The animated portrait effects can be turned off (though I actually kind of like them and might leave them on). It's sharing my prestige levels with others on the tally screen that I dislike. (Did I see correctly that on the PTB prestige levels were also shown in lobbies before the match? Because if so I absolutely hate that.)
Oh that should be optional too. But BHVR doesnt like to give us almost any options, everything they do is either 1 or 0, yes or no. No customization whatsoever.
I havent noticed prestige levels are displayed even before match starts, if thats true then I dont like it at all

Sorry, I just wanted to take another opportunity to complain that BHVR has not made this optional. They've created a whole new grind and the entire premise of it is that it's another thing for players to compete over. And it's obviously going to be effective with the way so many people are talking about wanting a reward to show off. But for those of us who find this entire thing to be negative, who don't want to share our prestige levels or be influenced by seeing the prestige levels of others, it's not cool that BHVR is forcing this on us.
It's so pathetic and immature to feel so entitled to a reward simply to show off.
I mean, BHVR's own words and actions are at the root of this. The whole purpose of prestige is to show off, especially with the changes coming, and BHVR said people would be able to show off this reward and either misworded things or changed their mind; I mean, very few people think an icon and a portrait are the same thing. So, while I may not be petitioning for a better reward, I do think BHVR brought this on themselves.
Can you not disable prestige legacy in settings? I thought it was part of ptb

Yea I am not a fan at all of this.
Especially this last Botany downside added for no reason, still makes me angry.
I was looking forward to run it every game but right now its even worse than it was before without any changes to it.

Yea I just dislike they adding penalties to perks now? Like Botany and Calm spirit. Just make it not get speed bonus when using medkit?
Other changes are fine I guess. Its a lot to process and since I cant use PTB, I will need few days of playing on new patch to see how the game changes.
Especially curious about 90s gens and stronger killer chase buffs.
Iron will and spine chill over nerfed, will need to see new versions and also how the entire "make survivors volume more similar" turns out. Thana was overbuffed and killers like Legion and Plague with pentimento will be M1 simulators even more than now.
Overall Im happy meta and game is changing and hopefully it will be for the better.

Well I have P3 most of my favourite characters so I am happy with this. Only the new Botany nerf left a sour taste in my mouth with upcoming patch

Thats just what they say. I have some killers I only play for challenges and never kill anyone with them.
And not only the skill level of survivors they get is the same as do my killers which 3-4k all the time have, its often even the same players with same names. This aspect of MMR is BS if you ask me from experience

Did it at yamaoka pyramid map. Trapper agitation iron grasp deerstalker and noed.
Noed and deerstalker were the key to get the last kill, almost didnt make it.
It took some games to get it, also had some very close games to do it before, very frustrating challenge tbh
