I can see where people are coming from. As a survivor main, getting chased, getting up the staircase, fast vaulting and for balance landing to activate, I gain some distance to the next pallet. I also play Trapper, and it's a map that you'd love. By far, it's so small, dark, and they can't see your traps if you have the add on for it.
But in all honesty, it's not easy to lose someone on the map, unless something happens. In my opinion though, and in contrary to what I just said, it's not "extremely" but it's pretty one sided and it's a pain to catch up to survivors with pallets around the corner and being able to hug objects all the time.
I'm neutral, don't like the map, but sometimes gain some enjoyment playing on it.

Yeah I've encountered just the same. My Nea (P3) won't receive any gateaux cakes but when I switch to the killer side of things (Which I haven't prestiged any) I've gotten close to 15. I would guess it's by prestiging? If in fact true, it sorta of contradicts the (slightly increases the odds of better items), since I would think that it would apply to the offerings also?
I'm not sure, but it sure seems sided to the characters you've not prestiged. I've got 5 on my hag that is barely level20.

I hope it comes to PS4 soon, I’m excited for the game, does suck we can’t get the mask though.
Deathgarden was confirmed with a trailer on the Playstation channel on Youtube. You can go check it out, I'll only be buying it if the masks come with. If anything, they will probably be available.

Because they effectively killed you off and you got zero work done.
Same reason killers dont pip when gens get done super fast. they didnt complete their objective.
It sucks sometimes. But it happens. You pip when you do well. Dying first isnt doing well. Dying without a chance of escape due to rushing teammates is unfortunate, but also not doing well.
How am I suppose to do work done when the first few seconds I get in the game I encounter death? It's pretty hard to do something when you are not let go for a second. Dying first isn't always your fault, how can I deal with a person that saw me first second and won't let me go? The killer isn't going to give up on you.

Hope still does an amazing job though? Its an end-game perk by design.
You're really underestimating how much 7% increased movement speed is.
I totally understand, and as a survivor, I enjoy using the 7%, and it can be the difference between life and death, but with EGC, I don't really see it coming to much effect other than running as fast as possible to get out. Of course, 2 minutes of 5/6/7% speed is really significant in itself.

No idea what you're saying here, grammar's a bit off.So I need to listen to someone who's judging my grammar off of a discussion? How funny. I come to discuss about various topics, not listening to someone that is complaining by a specific person. Why'd you feel like you needed to talk about grammar in this post? Is it funny? If you have no idea what I'm saying simply because of my grammar, it means you're native to the English language, or am I incorrect?

"A quarter of killers are lagswitching"
buddy in 4.5k hours I've seen 2 lagswitchers ever, your numbers might be just a little bit off there little man
just because you get hit doesn't mean the killer was lagswitchingIt's based on luck. Some people are unlucky and find many lagswitchers but simply because you don't see them often, doesn't mean others don't. I was exaggerating.
@Boss said:
You divided them in 2 paragraphs.
Doesn't mean the issues are separate.They are indeed similar but that's exactly why I said "Another thing". Don't you think it's quite obvious?
@Boss said:
Lag. No matter how perfect your connection is, there's gonna be some.
And, surprise surprise, in a chase, every godamn milisecond counts.
Also, apparently, interactions between players can produce a random spike. Odd.Again, no ones denying the fact that lag will not ever be present and in many situations it will, but the simple fact of someone controlling the pace of the game by a simple use of their hands is incredibly stupid.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ept5cFn2QAA lot of the community hates No0b3 and while it's understandable, this video of his, is too close to the truth. You can basically compare it to reality. In the last few months, killers have been able to lag switch hard. IMO, this is actually worse then Hacking, since Killers still have somewhat of a chance. Why should killers host a game in the first place? A quarter of all killer mains (or more) make the game impossible for survivors to play. Get DS (Dedicated servers) into the game already. Many more would prefer it to a new chapter.
Another thing, hitboxes. Killers have been able to hit survivors from ridiculous angles and the slash from the killer doesn't even look like it's touched the survivors body, BUT IT STILL HITS. This wasn't suppose to be hatred towards killers, but some things that are easily abusable and worse then many things survivors do, but to understand that not all the things killers do is correct and good
Not biased, well maybe a bit but believe me Survivors do other scummy things, that are really bad
Survivors can also abuse their hitboxes in loops so they almost have the same speed as killers... I guess the hitbox is good most of the time.
Over all, both sides are ridiculous.

Never talked about power, but I'm wondering if you've seen the countless posts about "I beat a cheater" ever since years back. Hackers can be defeated but lag switches leaves you 0 hope.

But why should they? You never answered it correctly. In other words, why should someone have the power to control the game of others, ie connection.
@HeyItsNick123andnea said:

If they lag switch, if I need to be clearer. Many need to depend on something such as connection. This is frequent from me, it doesn't mean it's actually the whole thing. It's called exaggeration.

Get DS (Dedicated servers) into the game already.Everyone wants this, but it's more complicated than: "Oh, you want it NOW. Okay, let's do it now."
That's an opinion. I never said RIGHT NOW, but I expressed that I would like it very soon. Oh, and it's not as difficult as it sounds. Identity V, a mobile game does have dedicated servers. Even if they needed to rebuild the game, that'd be better than depending on someone with their internet.

I mean yes, lagswitching produces the same result.Random answer, alright? Like I didin't know that, but thanks.
But here's the thing: All evil wizards were in Slytherin, but not all Slytherins are evil wizards.
All lagswitchers produce weird hits, but not all weird hits are produced by lagswitching.No, I divided lag switching and hitboxes in 2 different subtopics, that's why I separated them in paragraphs.

She has RNG in her but not enough...
players that mindgame. If you can mindgame well, then you are going to be literally insane with her, since she's heavily reliant on that specific mindset. If you do not know how to mindgame, then the killers not for you. I'm not implying that the killer DOESN'T have anything wrong with her (she does), but she is also reliant on such games, that people don't execute correctly.
I'm not saying, you don't know how to mindgame, just saying that she does need quite the brain power to play as.

@palotheas yes hexes do get destroyed easily, but the way the op read out the hex perk makes the perk almost useless since you will probably only get to switch perks maybe once at most twice before it gets destroyed..I never said it should be like that and pallets are a definitive use of survivors. Not all people can 360 well and get out of the killers sight.
You said "Every 120 seconds a new roll for a perk comes along". That is 2 minutes. In about 4 minutes max as a killer I definitely have survivors throw down more than 3 pallets and already have downed one survivor. You said that is how you would destroy the hex...
That's why I said silly. It doesn't mean it should be that way, opinions should not, that's why it's not developed well

I wasn't saying it was a bad idea, it is cool just needs more development, probably destroy 5 pallets and down 3 survivors
Good suggestion. Didin't seem like you were implying my idea and opinion to be bad. Please keep suggesting, because I'd like seeing something similar to Hex's for survivors.

You don't need to directly say it, because it's pretty obvious that idea's are thoughts and opinions, doesn't mean it should be that way. There's a difference between what should and an opinion. Oh, I'm going to the pool, so I'll text back like in 2hrs. -
I don't know maybe make it every 30 seconds with a set of objectives like daily's but not as hard so they can be done in-game and then it deactivates?

Man, it's not complaining. You confused yourself, that's disappointing. I just find it weird that this mechanic isin't in the game, doesn't mean I hate the game or dislike how people play any more.

No I'm not a killer main and no do I use DS.Then who are you to tell a killer main he sucks for tunneling? I bet you're the same guy who unhooks a survivor right in front of a killer then QQs about "tunneling" at the end of the game.
No, not at all. Nice assuming though! I usually Gen rush by myself and once I finish I try to head out to get the guy that is on the hook. If the beat is there, I give up and I go another time. Tunneling is fine late game, but if it's going to be at the start, you are ruining the fun.

@ShrimpTwiggs said:
I play both sides and I won't say people suck for tunneling or using DS. Sometimes tunneling happens by chance. The killer happened to find you again. Or they might have a perk, like Dying Light, that makes you more of a target. Or they're playing tactically to get rid of one person as fast as possible. Why would they go for a different survivor if going after you is smarter? As for DS, it's another tool at the survivor's disposal. I consider it too OP, but that isn't the survivor's fault. In my opinion, saying somebody sucks for using the tools given to them or playing smart is going overboard.Half of the time, they are just not camping but looking behind them at a distance, which let's them tunnel. They don't suck at the game for it, remember what I said? I say they suck that they do it and that it's used over and over again and it ruins the fun for people.

My point of view on it?
It's super annoying and mori spamming should be issued on. You can't really fight against "toxicity" because it's always going to beat you. People will also always find a way around more enforced rules then before. It's just a loop of annoyance . Like Hook said, some things can be fixed such as mori spamming without a cancel and Flashlights can't be stopped from stopping after you've used the flashlight until 2 seconds have passed. I just find Camping harsh.
I've thought of many ways to counter act Camping. Just like survivors camping lockers and having birds around their head, give the campers that are in a super close terror radius to the survivor indicated in a zone where the name of the player is still located in, which would work, gives the killer a nurse teleporting exhaust effect till he leaves the terror radius for a good 30 seconds.
Looping can be countered by a faster bloodlust sequence rather than having to wait. DC'ing could be countered by a harsher punishment to rank and blood points and at a certain point where you've dc'd too much in an hour, you're suspended from playing ranked for like 5m to 20m and after about doing that process 50+ times, a perma ban until appealed, like Overwatch does things.
All these tiny fixes can fix the majority of toxicity. Not the toxicity and it's brand but work arounds so people who actually want to play fair and square without any other choice, can be and the ones who want to screw and be a complete idiot to you, get punished for repeated actions.
EDIT: Another thing people can do is, making a solo separate queue for killers and survivors that doesn't have SWF in it.
