor, stop the cap.

Please bring back map offerings! I am tired of playing on Haddonfield with 5 pallets. i used to bring different map offerings to make the game more varied and dont go to killer sided map alll the time. If someone doesnt want to go to a specific map you can always bring sacrificial ward ! Now map offerings are useless but we all have spent millions bp on it.

Moreover if the killer decided to bring a map offering it makes the game funnier and more interesting. When mirror myers shows up on midwitch- the game REALLY becomes scary and i love it. Its a challenge for everyone. If you made it- you become more experienced gamer. I play with giving up scratched mirror myers on ormond and autohaven all the time these days.

The same with hag who uses bodyblocking addons on indoor maps. As a survivor main i understand it and accept this challlenge. People want to have fun.

The pig bringing gideon is lore accurate and it immerses us in the atmosphere of the game.

the other reason to bring map offerings is to explore map, remember spawn, main. when i started playing dbd i used to do it and it gave so much experience.

Now i dont feel like we have an opportunity to influence the game, to be closer with it. Now i dont experience the "who's map is gonna win" if there are many map offerings. Or "is it a stealth man?" when i see killer brought an offering. it's boring and random.

By "fun" matches you mean Doctor+The Game and Coulrophobia making healing nearly impossible?

By "fun" matches you mean a swf with overpowered items in Badham?

If you want to memorize aspects of the maps, you have custom matches to do so. Map offerings were nerfed for a reason. Haddonfield being the state that it is, is just sad and it shows how Behaviour tends to overnerf things to the ground for no reason and the map should get reworked asap.

  • @Flopkween said:

Because this perk has completely fallen from being a good perk to being absolutely unpickable. Like seriously why would I pick this perk at all? I can't even see it being used in a build it's so bad.

We should honestly just revert back spine chill to before the meta shake up nerf or whatever because this perk is terrible.

The only change the OG Spine Chill needed was to not work on Undetectable killers.

Probably one of the pointless and overdone nerfs in DbD history.

3 second heal, is this an exaggeration or do you have evidence, let's not forget the time it takes to get to another survivor and that' they've taken multiple perks to achieve this.

Furthermore I play on EU and don't see this as often as you claim?

You can just run Resurgence if you need evidence and no, you don't have to run multiple perks. Resurgence with a medkit. That is it. Obviously it's not gonna be as fast as with botany, still you can have a 4sec/5sec heal. Not to mention your own teammates can have healing perks.

  • @Rokku_Rorru said:

survivors healing more means less gen pressure, that's surely a good thing right? lol

Did you actually read my post? 3sec heal and the survivor is back on track to do the generator, etc. What "less gen pressure" are we here talking about?

  • @ImWinston said:

    • But will you really receive these perk so often? Surely you are in an asian server, because the only ones I see here in Europe are "we'll make it" and "resurgence" and rarely the healing boon…stop

I am on EU servers and I see all 4 perks that I mentioned previously.

  • @Aven_Fallen said:

I dont really see those Perks a lot. The most common one out of your list is Resurgence, but nothing has changed that it would be used more often. And it also gets somewhat destroyed by Hemorrhage, since it only takes like three seconds until the healing progress is gone.

I have not seen Botany Knowledge since the Buff. And Duty of Care is obviously just a Joke of a Perk - just the usual, a Perk which was called "problematic" or "scary" and in the end it does barely anything.

Personally I disagree. First of all i don't think Hemorrhage is that fast. Second of all, for Hemorrhage to do anything you still have to interrupt survivors which is either not always the best play or you are too far from survivors/a killer you play doesn't have mobility. And i think all perks that apply Hemorrhage apply it on a timer.

At last, if a survivor with Resurgence starts healing or is getting healed almost immediately, Hemorrhage after the unhook maybe slows the healing by 2sec-3sec due to it working immediately off hook? Not factoring things like Vigil, Mangled or other healing perks, then you would have a survivor healed in what? 7sec? 8sec? Still plenty fast imo.

  • @thrawn3054 said:

Not really? I rarely see anyone bring healing perks tbh. Windows, an exhaustion perk, Deja Vu, Resilience and Finesse are what I see the most. The rest is often a pretty wide mix. My last 10 matches had a total of 5 healing perks.

These healing perks obviously aren't as common as Dead Hard and Finesse and so on. Still they are more common than they used to be and it is noticible. I've seen other people share this as well, through videos and comments on different social medias.

This is just me sharing my experience and frustration.

  • I think Freddy himself is okay. The thing that holds him back are clocks. The respawn timer is kinda insane, you can use the clock, sit on a gen and clock will be back faster than you falling asleep. That combined with there being 5 of them and the sleep immunity durations are the real issues that should be looked at.

  • @XtremeDBD said:

Let me go into a little more detail here, does anyone have any hatred for these killer's obviously overtuned and incorrectly nerfed kits? (Billy not included)

Take Nurse for example, making blinks special attacks was a great nerf, but its not enough. Her entire kit is a complete 50/50, where the nurse player tp's feels like a complete gamble for a hit, though majority of times is in her favour since people who are insane and adapt fast to a survivor's "unique pathing" will just double tap them after the first chase usually. She still completely breaks the game in terms of making Survivor basekit features useless, like pallets

One of my friends had recommended that Nurse can't see auras while charging a blink, but even then, shes still really strong on open maps. I've been brainstorming for months on how she could be nerfed after her reigning 8 years of pain and suffering she causes, which had me think about spasmodic breath being basekit with a new effect upon losing blink access and also a shorter add on activationtims. Haste doesn't feel unique in any way, blight can dash way faster and gets 4 chances to attack, maybe when she gets a blink hit or two, she goes to 4.4m/s and gains an ability to walk through structures for a short time. While this ability is active, only a survivor in chase will see the killer's aura as they phase through walls and loops getting forced into a 1 second, killer vault type animation lock. Survivor's would hear a directional lullaby when the invisible Nurse is nearby. This killer needs to be nerfed, but given a unique compensation effect to keep her appealing.

My problems with free teleports every 3-4 seconds for Nurse is that its too much distance, too fast for any reaction time or counterability, and completely breaks the games basekit features

This buff idea is rough, but is kinda what i thought spirit could've been, phasing to set points rather than being allowed to change course just because you heard the survivor you're chasing change direction of looping, kinda like Houndmaster's search command, fast and as far as they want to go. Distance travelled would determine the length of your cooldown. Phase could be ended early if a survivor is heard and you want to chase them instead of traveling far away, but would incur the max cooldown duration

For Blight i already recommended some ideas on how he could be toned down temporarily. Give him less rushes and increase individual token cooldowns, but make his 1st rush infinite until he hits something and his power is usable regardless of token amt, just like Wesker. His turn rate is increased and he can no longer turn while swinging during a lethal rush hit attempt. To compensate, he performs a visually obvious sweeping attack, relieving some platform reliant frustration since both sides will for the most part have an equal chance of hitting a lethal rush attack

Hillbilly i don't have any problems with personally, i feel hes a really balanced killer, and can only be strong if the person playing him is incredible at curving. His rework really made him so much better, so good he needed to be nerfed already. He is strong in terms of what his kit can do on paper, which is for the most part how tierlists are determined, but he feels like the perfect killer atm, the only one worthy of his S Tier title

Another rant, but i want to hear what others think about these killers, tell me your experiences against or as them. Are they boring, lazy killer designs to play as and or against? Should something be done about them?

Personally the problem with nurse for me is the second blink range. It feels really good to outplay the nurse but no no no, here comes the second blink that covers entire shack and don't forget the lunge add-on. Promotes really safe playstyle of "oh just blink at corner every time". Just shave the range a bit and remove the lunge add-on.

Spirit is mostly fine. As long as a team plays well and spreads out, Spirit is a manageable killer to face against. The only 2 nitpicks i have is that she doesn't really have "fun" add-ons like her old lunge add-ons and that IW is such a big component in her matches. If u don't have it, it feels pretty bad to be chased by a good spirit. I wouldn't mind having the spirit realm set a fairly low audio on all survivor grunts (similar to what ace and ada have, just a bit lower) no matter if u have or don't have IW. Just to make it more possible to outplay the killer without IW.

Blight is just an outlier. Chucky got horribly nerfed as a 110 killer, meanwhile we have Blight with strong power, short cooldown and he's 115. Personally I would nerf his cooldown to 12sec, remove the shredded notes add-on and make him 110. In return add blighted crow base-kit and rework the add-on entirely.

As for Billy, he mostly needs a small add-on pass. Spiky boots add-on could be legit base-kit and some of his add-ons are just useless.

PyramidHead m2 camera is also bugged for like at least a year me thinks.

  • Counterplay? You mean vault shack window till it blocks then drop a pallet to make sure you are safe and sound?

I think you can do quite well even with most killers without any antiloop but they are at bottom of many tier lists for a reason. Even in worst case scenario, i'd personally take Iridescent engravings Billy or MDR Spirit over basic Myers match any day.

I'd rather be under massive pressure where maybe I can outplay the killer and get massive boost of satisfaction rather than be bored to death because let's face it. Anybody that is somewhat decent survivor can loop basic m1 killer for days.

  • Ruin. It got nerfed way too hard just becouse Tinkerer was too strong when combined with it.

I generally hate stopping by to kick gens so i usually ran Run. I kinda miss it.

For survivors... mhm, maybe DS. 3sec is just really more like a tiny setback rather than big hit to your pressure.

650+ hours already and still a soloq, just wanna try out "playing with someone else". literally everytime i play killer it's just so easy for these swfs to play thanks to communicating, etc. so how do i find one? even when playing survivor, 80% of the time i see a swf it immediately makes me "jealous" knowing it's gonna be easier for them all 3 except for me, basically being a "random" to them. are there any groups, chats or something? every single time i ask in a random DBD public chat whether someone wants to play together i always get ignored. trust me, playing with randoms gets really annoying & it's just hard to gain info through matches in general, plus it sounds pretty fun playing with people you know in a game especially like this one, i honestly don't even mind voice-chat.

how tf do people find somebody actually normal/skilled to play with?

Discord servers. You can go for BHVR official one or just look for others servers on Disboard for example.

After playing a few times in this map (besides the good artwork with the map), I can surely say that this map is unnecessarily big.

As an adiction to how hard is to play in it we have the completely bizzare shapes of loops (pretty unique) and as Pinhead I found myself alot of times cheated by the sounds of the map making think that are my cube on the floor.

That first statement is not true.

Nostromo is one of the smaller maps in dbd. It's bigger by 200m² compared to Wrecker's Yard.

As for loops, agreed they look and feel odd but they still follow mostly the usual pattern of loops.

As for the sounds i really haven't noticed anything loud tbh.

The simple answer is some addons can be reworked quicker than others without factoring programming time, QA time etc. Simple changes can be done by the Design team with little to no resources from other teams. Larger changes made to addons (or anything else), requires substantially more resources which need to be factored in and slot into the production calendar.

This add-on while yes it's really good, but it's an IRI add-on focused on giving player information. It's not extremely strong to the point where survivors are at massive disadvantage when a Demo player has this add-on in the trail. It's just a BBQ for teleports that can replace an information perk in player's build.

Other add-on changes are quite bad as well. Nobody cares if u will buff Unknowned Egg to have even 6sec cooldown reduction, nobody teleports as Demogorgon back and forth. This add-on is hot garbage.

Violet Waxcap is now 1sec instead of 0.5sec. It's still really bad. Why not make it so u gain Haste for 5sec? Why Dear's lungs still has massive disadvantage when the upside is not that strong? Why Barb's glasses and Black heart aren't partially base-kit?

So you guys nerfed his Iri add-on which nobody was complaining about and gave these awful changes to Demo, fairly balanced killer which half of his add-ons are garbage and only 3 effect his Shred, meanwhile we have Blight- a top tier killer who has 6 add-ons that are way stronger than Leprose Lichen... what a dissapointment

The changes are making tapes more important to her power, which as they stand on live are largely ignored outside of specific addons being in play. Which is far better for her as a character regardless of the strength on the ptb.

While also nerfing Tapes. 90sec cooldown, lack of passive slowdown and ability for survivors to just put in Tape to the nearest TV u see are just bad changes.

Survivors will just often grab nearest Tapes, put them in TVs and not have to worry about her teleporting for 90sec nor for Condemned to spread too fast.

I like how they made her Condemned mechanic somewhat usefull, i just don't get it why these changes were also made.

This rework needs some tweaks to be actually kinda good. Right now we have some okay changes like her Demanifested form and Condemned mechanic being more threating and then... yea we have those other changes that just straight up garbage.

Well not a month ago, but they are being changed in the next midchapter via the dev update they posted today.

Ummm. Look the yellow duration add-on was nerfed with the bug fix like a month ago. I believe you can only see it's downsides when u move your mouse on it in Bloodweb.

Purple and brown add-ons were nerfed a month ago. I checked it, both in game and in DbD wiki.

Duration add ons also affect recovery. Kauin Talisman (yellow duration) has more recovery than Rusty Flute (green recovery). Devs really need to fix this.

i am pretty sure they changed that like a month ago. All duration add-ons were nerfed

  • @GannTM said:

In terms of her greens, Katana Tsuba, Uchiwa, and Rusty Flute are all really good and under used. Problem with Rusty Flute is that it is overshadowed by duration add ons but the recovery from the add on is still nice to have. Senko Hanabi and Mother's Glasses aren't worth using at all though, I've tried using those add ons, they just don't have any value.

Duration add-ons have been nerfed tho?

Lethal, Bbq, Pain Res and NWO.

If you want a bit more agressive Huntress build Iron maiden, I'm all ears, Bbq and Pain Res should do a fine job as well

  • Reactive healing is a good perk, fight me.

    Friendly competition is hot garbage.

Not for me. There are lockers everywhere naturally and even more spawn when you play Dredge. Also when it’s dark it’s even worse for survivors because there are a lot of structures/obstacles for them to get caught on. Maybe you just aren’t a good Dredge.

Or maybe i am just aware that loops are extremely close together making his chase power very underwhelming.

And that main building is just very unfair.

  • @Ayodam said:

Garden of Joy is pretty good for Dredge and other teleporting killers. At least in my experience. Borgo I don’t see enough to have an opinion on.

Bro... what? That map is awful for Dredge.

chainsaw charging is taking long, addons mostly dont work or are not good and he slowly moves in power. any help for this man?

He is in the same boat as Knight where without certain add-ons he is just kinda mediocre.

But i wouldn't expect buffs for him any time soon... maybe some add-on changed but that's it.

  • They are very predictable. They will head on stun you or go for flashlights saves all the times.

The thing i do is leave one of them slugged then go for the nearest person around me. And since i usually have stbfl taking hits is quite pointless for them.

Usually playing more scummy will result in you winning, however if they let's say just abuse some sort of design flaw of the map like having no mither+soul guard combo in main building on Eyrie of Cringe, you are just screwed.

Just use up on of the few sacrifical wards you'll get every 3-5 bloodwebs, killeroid. /s

Or have your internet connection break unintentionally during every offering screen. /j

    Or play Nurse/Blights /n

With all the respect, these solutions are really bad tbh
