Doesn't sound like an issue with the game since not everyone is having the issue on the PS5. Instead of coming to the forums and complaining perhaps you could spend the time troubleshooting your system.
Dbd is the only game that doesn't run well on my playstation. But yeah my playstation is definitely the problem. If you're gonna talk to people in a condescending tone please make sure you know what you're talking about first.

Spine Chill is not entirely reliable. It is map dependent, killer strategy dependent, and survivor awareness dependent. It also gives no information on if the killer is coming to the survivor or going away, or where their position is, especially when competent killers flick their camera lenses away.
Regarding your point about Ghost Face and Myers, both of those killers are still able to stalk, even if Spine Chill is going off. In other words, Spine Chill does not prevent stalking. If the survivor had to stay still, then you'd have a strong argument because you could say Spine Chill would allow survivors to completely counter Killer power simply by moving.
I have been exposed by both Myers and Ghostface while running Spine Chill and also sacrificed. You know why? Because the Killer simply outplayed me that game. It's that simple. They were better.
Spine Chill is not the problem.

Spine chill is the only perk in the game that reliably counters stealth. Everything in any game should have some sort of counter play. Plus spine chill doesn't even give you a specific location of the killer so you can still catch them if you play it smart regardless.

Most maps are pretty well balanced, the idea that the majority of maps favour one side or the other is silly.
I'll list all the maps that heavily favour either side here:
Survivor:
- Groaning Storehouse
- Gas Heaven
- Fractured Cowshed
- Haddonfield
- Grim Pantry
- Mother's Dwelling
- The Game
- RPD
Killer:
- Shelter Woods
- Azarov's Resting Place
- Rotten Fields (If killer isn't corn blind)
- Sanctum of Wrath
- Hawkins
- Dead Dawg Saloon
Obviously there are some others that are debatable however I believe these maps to be pretty widely accepted as Killer / Survivor sided
This leaves a total of 22 other maps that are pretty well balanced if players have a good understanding of how the map is laid out, the majority therefore being neither killer nor survivor sided.
I worded that wrong. I should've said that most of the map offerings they bring are survivor sided ones. And those maps can be torture for certain killers to play on.

Late 2018 through early 2019 queues were quite literally 40+ minutes long on average. It's possible.

Well I've already quit killer long term because of its terrible state. But if they ever punish, nerf, or remove swf I'm completley done with this game.

Hmm, the best I can come up with is visionary, lucky break, sprint burst, and inner strength.
Visionary so you can be as productive with gens as possible. Lucky break to make the killer have a difficult time catching you if used correctly. Sprint burst so that you have at least some kind of defense against the killer that's also easy to use. And inner strength just because it's good. But honestly inner strength can be swapped out with iron will, whichever one you prefer.

Licensed maps are consistently bottom of the barrel. This one is a whole new level of garbage.

Why would you dodge a key as a survivor?
Because many killers will bring things such as Franklin's or camp and tunnel due to the key. I don't want my matches to be ruined cause of that.
Also solo queue teammates with keys often play really selfishly.

As survivor if my teammates are all default fengs or megs or if someone has a key. As killer if I see a key or there aren't any survivors I like in the lobby. I'm picky like that.

Oni, Hillbilly, and nurse do as well. And there's a reason why there's a longer cooldown after downs with victor.

Lisa is my favorite licensed survivor. Kate and claudette are my favorite original ones.
