All rift cosmetics will eventually be released to the store.
-
Earnestly trying to be helpful with this comment: I’ve experienced a M1 bug a few months ago and it turned out my mouse was broken. Have you considered testing another mouse?
-
I have collected over six hundred across my killers during the event. The most of which is on Nemesis with ninety. To the question, my main is Hillbilly and he has seventy.
I have considerably fewer on survivor (around a hundred) with thirty-five on Elodie.
-
We only knew about the Victor bug because that was a common problem on their release. I’d understand why people wouldn’t be aware of that.
-
Yes - Sometimes I burn myself out prepping for an event as well. I P3’d Nemesis and Jill just before the start of the event.
My goal for the event was to load up on cakes across the board (bunch of killers and survivors). In that time I have unlocked all perks on: Kate, Elodie, Nemesis, Trickster, Twins, and Blight in addition to unlocking Neme’s perks on my other seven maxed out killers.
I’m getting to a point where I have accomplished everything I’ve wanted grind wise.
-
I like Licker Tongue. Especially combined with the parasite purple add on. The survivor does not get much distance after that first thwap.
Yes, they do. This is currently my favorite addons on Nemesis. The purple addon works really well with the yellow addon. It’s not as quick as the iridescent, but the iridescent is not strong enough imo.
I believe they do, but haven’t utilized it. I like these in combination with the movement speed addons, but not by themselves. I think of them as more complimentary.
-
Pro tip: aim for the survivors hips. The movement of a survivor is not as pronounced at the hips. But at the same time, if a survivor is wiggling, the Deathslinger closes the gap a lot quicker.
-
Ooph. I’ve been playing them a decent bit the last two months (just unlocked all perks during the event) and have suffered literally zero bugs. Thought they were without issue.
-
I’m at 57,000 myself. I plan on using them on outfits. Just don’t have any outfits available that I’m eager to purchase at the moment.
Most of the outfits I think are cool are on killers I’m less in love with.
Also I stopped purchasing bloodpoints out of the shrine so that’s not been a good option for me either.
What would it take for you to use some of that 200,000?
-
Imagine double tapping a survivor with Victor AI. What I’d actually prefer is to ‘Kill with Friends’ using the Twins.

The real question is, why would you play Billy?
It’s opinions like this that make me feel godly when I 4k with Billy without regression perks.
Add on rework? Yes. Uncompetitive killer? No.
-
I found Hillbilly and his curving easier on console. The joystick inputs are consistent.

Dont forget to ignore anything they have to say that you dont like, or cant disproof it.
Then proceed to call people survivor/killer main, say that you are red rank and it really matters
gg no re
It’s always strange getting called a survivor main. Like, pretty sure we’re all killer mains on here.

'It's training wheels' is weaker.

There are not any perks that win the game for Killers. It all comes down to how well the Killer does Vs the Survivors. This 'The perks carry you!' mentality is why so many Survivors scream for nerfs; they can't comprehend that a Killer can have skill.
No, the SWF one is weak. Clutch your excuses tightly. Never get better.

Play with whatever you want, but it is undeniable that some killers and builds will dramatically boost your outcomes not by increasing your skill, but by providing in-match benefits. As you climb up the leader, this might become a problem as you're matched against better opponents and didn't take have time to learn the details of the killer's power, macro management, and how to cut corners, but instead 2 pip your way carried by whatever is meta. The same is true for survivors.
I dunno about you, but playing killer with 2-3 regression perks make the game boring to me, Ruin being the worst offender. Just strap and forget your way to victory.
Well said. They prevent stepping up the killer players game.

The interpretation of whoever said this reminds me of these annoying children back in school.
We are playing a game here, customizable where we can play how we want, how long we want etc.
You are allowed to do whatever you want to enjoy your game.
If i want to use the most useless perk in the game because i have fun with it, i will use it for my fun.
Same goes to you, it means nothing about that particular character with that kind of build.
That sounds too arrogant to me to say "You have a baby build" what is that supposed to mean?
People win with empty slots in this game then how one build can tell if you are going to win or not?
Play how you want, friend. have fun with your game. 💚
Noones saying you cannot do certain builds, but OP is asking why they’re being called a baby killer while wishing to be adored by survivors he wins against after bringing meta stacked on meta.

Ah yes; the Survivor tactic of insulting Killers to steer them away from effective builds.
Because actually trying to win is only allowed for Survivors.
People will note that Survivor meta, SWF, and voice comms are not 'training wheels' but anything effective for a Killer is 'training wheels' or 'toxic' or 'unfun'. Remember Killers; Survivors genuinely think Killers trying to win is against their made up rules!
I’m a killer player. I can show you my killer credentials, too (P3’ing all twenty-four killers). Let me know if that’d move you.
Also the SWF argument is weak.

Nope they are not. Killers and survivors can play with any perks they wanna.
I mean, OP’s Freddy builds okay, but Ruin/Undying/Tinkerer on Blight tells me the killer player doesn’t really know how to play Blight and needs strong perks while they figure it out.
I didn’t say a killer has to do anything, but of course there’s no respect for builds like that.
OP - I suggest that if you think you’re good at hitting survivors with Blights rush that you try replacing those four gen regression perks with tracking and chase perks. If you’re not good with Blight then keep the training wheels on.
-
Yeah, they’re training wheels.
-
You don’t need the top killers to win. Or gen regression perks. I would suggest a killer player struggling in red ranks figure out the holes in their game.
The idea of only playing two out of twenty four killers sounds miserable to me.
-
I use my mouse and no keyboard inputs for traversing or curving. It’s just how I learned to play it about a year ago.

Agreed it is about learning what works and doesn't. It's about strategy, making mistakes, and learning from them. Regardless of SWF or Solo play. When I first started playing this game I was horrible! I literally thought the only way to play was to hide as Bill and never engage with the killer and just look for the hatch. I literally did this. I would get into a match. Not help any of my fellow survivors if it put me at risk. But I was so new I just thought it was every man for themselves. Than the more time and effort I put into it I realized how so wrong I was.
I think it’s situational awareness in a lot of instances. Trying to be fancy at the start of matches when those highlights they’re emulating from good players were after gens were done and hexes popped.
I swear survivors lose massively disproportionately more from the ‘bully’ type teammates than benefit. As killer I don’t mind, but it’s terrible when surviving.
-
I’m pretty terrible with Executioner. I miss the M2 a lot.
-
Simple: good survivors progress the game forward. Any action that does not progress the game is wasteful.
Following the killer with a flashlight as they chase a second survivor at five gens is the hallmark of a bad survivor.
-
No cakes, no mercy.
-
I love mind gaming a Nurse. She pays for misreading more than any other killer.
Its only truly a bummer playing her on large open maps. If there’s no LOS blockers available it kills the match. But thing is, I always try to win.
-
Doctor’s M2 ability is stronger after the pallet is thrown. There are many scenarios a Doc can lock a survivor into an unwinnable spot.
-
I agree it’s not the same kind of defeat as five gens / out the exit gate. But I don’t really mind it.
-
Nerf her blink recharge add ons. I don’t really want her nerfed though, but that’s how I would do it.
-
BHVR, DC penalty when?
-
This is my favorite addon on Nemesis. Combined with the yellow zombie speed add on, the zombies are moving very quickly. Lot of turning the corner downs.
They also respawn much faster, and the exit gate zombies spawn right by the opening. I’ve gotten many downs from this but often am not being mindful enough to capitalize.
-
Use them now to get more cakes now. There will not be more anniversary cakes available in bloodwebs during this ‘maybe’ bloodhunt.
-
I stopped running gen regression on pretty much every killer I’ve ‘mastered’ and continue to 4k. Thing is now the matches are way more interesting than before with pop/ruin.
I’ve pretty much kept my strong builds and replaced my gen regressing perk with a tracking perk (discordance, whispers).
I look at builds like this (Ruin, Undying, Tinkerer) as training wheels. Some people need them longer than others for each character.
-
About four hundred total spread amongst various killers and survivors. I have maxed out Trickster (P350 with all perks unlocked), Kate, and Elodie during the event and am working on maxing Nemesis and Twins (the newest killers).
Once the event ends I will go back to prestiging the last handful of survivors I have left (four licensed survivors).
-
First purple outfit, followed by the second purple outfit.
-
His addons were massively improved. I’m enjoying the update as well and I’ll try this addon combo in my next match.

Wait they still have an addon that involves a flashlight on you? I admit I'm not that familiar with his newer ones
Many of his addons are badly designed. The purple and green cooldown addons are both worse then the brown/yellow counterparts.
-
I need to learn the map. It’s extremely confusing trying to traverse it.
My first match a player died first hook because we couldn’t figure out how to get to the basement.
-
I bought Elodie’s Seoul Outfit. :tips hat:
-
Add my support to this request.
-
I get the thinking behind moves like this but I think players would benefit more from getting used to the new way of playing than the old.
-
A killer player has two conditions to get a crown:
- Find the crown on the map
- Not disconnect from the trial
-
The bloodpoint offerings are only useful up to the million points I want before prestiging a character. Everything else is gonezo.
-
Agreed. Welcomed change. Behavior has been doing a great job, especially over the last two years, of removing outsized advantages from both ‘sides’ of the player base.
-
I’ve been saving shards for a while. Splurged on Elodie’s Seoul outfit (hat and skirt). Still have about fifty thousand that I think I’ll use on new cosmetics.
-
What I’ve learned with Nemesis perk builds and most chase perks are not needed on him because of the nature of his power.
He hits over pallets, so enduring/SF not necessary.
He breaks pallets in a little over two seconds with the whip, Brutal Strength not necessary.
His whip takes less time to reset than punching a survivor, STBFL not necessary.
Bamboozle has never really been a good perk so not a fan.
In my opinion the players down to tracking and gen regression. Once I feel more comfortable with him, I’ll remove the gen regression too. Just tracking perks.
-
I’ve got four pages of perks at the moment but my build has remained:
- BBQ
- PGTW
- Eruption
- Hysteria
I think it’s mostly because BBQ and Pop are tried and true. And I want to keep experimenting with two of his new perks. It’s been working quite well actually.
Eruption gives time after downing/hooking to push pop on a generator.
Hysteria I think provides some really good jump scares.

That would be enough to make me never use the twins again 🤣
I mean, dead on. A lot of us stopped playing Twins shortly after release. Over the last six months they basically fixed every single problem and many of us still had a sour taste about it but they’re slowly becoming more popular lately as we realize all those bugs were corrected.

Serious question. Did you end the matchs as victor ? For some reason you need to be controlling Charlotte for it to count
Right, I made a thread about this yesterday. Have to exit the trial controlling Charlotte or it doesn’t count.
This was an old bug on her release where if the Twins player was controlling Victor at the end of the match, technically Victor didn’t have BBQ (he has no perks) so the stacks wouldn’t give bonus bloodpoints.
-
Were there really fewer pallets before? Many of the loops are the exact same, just now the top floor walls are gone.
