Maybe we are having a bad luck but since yesterday I only recall two games without ebony. This is weird...

It's from a game called Chrono Cross. One of the characters that can be unlocked is named Kabu who is a turnip knight that speaks in old English.
I've used his name or a variation of it as usernames and such pretty much since I started using the internet.
Chrono cross is my favorite game ever and I didn't know that turnip is also called kabu.

Typing a message on PS4 is time consuming, so maybe they just don't bother responding. Also when someone sees a message they probably assume hate mail and don't bother checking until later at which point it would probably feel silly to respond.
99% of all mail from DBD matches is toxic as hell, I had to disable my messages completely due to it.
It is not that hard but I guess I won't send any more.
-
I always send compliments so I don't understand. And I speak about people who didn't disabled it.
-
What about when survivor dc at the start and killer dc at the start. Which is worse?

Shape.

When you hook last survivor. At what angle i need to be for my face to fully appear on survivors screen
Important questions...

@Shaped you just ignore those loops or only spend enough time on them to make survivors waste a pallet to break. Then you go back to checking on gens and making repairs complete hell. You can try and catch out the survivor you abandoned later in the trial.
That is what I am doing but gens still go fast either way sometimes. Some killers are too slow.

I don't regret buying Myers, and LF for bbq.
I regret buying Pig and Freddy because I didn't play them enough nor did I used their perks. But I am wiser now and didn't buy Ghostface.
I don't blame devs tho.
-
And I prefer having surround over stereo, even if hearing survivors better was the case in stereo.

I've had them for about 5 months. I took off surround sound a few updates ago when I was looking for tips on the headphones and noticed a lot of people recommended playing with surround sound turned off. I noticed after trying it I had heard sounds a lot more clearly despite the bad audio. Few updates ago I was ecstatic with how good sounds were you could actually locate people with sounds not just a general direction.
Was just hoping you might of messed with the customization honestly. Rare to run into anyone with psgold headsets.
I didn't mess up with it which is weird for me. I usually have ocd until everything is perfect. But in this situation I thought it wouldn't do much. Wish there are settings for dbd in headset companion app but knowing devs and how sounds change every update it wouldn't work well most likely.

I use them too mind if I ask how you set yours up? I took the surround off and noticed a huge difference, but never messed with anything else. Was hoping you might have some insight in them.
You probably have yours for a while, I got mine less than a month ago. I didn't change anything. Did you played after the last update because some sounds were better heard in stereo and surround was messed up?
It is not about the headphones, I think they are quite good, the problem comes from the game itself.
-
I prefer Myerino.

The psgold version 2?
Yeah 2018 ones. Platinum were kinda expensive so I went for these. I love them. :)
-
Yeah I enjoy my gold v.2 wireless headset much more than some cheaper headphones I used before. It doesn't improve survivor gameplay that much but helps me when I play killer. Too bad the audio is still not in the good place like before. Sounds are messed up, still.
-
There are consequences (they depip) but people who want to do it will still do it. Same goes for survivors abusing game mechanics.
-
I would.
-
People who hate ruin let me ask you a question. Do you know how much time do most killers need to get to the furthest gen on most maps?
Tier 1 Myers says hi.
-
I don't think bp grind is that hard but grinding shards is too much. It is understandable because people wouldn't buy chapters if it weren't. I would like if the skins are a little bit cheaper tho. Grinding for just one cheaper shirt (like 4.5k) takes forever.
-
Survivor: Spine chill, Iron will, Woo, Ds.
I mostly play Myers these days so I will only post his build: Bamboozle, SF&EN, Ruin. Add-ons: J.M.M. and Hair bow.
-
As much as I don't like being a sheep I still value opinion of good players, and some of the proplr you mentioned are actualy good at the game and they proved it in their streamers. You can't cherry pick games if you stream 5 hours per day and talk to people in chat.

I think there's confusion going on here; we've never "removed" matchmaking. The filters for the matchmaking gradually increase and accept a large range of ranks the longer you wait. It ensures that you get a match eventually rather than waiting hours for the perfect match. This has been a feature for a long time and has not changed recently.
Thanks for clearing it up. Even that was better than this imo. I had really good time then so at least I got to play a little bit more.

I'd prefer dailies that were more generic for killer or survivor that gave bloodpoints for performing well and in a healthy manner. People want to play what they want to play, I don't see how forcing people to play something else is going to make things more fun. Award points for safe unhooks and other ways that don't promote toxicity, that way you can promote healthy gameplay and award people for doing so!
My thoughts exactly.
-
Yeah. I like that build also but If that were to happen I would just increase both stalking speed and duration of evil within 3 instead. It could be a little bit strong making jmm and bow a base kit.
-
@DaS_only said:
Do you know in what hell wraith mains were living back then? I mean, it's still really hardcore to play wraith in red ranks. But least you can catch some people and pay back all the teabagging and BMing from 2016 and 2017 lol
So punishing people for crimes they didn't commit is ok too?
-
I never tbag, point nor play toxic but people are still toxic to me regardless if I play killer or survivor. I never bring items to a game.
Yes shaking yout head is equal to tbaging how it is not?
By camping I mean hooking someone and not moving an inch away from it, waiting for tunnel.
@theArashi There are your answers so there is no excuse for being toxic to me.
-
@Spiritbx said:
I mean describe how they bm. Since everyone and their mum has a different interpretation of what bm is.
Shaking their head after being looped for ages and finally downing you. Hiting you on the hook forever after they realised they couldn't mori you since you are on your first hook.
And most of them are camoers and tunnelers. Before you jump on the gun I know camping is strategy but camping after every hook is not fun when you are solo survivor.
-
@Visionmaker said:
Bing bong is funny BM though. I enjoy it.
I should probably try the same but sometimes it gets me tilted lol.
-
Spine chill. Gives me enough time to react to approaching killers.
Iron will. Awesome perk for juking the killer. Very underrated. It is much better than using self care.
Windows of oportunity. Gives me more time since I don't have to check for nearby pallets. Prepares me for the chase.
Decisive strike. Tunneling.
-
I meant bad manners in general. Toxic in game behaviour included. Seems I am not the only one. It is weird.
-
@Tzeentchling9 said:
Tired of getting bullied by SWF, probably.
I am also tired of toxic behaviour but I am not toxic. I just stop playing when it gets to me. Combine lobby times with toxic behaviour and you really lose the will to play this game.
-
This needs to be done or just hide all player names. It needs to be fair.

@Boss said:
I like being the 20%. 😋
Thank you for being respectful player towards redpectful survivors. Maybe I shouldn't let it get to me but sometimes it is hard. I will go back to playing killer now because I can at least kill one person during the trial and punish bm'ers.
-
Most will disagree but that is only a recolor. What is so special about it? This is just like those old prestige outfit that aren't even looking great and people want them.
Sorry if i offended anyone with the post, I just dislike that shirt, it looks ugly to me and I would never wear it.
-
Not very much because of the waiting times unfortunately.

A killer is as viable as a player is smart, and their ability (or lack there of) to outwit the survivors.
It has nothing to do with perks, add ons, or mobility. They’re just sugar and spice on top off what should be sound fundamentals and sound judgement.
What about loops which are not mindgameable or windows? What about m1 killers without spirit fury and enduring. How far "being smart" can take them against competent 4man?
-
And btw number of badly optimised games for consoles like dbd is very low.

@Augustus_IRL What's funny is that it doesn't seem to be a DBD-only thing. I'm a PC player and have been in Overwatch since launch. The few times I jumped over and played on a relative's Xbox One version of Overwatch, it was night and day in skill level. I used Heroes I rarely ever play, and was mowing through my opponents.
Someone told me that PC players tend to be more "hardcore" and "serious" than console players, but I don't know if that is true. I don't play consoles outside of those Overwatch runs. But the skill gap is definitely wide.
It depends on the game. If it is a fps of course pc is superior. There are lot of games that can be played hardcore with controler and where keyboard and mouse are not superior to controler.
Source? I played on both platforms since I was six, that is 23 years of gaming.

She's balanced almost like Nurse.
I didn't say Spirit is unbalanced, she is completely fine and viable killer. He said everything is weak compared to Nurse.
-
@Raptorrotas said:
I like the point of view that survivors dont like her because she reverses the usual action-reaction-relation between survivors and killers. "Survivors dislike her because they cannot "stall" her but have to "escape"."
Dont trash me for this but nurse and hillbilly are strong because they were designed before survivors kept whining about new killers to get them trashed and devs caving in to only release somewhat underwhelming killers.
Ive read some of that discussion about that vid and especially the op seems like someone who put his fingers into his ears and keeps yelling " lalala i cant hear your arguments, nerf nurse because i say so"
Nurse is too strong just because the others are weak. And once she's nerfed like zarathos said, the "survivormains" will focus their gaze on billy next. Or spirit, because not seeing survivors isnt bad enough lol.
oh right killermain btw.
Spirit is not weak.
-
Misunderstood topic and I can't edit lol. I thought it was "vs" not "as" so here goes.
I can play all survivors but have mains like most people.
Killers, probably billy, nurse and huntress because they seem to hard fo learn on console and I like playing Myers.
-
Bald Jake and Laurie.
Wraith and huntress.
Not because of skins of survivors or killers in particular but because of toxicness that I usually get from those.

Memorizing RE4 so much that I can run through the game with sound turned off and my stereo music turned up. Yeah i am a loser lol
I love re4. Played it long time ago in highschool, recently got it again on ps4. Did everything, even completed mercenaries mode which was the most challenging bit of it.
https://youtu.be/r3SwvRntnyAAnd ost is breath taking.
-
Recently I am kinda impatient so I just close the game and play something else after 5 minutes. Or I just play killer because on ps4 it is a lot faster than survivor.

I see way more Legion than Clown on PS4.
Same. It is not too common but I also see Legion here and there. Recently there are a lot more Nurses as well, which I respect.

Depends on a survivor. Those who don't want to depip will not.
The problem with dc's now is that survivor can keep their item and not depip too. Win win. When dedicated servers come theyhave more to lose unless they wabt to depip on purpose or give someone the hatch.
-
Spine and chilly.
-
Don't move? :P
-
If you consider standing near hooked survivor fun, you do you. Most of us would get bored of it. And playing survivor can be fun when you learn how to escape.
Taking time to learn the game would do you more good than doing what you do now, but it is your choice.
