Free character with a punk aesthetic. She basically screams "Throw something at me and hope ot sticks".

Another dead perk, thanks bhvr.
"Oh no, I have to work for my invincibility. Dead perk."
You sound like this.

@GrootDude said:
@Mc_Harty why would I play dumb to activate a perk? Generally they want points but that is also usually dumb play.
And MoM helped with that dumb play. Don't have to play smart without the threat of death over you.
-
Considering slugging is really not too popular unless the slug is running DS, I don't really see an issue with the new change.
It really only means the poor Bill's gonna get hooked sooner.
-
I think WGLF should reveal other surivors' locations to you, just like BBQ.
They virtually serve the dame purpose, we just need a real reason to use WGLF other than points.
-
I thinnk they would have to properlly rig their faces as well as add a few details (Differentiate Julie a bit from Frank, give Julie some hair, give Susie some bangs so she doesn't look like she's balding)
But I would love to play maskless Legion! Susie would be everywhere!
-
I like facing against Myers...
And absolutely freaking adore playing Legion.

I think BBQ and Chili is unfair, it ruins our power to do gens without getting discovered. It should be disabled.
I hate the fact it's hard to tell of this is real or not.
-
I would Mori myself...
And switch back to Jeff because survivor just got that much easier.
-
A cool tip I learned with Doc is that his shock basically paralyses survivors for a few seconds. They can't drop pallets, vault, or even do gens when shocked.
Use it sparingly though, because you do go slower in treatment mode.
-
It honestly depends if the killer is running obsession perks or not.
If not, the only real downside is that they outted themselves as having an obsession perk (likely DS or MoM).
If the killer IS running an obsession perk, then the downsides depend on the perk. If it's Remember Me or Dying Light, they can expect some tunneling. If it's Rancor, they better hide if they reach endgame. If it's Play With Your Food or Save the Best for Last, their team is likely going to be obliterated.
-
I think it could work like this:
Bloodrush:
The thrill of finding your prey gets you blood pumping.
You start the match with 4 tokens.
When there are no survivors within your terror radius and you are outside a chase, you receive a 0.5%/1%/1.5% speed boost per token for a maximum of 2%/4%/6% additional movement speed.
For every survivor in your terror radius while not in chase, you temporarily lose a token. The token will be regained after the survivor leaves your radius.
When in chase, the perk is deactivated.
Every time you sacrifice or kill a survivor, you permanently lose a token.
-
I was playing Legion in Ormond (already off to a great start)and the survivors (SWF based on their very wild ranks) were plowing through gens like crazy. Obviously they reached EGC, but since I had Noed, I got two hooks.
A salty Jake (who was sacrificed) said "You didn't deserve those hooks".
I replied "Survivors have their perks, I have mine. Fair game." Which was proceeded with an avalanche of salt from the Jake.

How do you all make up for your mistakes ingame? Like missing attacks, throws, etc.
Also, how not to focus on those in the middle of the match? Every time i miss a window axe throw/swing i get furious. Perhaps i shouldn't expect perfection but it's annoying nonetheless.
With missed attacks and all that, I honestly just keep my focus on the survivor's movements so I can get them later in the chase.
Let's say I miss a Frenzy stab and go on cool down, I keep my LoS as best I can with the survivor and make them panic since they don't expect me to be watching them while stunned.
Also, if you think (or know) somebody has Dead Hard, try to bait it out by getting as close as you can. After they Dead Hard, stabby stabby.

If it's stuff in the game, there's not much you can do about it except build up a tolerance. Fortunately for me, I've been playing forever, so my tolerance was built during infinites, double pallets, pallet vaccuums, and that crazy #########. The game's balance improves slowly compared to a typical development team, but it does eventually get somewhere.
As for post game chat, there's a few tricks I've learned to deal with all the whining. The simplest is to just respond with lol to any attempt to infuriate you and add an extra "ol" each time they try to persist. 9 times out of 10, it annoys the ######### out of them.
Them: What's wrong, noob? Can't play a game without camping?
Me: lol
Them: BBQ and Ruin? Can't do anything without your baby killer perks, can you?
Me: lolol
Them: Is that all a noob killer like you can say?
Me: lololol
Them: You're what's wrong with this game. Can't get any real killers that don't rely on Ruin and camping.
Me: lolololol
Them: omg, you're such a damn noob. Go to hell, you baby loser killer!
Me: lololololol
*silence*
Lol I don't doubt that was a real conversation. I honestly believe a survivor would complain about Ruin (only real counter to gen rush) and BBQ (point generator) while running MoM, DS, Dead Hard, Adrenaline and an instaheal med-shi-... kit.
-
My personal method on How not to get stressed:
·Hope the matchmaking doesn't F you over
·Play a killer you love (In my case, baby boi Legion)
·Get BBQ and Chili ASAP. One hook can get you more points than a normal game.
·Run NoED and tell salty survivors to go Dead Hard in a ditch.
-
While they are big counters to him... How many people do you see running these perks?
I mean, even Prayer Beads Spirit is countered by Spine Chill... But she's still so strong.

This would be nice. I’ve had reset matches at rank 15 against rank 2 and some purple ranks I’d honestly rather some “disparity” bp bonus as well at the end if the rank difference is greater than 5.
Also I have a friend who plays killer sparingly and was rank 19 and got 2 purple and 1 green rank. Not sure how that’s considered a fair matchup but sure.
Also, i think there's a bug with the resulys display. I had a game that said "Brutal Killer" but I depipped.
-
I just thought Blendette was a meme.

Legion is awesome when played correctly. Don't use it to just stab peeps then chase it, chain it to keep the peeps off gens then hit whenver a survivor crosses your path.
Survivors can't do gens if they're gonna get downed by Deep Wounds.

Remember how i said the devs dont play their own Games?
These perks are perfect examples
im all ears) will only work for fast actions and has a cooldown?
- Literally useless might as well run nothing LMAO
thrilling tremors)- will only work with stealth killers (like Spirit ,Michael, kinda pig?) and possibly on Billy + nurse
Furtive Chase) - Kinda seems decent for all killers but you'd actually have to find your Obsession.
All Ears would be the one to work best on stealth/low TR characters since they could benefit the effects even within chase if their TR is small enough, or if it's even there.
Tremors would work on anyone. You just have to pick a survivor up. Whether it be interupting or downing them, you get the effects.
Furtive, you'd only have to find them once. Match this with Make Your Choice and you got a ring of Obsessions begging to be killed.

@StarMoral It's cause Legion's ability constantly hits multiple times and helps him do everything.
And that makes sense, it worked like that before... Too bad everyone was olaying him wrong, leading to the rework in the FIRST PLACE... But that aside... It seems like once all this pip stuff really started going down the drain, Legion remained untouched.
Or at least he gives us a glimpse on how the system SHOULD work.
(Fine by me, my Legion baby is finally getting the recognition he deserves)
-
Depends on the contents.
BUT personally... $5.99 sounds decent if there's gonna be rotations with skins and whatnot.
Especially since there is a FREE version alongside the Premium one, I doubt they'll charge anything higher than a DLC Chapter.
-
@SmokePotion said:
the new ranking system was like, next year. I thought that's what the map said anyways.
But this new pipping system is really bad. 2k's get you displeased a lot.
3 k for a black pip alot, and 4k for 1 pip is not uncommon. It feels unrewarding to be a killer.
And somehow Legion's a pipping machine.
I say that even though that's probably the results we should be getting REGULARLY. Like I could get the same amount of point with Pig and Legion, and get Merciless on Legion but Brutal on Pig.

I think the Rift ARE the Archive Tomes.
The Archive is its own thing but the Tomes are what lead you to the Rift.

The Archives are free and amazing.
The Rift is paid and predatory.
There's a difference between the two you might want to consider before you troll some more.
The rift is not paid or predatory.
Hence the free version and the "earnable through gameplay" mechanics in both versions.
Knock it off.
-
Both versions can be earned through gameplay. IE, the 'paid' version is likely to be purchased with money or shards.
Even then, there is still a free version, both containing COSMETICS ONLY.
-
He's not even out yet, what are you on about?
-
With the aura perk, HUGE hit to Quick and Quiet
With the gen perk, simply picking up the survivor would give you the benefits, so if you don't make it to a hook or God forbid get DS, they can't do much else other than lead you to other survivors.
With the obsession perk, I feel it's a little gimmicky, but could be used in some funny obsession builds.

New ranking system was confirmed its coming just bare with the current 3-6 months away.
Oh I hear that. I was hyped when they mentioned that!
Thankfully this was one of those games that literally blew over for everyone. It's like a normal match was plaued in fast forward or something.

@twistedmonkey said:
It depends on what one classes as a win.
I think that's the problem with the emblems as they are, they punish good play and can keep those who just want kills fast in the lower ranks.
It's the same scenario for survivor of course.
I personally consoder it a win for me, because I got two kills... But nobody made it over 20k points. Only one survivor got 16k.
The game went by so quick they cucked themselves.

Dark Devotion is meh... if it wants to be a good perk, remove the red stain and add more time to it.
I do agree it's not the best, but that's why I wanna pair it with Remember me since it seems to have a good meld with it.
Although, it'd be a little hard to balance IMO since it COMPLETELY takes out your TR.
-
I wanna see more info on Ghostface. What kind of numbers they have finalized, at least for the PTB.

Yeah they're not viable regardless of what you're running. That said, I don't use Enduring/Spirit Fury on either of those. I think that combo is highly overrated. Not that it isn't good, but I think there are much better options for those 2 slots.
I really love the combo... When it works. I stopped using it after I wasn't getting hit by enough pallets. Just like how I stopped using Discordance since it hardly ever popped.
Although I adore Surveillance.
-
He looks like my cup of tea.
And with my love of low-tier characters in ANY game, he might not be too viable. But I won't care haha
-
It's not, but Mad Grit completely counters it.

The 4 stacks of RM is extremely underwhelming, but if you're just running it for the kicks and not for the viability that works too lol
I mean, I main Legion and Pig without Enduring/Spirit Fury. I don't think I'll ever be viable. XD
-
@Blueberry said:
They're both pretty bad, you probably don't want them.
With other killers, for sure. The idea I have with my Legion is to stack up on Remember me stacks with a good bonus at the end of the chase. One good chase can get me 3 out of 4 RM stacks and I have no terror radius for a short time. I basically just like how the two could meld.

Wait, I think I was interested in this perk when I first heard about it but it transfers YOUR TR, so if you naturally go for a stealthy Myers it's actually not that useful, was discussed in a thread ages ago. Unless you're going for super ultra hyper mega TR Myers (i.e. M&A,distressing, infectious fright or have extended EW3) I don't think it would be that good?
Pretty sure larger TR benefits more, correct me if I'm wrong though.
I thought it gave a strict 32 meter radius?
-
@Eninya said:
She wouldn't benefit from Dark Devotion. That perk is probably best left to Myers, Nurse, or Spirit.
Oh both of them are for my Legion. I think I have a pretty good Pig setup right now since I don't have too worry about her TR. I'l likely do a similar build woth Ghostface.
-
That's honestly why I play Legion and Pig. They both have natural gen pressure.
Can't do gens if Deep Wounds is blinking you to death, and ya can't do gens unless you want your RBT to activate.
-
I actually thought BBQ showed auras of survivors around gens... Constantly.
Everyone used it so I thought it was THAT busted.
-
@GrootDude said:
Not really, what if I have two survivor main friends with me and my last friend only plays killer but decides he wants to play survivor with us. Sometimes it can be (Smurf account) but if I’m just playing with friends then no.
I do know what you mean, when I play with my friends, we're all over the place with rank.
But some teams just seem a little too coincidental. Three rank 6's paired with a rank 19? THAT seems a little suspicious. Especially if they act extremely toxic after game.

I'm honestly amazed at how some people dodge, just only because they are scared.
Let's be honest here, people that dodge want easy games against 4head survivor that heals in a corner.
Their ping says otherwise
-
I ain't playing survivors with 300 ping, just like how I won't play against a killer with 300 ping.
-
DC's have been getting... wierd lately.
I was playing Pig and I faced a Kate with MoM. She gets unhooked and goes to a box. I corner her, and down her again.
You would think she'd stay since her MoM was now active, but nope. DC. Against an M1 killer...

Why are you allowed to choose who you want to play against?
I'm not going to go against a killer with 300 ping.
Nor am I going against a group of P3 Claudettes woth toolboxes... And 300 ping.
