  • "Welcome to Prime Time, [Bad Word]. HAHAHA!"

  • I would imagine that either the first teachable perk shows up it'll persist forever till you buy it, and then the second teachable perk will be much the same.

  • I mean, I saw a pretty good Feng skin and a good Spirit skin.

  • @ReneAensland They don't. They really, really, don't.

And I'm the one guy saying that everything is pretty alright where it is now. (also the guy that doesn't use Ebonies unless I'm ticked off, please let me have that moment of satisfaction.)

  • I actually love both those maps you mentioned in the op. But as for what I dislike well...

    meme (3).png

  • @ShrekIsHot That is the one and only time I feel Fortnite succeeded.

  • This is definitely in poor tastes but....

    meme.png meme (1).png meme (2).png

  • I prefer this Ghostface with his own sorta story. Plus the flowing cloth wraps on his arms actually serve well in giving a Ghost appearance.

  • I just hope the mobile has cross progression. Though I wouldn't count on it.

    Also howdy!

  • An example of something working, but not being very fun or practical. Is there anyway we can salvage the Add ons at least if you don't want to touch base Legion?

@Almo Much respect to you. (The only reason why I pinged you is cause I've seen you on cases like these, my apologies for bugging you.)

  • Frostbite or Seasonal Legacy

    (Hallowed Blight sorta did this)

  • What is the potential for a sort of, free roam campfire? As in, being able to explore the area either offline, or waiting for a lobby. I hope this is something you can look at.

Ok, but you have to agree that there are more moments were i can hit a survivor that is already 1m away from the window or pallet. Atleast that is in my case, the last 3 games that i played as killer i could hit a survivor that was hopping a pallet when i was still 2 or 3m away from the pallet. I don't think you or anyone for that matter would find this a normal senario.

I do have moments where I'm like "How'd I hit them?" But then again, I also have moments where my weapons CLEARLY went through a survivor, yet it didn't register. Animations need to be made for situations like that, cause in a real life scenario a killer would be able to hit you a few meters further then where they stand.

  • @Clyde Cloakers actually say: "Why don't you go cry in the forums like the [Bad Word] you are!?" As they are beating the snot out of you.

  • @TheShape78

I really hope I my fears are put to rest. It just really depends how the spotting works is all. Cause I know I've missed a lot of movement since I've been focused mainly on the middle of the screen.

It's either this, or it's a slow spotting time when away from the middle of the survivor's perspective.

  • Some killers have weapons that can reach far beyond 5 meters away. There are also these things called arms.

They just need to make a appropriate animation for it.

If you wanna be fair, then Nerf Head Ons hit detection or make it more realistic.

Been saying this to anyone who would listen, but nobody does (especially not BHVR, and not the killer mains).

    • Bring back the dark lighting.
    • Nerf looping to the ground. Keep chases short and sweet.
    • Enable stealth and hiding so it once again becomes a cat and mouse game
    • Make it scary to be found by killers
    • Remove or nerf detection perks so you have reasonable ways to hide from killers.
    • Add more objectives for survivors that require them to run around the map, while reducing time doing gens so survivors are forced to move around more.

The game has evolved into some kind of run and gun game of tag. It is not an atmospheric cat and mouse game any more.

BHVR is intent on keeping it into a run and gun game, all they do is release more and more perks to make survivors run and loop more, meanwhile they keep releasing detection perks for killers to find survivors so they can chase more and more. And heck now they are releasing more ways for killers to sneak and stealth rather than for survivors to sneak and stealth.

Killers are completely against returning the game to its dark and atmospheric lighting, but want to see more and more nerfs to looping, less endurance perks, more ways to tunnel and camp effectively, and more ways to find survivors -- it's a huge disconnect and a sign of tremendous entitlement (what, so survivors should be 100% helpless?)

And Survivors don't want to see nerfs to pallets, windows and looping -- and just want to play Call of Duty with Freddy and Myers.

The game is a mess and has lost sight of how it was originally supposed to be.

    @Mochan

"Been saying this to anyone who would listen, but nobody does (especially not BHVR, and not the killer mains)."

I'm listening, if you have words ought worth listening to.

    • Bring back the dark lighting.

    Yes.

    • Nerf looping to the ground. Keep chases short and sweet.

Dunno about that. Some people are good in chasing, some people are good at stealthing. All options should be available.

    • Enable stealth and hiding so it once again becomes a cat and mouse game

I would love more stealth options, like survivors being able to crawl.

    • Make it scary to be found by killers

Like Michael or Pig? Maybe Hag.

    • Remove or nerf detection perks so you have reasonable ways to hide from killers.

Dunno what to feel about this.

    • Add more objectives for survivors that require them to run around the map, while reducing time doing gens so survivors are forced to move around more.

This will help both sides, unfortunately I don't see how you can change this game into anything other then a [Hold Button Here] simulator.

"The game has evolved into some kind of run and gun game of tag. It is not an atmospheric cat and mouse game any more."

Agreed, though as stated above there should be something for both playstyles.

"BHVR is intent on keeping it into a run and gun game, all they do is release more and more perks to make survivors run and loop more, meanwhile they keep releasing detection perks for killers to find survivors so they can chase more and more. And heck now they are releasing more ways for killers to sneak and stealth rather than for survivors to sneak and stealth."

The current interaction of the game is much more focused on the chasing and running aspect, which I feel like they should change. And dude, stealth killers are amazing, it makes survivors have to keep an eye out and actually fear for their lives, I thought you wanted this? (Myers is a amazing jumpscare killer, Spirit with [Sexy Word] Beads is scary when you don't expect her, the Pig keeps you on your toes). Besides, there are a lot of horror movies where the killer hides from sight to keep pressure, not every killer should be a Jason or Leatherface.

"Killers are completely against returning the game to its dark and atmospheric lighting, but want to see more and more nerfs to looping, less endurance perks, more ways to tunnel and camp effectively, and more ways to find survivors -- it's a huge disconnect and a sign of tremendous entitlement (what, so survivors should be 100% helpless?)"

The killers who hate Blendettes maybe, but I for one would love to have the game be darker (without actually making me blind), while letting survivors have the tools to play like they want. Also tunneling is a stupid term while camping has a different reason for each killer. It isn't just killers who are entitled, but I don't want to go down that route here so I won't. I request that unless someone else brings that up, you don't do so as in some cases, it can delegitimize you.

"And Survivors don't want to see nerfs to pallets, windows and looping -- and just want to play Call of Duty with Freddy and Myers."

    ...?

"The game is a mess and has lost sight of how it was originally supposed to be."

This game has come a long way my friend. It's certainly much more then what is has been before. It just needs more stealth mechanics and such for it to fit a traditional Horror Movie like game.

  • I played three Ash games when I had his ritual, I died the first game just as the gates opened, died the second due to the killer ping, and won the third. Got Adept Ash that third game.

  • 18, though I look and sound like I should be two or three years younger.

  • @JESUS_CHRIST

Some people bring instant heals or We'll Make It, trust me there were many times I get to the basement and they're still down there healing. I want to prevent that occasion from occurring.

    @Star99er

It does, that's why I have this post. I don't want to make this a op perk, nor do I want it's main design changed so much, this is what I feel would do it justice without making it a go to perk.

  • TL;DR

    @ThatsYoAzz

When I write these responses to people, I do so with the intent of giving those I argue with a ground to stand on. So the 'regurgitation' you accuse me of is me giving those who bother reading context as to what I am replying to. It also shows that I am willing to spend my time talking about individual points to prove my own statements. Let those that read this all judge us and see who gives the better argument.

I don't care about TL;DR like you seem to think. I care about my friends, I also suffer from Pride. My pride would not allow me to let this go until now, because at this point, I'm afraid you cannot be talked to, your skull is too thick, your mind too ignorant. My patience can only go so far...

Your skimming costed you, you didn't get my points, you didn't see the woods for the trees. You systematically ignored my posts in favor of trying to get me angry like the child you are. You might be older then me, I'll give you that, but that does not make you wiser nor my better. Have a good day.

  • @ThatsYoAzz I wasn't going to respond, I really really wasn't. But by the Entity I would be insulted if I didn't after reading what you just wrote. This will probably be the last thing I write to you, since this is probably getting tiresome and people might just want the both of us to shut the hell up. So this is my last reply to you.

"I read things , all the way through, when the subject holds an interest to me... And like generations before me some things get read and some things don't get read...I really don't have to inclination to read everything you wrote as your simply analyzing everything I said and putting your own meaning to it, since you can't grasp what mine are."

Okay, I told myself 'Don't be a [Bad Word] and point out his horrible grammar', unfortunately with how you talk, I gotta. Please, take the time and read through your Entity damned posts. You keep going on and on about 'My generation' this and 'My generation' that. I'd had expected someone from your generation to know how to put ' in their don'ts or can'ts, but you can't do that apparently. I also grasp what you are saying, so I'm not analyzing.

I am not analyzing as much I am putting your words into context when I write my response to you. I'll explain further down.

"I just won't read it... I'm not giving crap about giving me a TL;DR because I feel I have to read but can't dredge up to initiative to actually read it... Or simply don't have time... Great things about the internet is once its there... It's pretty much there for good... So suffice it to say that if something was too long to read but I actually wanted to read it...then I could simply come back when, I do have the time, and pick up where I left off...strange concept huh?"

Yes, that is a very great thing. Unfortunately unless me and you continue to go back and forth forever, this thread will fall into irrelevance. So your point is moot. What is the strange concept here is you call me a kid, and sure fine, maybe I am. But this kid at least knows how to use capitalization and writing a alone I correctly. But the strangest concept is your abuse of the Ellipsis, or the '...' you are so fond of using. Seriously, my brain cells start dying seeing the abuse.

"If you don't want to read it because its too long... Simply move on...like I am about to do. And generations that came before us. I did skim through it though... My version of TL;DR, and you just repeat everything I said with your little commentary as to what you think it means or what you think of what I said."

Here's the most hilarious thing, yeah? I don't care about TL;DRs in a long post. The only reason why I'm here is cause you decided to insult my friend, and I take great offence to that. I take friendships seriously here is what I'm saying. Anyways, I'm moving on as well, since you clearly are too blinded by your own ignorance to comprehend that someone possibly younger then you can offer good advice.

As for me repeating? That's a lovely thing called 'Putting into Context'. Unlike you, I like having people see what I am replying to. Also, putting your paragraphs in segments helps me articulate my thoughts better by giving me something I can respond to at a good pace.

"Yea I'll just suck it up cause I'm so ignorant..."

    You only prove my point.

"You're still not getting a TL;DR...you really didn't have the time to read all that huh? But you got time to regurgitate it back to me..."

Contrary to popular belief, I don't give a flying [Bad Word] if you have a TL;DR or not. I am arguing for the folks who need the TL;DR, and I'm doing this because of the insult you gave to my friend for him asking for a simple question. Of course I have the time to put your words into context so I could answer it more easily, I suggest you do the same.

"ROFLMAO GTFOH...If you're in your 20's to me your a kid... Don't take it as an insult... Only kids seem to think being called a kid is an insult... You're a real condescending person acting like you're being civil..."

Okay, let's assume I'm 10. That means a child has more common sense then a guy who is supposedly an adult or from a older generation. Maybe I am a kid, but somehow I think I'd rather be a kid who knows how to formulate proper sentences, then 2 b u and write vry poorly.

I am being civilly condescending as your thick skull cannot seem to take in the fact that you are in the wrong here. All you needed to say was: "Sorry, I do not want to write a TL;DR because...." And state your reasons. But you had to be rude, and therefore, I took it upon myself to step in.

"I really don't see how this is such a big deal... If the subject interests you then read it... If it don't then DONT READ IT... Don't tell me I have to start TL;DRing stuff because these last few generation are getting really really lazy and expect everything to be done for them..."

As I've written several times in this post that I don't care if you have the TL;DR. It was way too long yet I still read. And for the love of the Entity stop staying 'generation', you prove yourself that it means nothing to be an older generation. You sound like a [Bad Word] [Bad Word].

    Other Post

"If you cared so much about a TL;DR then you would have gone through and made a TL;DR for all the people who have a like minded point of view about reading other people opinion's about things but are too long for them to read..."

I don't care... So shove this point up your [Bad Word].

"That was a lot so I'd understand if you didn't want to put a TL;DR for that, but I don't know how the others that actually fight ppl to put up a TL;DR... They might not be so happy with you... Nor to forgiving as you can see how far off this post went because..."

I have no idea where you were trying to go with this point.

"...I'm from a generation where we didn't get a shortcut."

STOP SAYING THAT! It literally means nothing at this point in time. Seriously. You prove age doesn't mean horse spit.

"So I don't think about giving other people short cuts... The person I am now considers myself a kid until my late 20's btw, because of the outlook I had about things..."

TL;DRs aren't a short cut, they are simply a tool to be used to help people understand your thoughts much better then if they were forced to read the dumpster fire that is your initial post. Your outlook is just terrible, you're not a very smart person.

"Like you're getting all tight and twisted because I didn't put a TL;DR in my post... I realized there are better things to worry about... Seems you still gotta figure that out..."

I'm getting all twisted cause your grammar is terrible for someone who claims to be from a older generation. My sister writes better sentences and she's 13. You might have better things to worry about, but I am a Forum Junky, so I can take the time to write this answers to you.

"So I assume you and anyone else who would think like that is a kid... Cause you're still worrying about the wrong crap."

If we go by your logic, then I'll assume you are a child who wasn't taught how to write sentences with proper punctuation, grammar, or paragraphs. Who are you to tell me that I'm worrying about the wrong things? I got nothing else to do, so I can certainly write these things to you.

  • Dark Lady watch over you. -fades into the shadows-

  • @TheBean He likes his job.

  • @TreemanXD I feel ya, I'm not playing as much as I used too. So I'm a ex-rank 1.

I play mostly killer, about 80% of my games. But you can still see my trying to advocate for survivors every while.

  • @Micheal_Myers

"Logic" and "Reason" are not things considered when humans talk to you.

    I understand you though :D

  • @Blueberry Game balance, I know the answer to who thinks the other is better or not 🤣

@ChesterTheMolester I will tentatively agree with your posts. I am of the belief that no one is entitled to winning. But some perks DO need to be brought up to better standards. Weaker killers need to be brought up, though, if we do that, I don't think survivors should be nerfed hard.

@TreemanXD Pft. You're pretty chill. From what I've seen you look like a survivor main, but I don't know what you actually align yourself with. @KillermainBTWm8 is obviously a biased killer main >_> /Jk

  • @Watery Words to live by. I agree with you on that matter. Though we all know SWF is a hot topic and will usually bring out the most bias of us.

@TheGameZpro3 There is nothing wrong with that sort of seeing :) Not here to judge, though there is nothing to judge.

@legion_main Given your name I find it surprising XD Buuuuut, with all that, I guess you sit on killer bias?

  • @Blueberry @ChesterTheMolester

Which is why I have the phrase 'As Unbiased as Possible'. Much as I wish it so, I know no one can be truly unbiased. But some people can accept when they're wrong.

But I do wanna know if you both think you're generally unbiased in terms of killer and survivor gameplay. Or if you think one side is better then the other (I doubt people would admit that actually, now that I think about it).

  • @se05239 I mean as unbiased as possible, much like @Vlieger I play both sides and can see things from both perspectives, but I lean towards a killer bias often times. Though my reasons are a bit different.

Also @Vlieger me and you are nearly alike in that regard.

  • @drunky26 It's the Legion Calling Card.

A few months ago I (accidentally) started a Legion movement, and then it stopped as of 2 or three months ago. :'(
