• It's for both sides. I feel like noed is a really cheap perk and when I get kills with it I know I don't deserve them. Just like when I use sprint burst I know I shouldn't have avoided being hit there. Noed, sprint burst, decisive, adrenaline, bbq, nurse's etc are all cheap perks, but they're all extremely good so they'll be used.

• As a survivor main I think the new loop changes are great for the game's balance. I don't like that they changed ruin, it was one of the only effective gen prevention perks and now it's pretty mediocre. They really shouldn't have changed ruin imo.

• Yeah it would be a hex perk. This is only the level 3 version. Whenever this hex totem is up 3 survivors will have the broken effect once injured. This effect lasts until the totem is cleansed. Level 1 would be 1 survivor effected and level 2 would be 2 survivors. This might be too powerful tho.
